Ưu:Fairly close to the trains. Some good places to eat and see south of it. Relatively cheap compared to actual hotels. Restaurant is ok but not the cheapest when it comes to drinks. Good if you're just looking for a place to sleep, get clean and go about your business. Not far from a popular bar scene, golden gai/golden street. It's worth checking out, just know it's cramped and the bars only hold like 6-12 people. Also be careful walking over there and look it up first. It's to the east and between it and the hotel can be interesting to say the least, varying girly bars and men in black suits that pull you in and won't let you leave until you spend a lot of money. Decent place in and of itself, but don't expect a lot.
Khuyết điểm:If you were uncomfortable with showering in gym class then the open baths won't be for you. Closes during the middle of the day, 10am to 4pm, so don't plan on sleeping in late. If you have tattoos you can't stay there. Also don't plan on partying in the red light area which isn't too far away and come back, men only and if you're drunk you're out. The capsules have tvs but don't ask me how they work. I think they cost extra to use. If you're 6' or taller you might not fit to well and if you're a bigger person know that the capsules are about 3' wide. Asking for an extra pillow might be a good idea, not much bigger than one you get on the plane. The place isn't bad, just a heads up that this is place is about the basics in a small space. Depending which way you head they areas around it can be good, mostly south and a little west, and somewhat seedy to very, east a little bit and north. There's a small area to the east of it that I was warned about by a local that people will pull you into restaurants or bars and won't let you leave until you've spent a ton of money. It doesn't take much to recognize that area if you're paying attention.
