Little things that count

We totally felt at home and were well cared for! Staff were so nice and very helpful. Room service was amazing: very thoughtful and considerate. The room service staff made sure the food was to our liking. I felt like I was being treated to a fancy breakfast in bed. One of the staff, Trinidad, thoughtfully served my breakfast with a sweet bouquet of flowers. Housekeeping was so sweet, always turning down our beds no matter how late we got out. When we got back at night, they had left a lamp on for us. When we first arrived, some relaxing classical music greeted us in our room. It's those little extra things that made our stay feel special and us feel at home and welcome. When we asked for a plunger to fix a clogged toilet, they insisted on sending an engineer who went above and beyond to make sure the toilet was in top shape. It was quite convenient that the hotel had a regular shuttle go to and from the airport. We loved staying at the Crowne Plaza and will be coming back again.

Upon our arrival, the shuttle to the hotel took such a long time to pick us up.
