Our stay was so relaxing from start to finish such a great couple that run this place and we will go back.

We were made to feel very welcome by the owners, shown to our room and given a welcome pot of tea and biscuits. Throughout our 4 days there, nothing was too much trouble, excellent breakfasts, and friendly, as well as informative, conversations. The location was ideal for a walk down to the sea front or the train station, with regular bus services nearby if we wanted to go further afield.

Very friendly atmosphere. Spotlessly clean spacious room ("superior") which had a huge bed, quality furniture and small shower ensuite. Good breakfasts. Easy walk to station and seafront or bus stop few yards away.

The owners Carol and Andy were very pleasant and helpful, suggesting places to visit and things to do.The accommodation was very clean and modern. The breakfast's were excellant. Cannot praise them enough.
The bedroom and bedding was beautiful, but we were very warm at night. A top sheet for warm weather might be helpful.
