We showed up before the 2 o'clock check in after flying half way across the country and the lady at the front desk had a Terrible attitude. She refused to even check if a room was available. We showed back up at 1:45 to more smart remarks from her. After more eye rolls from the lady she decided that we could check in 15 minutes before the 2 o'clock check in. THANKS SO MUCH! We get to our room(151) and it was absolutely discusting. There was dirt and scuff marks all over the walls. There were 2 hand prints by the door. We couldn't decide if the hand prints consisted of dirt or blood. On our last morning there we woke up to ants all over the room. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Hotel was very nice, needs a bit of redecorating, especially in bathroom but overall very good. Fanatastic metro links to City meant we could come and go as we pleased so it didn't matter thast it wasn't right in the centre. Good price, would definitely stay there again.

Needs some redecorating, especially to bathroom as shower tiles were a bit cracked.
