I stayed here last year and found the hotel to be clean and fine so booked again for this year. Clearly there has been a huge change of staff as they are now very unhelpful and clueless. When you reported a problem they literally laughed in your face. The sunbeds are so uncomfy and you cant adjust them at all. You have life guards sitting by the pool but not actually caring what any one is doing. Our room was half cleaned once the whole week we stayed there! Last year we only stayed in the hotel for 4 days and it was cleaned at least twice!

Breakfast was disgusting, maids did not clean the room properly

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was not bad, buffet selection with either hot or cold food, tea, toast, coffee etc.

Staff were not friendly, pictures on their advert were nothing like the accommodation. Apt was cramped with 3 single beds pushed together. Bathroom and shower were dirty. Bed clothes weren't changed once during our stay. There were no cups, bowls, plates or utensils. Lively is also not the case. Bar closed early and security were banging on our door at 11.30pm to keep noise down although we didn't even have music on.
