The bed was comfortable

Better view, the room had no view and bathroom was small

Nice bed, good food and drinks

The pool was drained. The hotel is not that clean and needs new carpet

An overall fantastic hotel

The staff were very friendly, the dining was outstanding, and the hotel itself was gorgeous.

Nothing about the hotel, just L.A. itself.

Beautiful architecture, enjoyed all of the history around the hotel and the design. Also our upgrade to a suite! ;-)

The hotel is beautiful.

The Mezzanine rooms we used for our meetings were unbearably cold and made it hard to concentrate. I had to wear a jacket the entire time.

The staff was very accommodating and the location was good.

The tub in our bathroom was disgusting, needs to be changed out,

I enjoyed the history;the many photo's of celebrities ; the beautiful public areas and the restaurants .

The hotel was gorgeous and all of the staff members were very kind and answered my questions straight forward without trouble. Check in and Check out was very easy.

I had difficulty confirming over the phone two nights before my stay.

The stay was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the bar was fun.
