The hotel is based very central, walking minutes away from Termini railway station and the Colosseum. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very noisy! Sleeping was a real problem. Closed window cuts the street's noise, but a group of young Spanish shouted and banged doors for two nights in a row, no fun...

The location is very good, very close to Roma Termini and easy to find. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Not recommend to book the room with balcony, city view as it was mentioned in room detail. Coz it is on 6th floor but there is an elevator til 5th floor. Balcony in the room is very small and for the city view we can see only the roof of building around the hotel.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was basic but provided everything I could want and was very clean. I had a balcony which gave wonderful views of the rooftops of Rome and of the sunrises and sunsets. I had read some reviews before staying here and found the negative ones did not reflect my experience.
I hadn't realised this hotel occupied the 5th and 6th floors only. The lift went up to the fifth floor but not the 6th.

Everything was as advertized, with clean rooms, predictable service, and safe environment. And did I mention that the location was just super!

The staff speaks english.They clean the room every day.
The toilet smells very bad.The smell was coming from the shower drain and probablu from the canalization.
