When I checked out.
Dead roach in bathroom. A/C did not work properly. TV remote needed new batteries. Vending machines were out. Water on the floor in elevators and lobby.
Location and balcony view.
It was in Galveston.
The hotel was old, we could small weed, it was all around trashy.
Everything was convenient for us. We had access to the swimming pool the gym and not wanting to go up and downstairs.
The room we had was in a hallway where it needs to have a sign stating please keep quiet ,because we did hear everything down the hall before they walked past the room.

The bed seem like full size, instead of queen. I¿m am a rewards member and could not get a late check out!
The front desk associate. Was AMAZING
The view was awesome. The room was clean. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area.
The AC was loud when it was on. You can hear the people walking above you.
I had to go to the front desk and asked if they still cleaned rooms after I put the sign on the door to clean it. We were there for 4 days.
No room cleaning that means spending 3 nights/4 days in a room full of trash. They could at least do trash pick up

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was extremely nice. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to pleasure pier or long walk; didn't want to tempt it with kids. Looking forward to next stay
