La Barracuda

The food was not up to much .ate out most days it was if they only catered for the Spanish guests

Location was excellent.. Staff were so friendly

Lifts were VERY small..especially when people had suitcases..not enough space

Breakfast was poor,Dinner was poor Everything at la barreccuda was good except the food which is really quite important when on holiday

COLD FOOD Uncomfortable sun beds

We booked this hotel while at the airport waiting to go home as our flight was cancelled. We knew La Carihuela wasn't far so booked it on line and got a taxi there. I rang them before hand and explained as it was about 11.30pm and when we got there the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, especially given the time of night and we had been at the airport for about 5 hours. We were tired and hungry! Room was lovely and we had a sea view which was a bonus. Also they arranged a taxi for us the next day to take us back to the airport. If I went again I would ask them to arrange for the taxi to pick us up as the hotel organise it for you. The location of the hotel is excellent. Although only there for one night we didn't get to use the pool but it looked lovely and plenty of sunbeds. We have knowledge of this area from a previous visit so would consider staying here again.

Breakfast wasn't to our taste but that's only because we usually go self catering so when we went down found it to be too busy for our liking, but that was probably due to us going down at one of the busiest times.
