Super place to stay. Friendly stuff and very helpful.

The situation is that my booking was non-refundable. However, since due to COVID 19, it is clear that I wasn't in this hotel and the hosts did not return the money, although no one is traveling anywhere due to the virus. However, the hosts offered to stay in the room sometime later for the same conditions and price. Thanks for it. So I hope all will be well in the future.

Went to Fatima for a pilgrimage for a week and glad that I booked Hotel Santa Isabel it was outstanding from the staff the Food and to the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation this is a very well run hotel the Staff was amazing and very helpful in every way .

Bed was comfortable. Room was larger than expected. A double bed is king size. Very good location. Nicely decorated, modern style rooms.

No parking but that was expected. Breakfast is extra but well worth the price.

All was perfect: the staff at the reception was extremely friendly, the room was big enough and clean, the bed very comfortable. Even if outside was cold (January), the room had the right warmth. Also the location is perfect: the bus terminal at 5 minutes walking and the sanctuary is even closer, despite this, the area is very quiet.

Incredible location. The room was clean and simple, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect after a long day of travel!

My mother (60+ years) travelled by herself and staff was exceptional! They provided her assistance and helped with all her questions. Besides that, location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square. Facilities were also excellent.

Room was very small but adequate. They have no hotel parking. You find a space on the street. Once you find a parking spot, don't leave it for you may not find one again.

Great location exactly how I wanted it. Staff very helpful. They called me as I was late for check-in and they gave me instructions of how to get into the hotel. We also had candles in our room for the night vigil which we were attending

The hotel was in a central location and close to the basilica. Our room was very comfortable and we had a large balcony which was lovely to sit in the evening after a busy day. There are plenty of eating places in the area with loads of choices. This was our second visit to Santa Isabel and we were not disappointed and would definitely recommend.

The location is exceptional, a 2-minute walk to the Cathedral and the ability to go there and come back to rest, and go again in the evening. But it's much more than location - room was very spacious and clean, bathroom was huge and beautiful, staff was great in the evening and the morning, breakfast is really good with a lot of choices for continental breakfast. I also got a deck room, so I sat out on my spacious deck in the afternoon and it was also lovely. Rooms are clean and professional.

Only that when I got there early before the room was ready the man at the desk was nice enough to store my luggage but didn't offer to give me any orientation of Fatima or a map. I didn't expect it of him, but later when I returned to check in the really nice lady who was there at that time offered me a map and explained everything to see and how best to see it. I was sad that I had already walked out to the children's homes and back (a significant walk) and I wasn't going to do it again to catch the Via Sacre....which would have been really inspiring. So that's a minor negative comment - wish the afternoon lady had been in the morning so I would have had a better orientation of Fatima when walking around waiting for my room to be ready.

Excellent location! Ask the front desk to recommend a restaurant for dinner. It was the best deal and great food during our 16 days in Portugal.

Parking is limited as the location is in the middle of all the attractions.

The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was always kept clean. Special mention must be made of the receptionists- Jon & Michael who were always ready to help.

I liked that the hotel room was new. From tiles to pillow case. All new, clean, comfortable. I loved that the walk to the Chapel of Aparitions took only three minutes. To me it was special to hear the Sanctuary bells and from the window or elevator hall to see the tower. Parking on allowed areas on the street was free.

I think when the hotel is full, which was not my case, the breakfast room might be tight. Then it is important to check when it would be less busy.

We stayed only one night. The place is a walking distance from the bus station (approx 10 min), 5 min walk to the sanctuary. The place is very clean.

Special thanks to Antonio for giving us a packed breakfast a night before we departed from the hotel because our bus schedule was 0745 and the breakfast time is from 0800. The hotel is very clean, the bed is big and its very close to the Sanctuary.

The hotel was very nice, clean and we had a beautiful view at the church. The breakfast was extremely nice and fresh. The whole stay was such as good experience. Staff informed us about all places we could visit and also where to go to eat.

The staff was amazing we just loved Nicole she was so amazing she really made our trip she scheduled our transfer with nicest driver Vera she made sure we were well taken care of we also loved our evening guy his name has totally slipped my mind but he was amazing too. I cannot say enough about them I would definitely go back to stay the staff helped us so much our evening guy also made phone calls for me and helped me plan a great day with a taxi driver

The fire alarm malfunctioned in the middle of the night it was a little disruptive and the night staff had to come in to turn off alarm we felt it was unfair representation of how hard the day light staff and evening staff worked running they worked super hard our room was spotless everyday the daylight and evening staff was amazing
