The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent Americano coffee and breakfast hit the spot. Not too big, smaller number of rooms meant staff were able to look after guests personal requests. Bonus: Two gorgeous little tabby cats!

Very near the bus stop to Assisi and from Assisi train station as well as Santa Maria Degli Cathedral. Convenient check in.
You will here people coming in from the reception if you are booked near the concierge. But still a good accommodation worth considering given the location and services personally provided by the owners.

The Hotel is a nice location with a rich garden and close to bust stop and far only a short walk from Santa Maria degli Angeli. The room was really large with a terrace in front of trees and other plants. Forniture are quality and the bathroom too. The staff was very warm and the breakfast abundant and quality. Definitely to recommend to our friends.

the place is set in quaint area and very central. close to Assisi and major routes. hotel was a villa before so only has rooms available no other facilities. breakfast was sufficient. rooms are huge and clean. some rooms have jet baths others have small showers. the hosts are friendly and helpful. the grounds are huge and there is enough parking. there are good restaurants nearby and shops.
