Only the fact that there was free wifi

Small room, barely 6*8.. TV was crap, battub was the smallest I have ever seen, didn't know they made it this tiny... Room had odor, housekeeping didn't change bed sheets nor did they clean the floor, just placed new towels in.

Comfortable room, although not very big, good bed and very nice sheets. Enough storage space for clothes. Nice bathroom. Excellent location!

Hotel stuff (apart from concierge) not really customer friendly.

It was closed to the festival I was attending. Silent rooms.

The rooms are completely small, nothing to do with what they show in the pictures in this webpage. Even the wardrove was impossible to be open because of the space. The room cleaning was not good at all.

Good location close to points of interest.

Sparse furnishing and poor maintenance, dirty carpets, cold room.

Good value for money considering the location

The part of the hotel where i stayed would need to be refurbished. I'm generally not fussy but i would have appreciated cleaner bathrooms.

good location 5 minutes from the shopping district and 10 minutes from most attractions.

There was building work being carried out in the hotel that we weren't informed about and this started at 6am. so each morning we stayed we got woken by loud banging. in future i wouldn't return to this hotel due to the construction work not being disclosed at check in or appologised for on leaving.

Unfriendly & authoritarian check in staff, not customer orientated. Run down rooms not expected from Best Western.

We wanted a budgeted hotel in the centre. So it worked.
