The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from the Metro (Casa de Musica), and is located amongst various shopping centres and places to eat. It has no restaurant of its own (other than for breakfast), but this is not a problem as there are so many places to eat just outside the door.
Eating in the hotel rather than going out involves ordering from a local restaurant (bbGourmet) and receiving room service. The food was great, though it would have been nice if the website offered an easier path for ordering - it took quite a while to order and then an hour for the food to arrive.

Great hotel with very clean modern rooms. Everything functioned well and good tourist information provided by the staff. Theres a taxi rank right across the street & a bank with an ATM in English inside. Also a shopping mall and supermarket a couple of hundred yards away and very cheap Bistro's nearby. The breakfast was of a continental nature and well run. We had a great stay over for the Football. €20 gets you to the Airport from this hotel & €5 euro to the main square.

Breakfast is served between 7am and 10:30am. The staff is very helpful and will bring additional food to the table if needed. The choice of breakfast is vast and will suit people with food allergies (eg gluten free bread). Very good service and attentative staff, eg the receptionist volunteer to speak to a guide company on my behalf and organis a pick up time.
Not much to say really. The furnishings are slightly outdated, eg corridor carpets, but this is not a major problem as hotel is clean and tidy and offers high standards for 4 stars.
