My stay at Gianna Suites was amazing! The room far exceeded my expectations - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was well designed and didn't flood the bathroom like most other bathrooms in Greece seemed to. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay at this property again and recommend it to anyone. I was in Santorini for an extended period of time and stayed in 3 other hotels whilst I was there - Gianna Suites was by far the best one I stayed at and the best value for money.
There is a steep hill from the main road to the property - I enjoy walking so I didn't mind the walk down or up, however for people with physical disabilities this may be something to take into consideration.

Very nice staff who upgraded our room as it was hubbys birthday Very good location - just under 5 min drive to the town centre or a 10 min walk.

Breakfast was very fresh however no variety.
Photo on bookings indicated hotel was on the Caldera. No where near it. Photos are photoshopped. Booked to relax and enjoy the view. . Seeing as there was none we spent everyday out just to enjoy what Santorini is known for “beautiful views”. Steep hill to walk up plus the walk to Fira Square. (not good for anyone unfit). Our shuttle driver refused to come down drive on pick up - 30kg suitcases to pull up hill. Pool was very cold. Jacuzzi not heated.

they offer a lot of services on the hotel which makes the trip so much easier and effortless such as moto rentals, boat tickets to spring and vulcano islands from 20 euros leaving in santorini port, the location is perfect to come from the airport all you have to do is catch a bus in the airport to fira (1,80€) it takes 10 minutes and then you can easily walk from the bus terminal to the hotel. they also offer to save your luggage before check in or even after check out if you want to enjoy a little more of the island without that weight. the staff is amazing and give you a map of the island on the check in as well as the main points you want to go, the breakfast is also good and the pool area is incredible. will definitely come back!!
