Khuyết điểm: First of all, they didn't give us the room, which we choose. They gave us smaller size room and when I asked the issue, their excuse was the room has a sea view. Also, bed was too bad and not comfortable. The bed base had a problem and when you turn around, it makes noise. The last thing is that the breakfast was poor.

Ưu điểm: Great location, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, beautiful complex in general.

Khuyết điểm: Wi-Fi connection wasn't really stable, especially in my room.

Ưu điểm: Location is amazing - right in the center of old Antalya city. Lots of places to eat and drink around. Nice place to take a walk around. Staff was very nice and helpful. I had a view to the marina - nice. Room was kind of funky - the shower booth door opens right to the room. In general the style of the room wasn't ordinary. I wasn't sure what I think about it at first, but I loved it afterwards. There is a small gym, and there is an outside pool.

Khuyết điểm: No elevator. Room was kind of dark.

Ưu điểm: Right off beautiful marina/ dramatic waterfront, central within old town. Stylish & sleek modern design inside. Breakfasts adjacent tasty w omelettes to order & gracious, hardworking staff. Reception people are all really lovely and eager, although language challenges dominated. Pool, patio bar attractive. Some fitness equip outside, facing windows into pool. Truman Capote would approve. Despite some issues, a super value for the price paid.

Khuyết điểm: Unbearable heat in Antalya- 40c/105f. AC in room has some automatic shutoffs. Front desk tried, but still occurred. Towel bars & toilet tissue holders kept falling off wall. Taxi told me tourism down 75 pct. i would guess there isn't the money to maintain property or top standards. I had 117. Tight quarters. Probably a 5 star within community, but not by international standards.

Ưu điểm: A Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of the old town and set across several buildings, all packed full of charm and style. We had a great private balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool itself whilst relatively small was fantastic and the adjoining garden bar area was stylish and relaxing. The Hotel staff were always helpful, courteous and friendly as is the norm for Turkey. We had a superb meal in the hotel restaurant with exceptional service. Breakfast was amazing and we loved siting in the walkway between the buildings with life passing us by as we savored our food. Would highly recommend this great value charming hotel.

Ưu điểm: Very dirty rooms. To much noise . Lots of cats everywhere. Jumping on the table and chair . No one helping to bring your language. It was not hotels. It was a motel.

Ưu điểm: Location of MY room was not worth money ( Location above bar.. it felt like we were living in someone's out-house ). My friends criticised me a lot for it. and honestly I felt the same. If this would have been taken care off the people/place/food were awesome. I think I should have told them they might have changed the room but was so much tight scheduled I didn't thought to do so.

Ưu điểm: It’s a house like hotel with an absolutely stunning location - the city centre as well as the Marina area are within 5 minutes walk. The staff are very polite and courteous and they provide excellent suggestions on where and how to go. The breakfast is good and the entire ambience is very serene. The Seraser which is a very popular restaurant is an added bonus

Ưu điểm: Location is excellent for old town and the trams. The grounds of the hotel were relaxing and really pretty. The staff were lovely especially Yasim at reception who was so helpful and attentive.

Ưu điểm: What I liked best about this hotel was the people. The staff at the front desk were very nice to us. Sida, the sales manager, was genuinely warm and friendly to us. Mehmet was also very courteous and helpful in providing us with information about the area. I'd like to return one day.

Ưu điểm: This hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is on the local bus route and the staff helped us determine which buses would be useful to us. It is conveniently situated for the old town and a short walk takes you to the promenade from where you can walk for miles by the sea. We enjoyed a very good buffet breakfast each morning of our stay which was included in the room rate.

Khuyết điểm: Our standard room was quite small and the first one we were allocated was noisy (ac units on the wall outside), but we were immediately offered a suitable exchange.

Ưu điểm: * - Location was just fabulous; literally meters away from Hadrians Wall, the Old Town & Marina. Huge shopping Mall some 15/20min walk away & a beautiful park area some 10mins walk away. You're surrounded with so much to see and do near 24/7 * - Tram, Bus links & Taxi's right outside the door. * - Restaurants, Cafes, Fast Food & local Stalls/Food & Drink Carts (roasted chestnuts or fresh juices were my favourite) * - Staff were forever accommodating & genuine a lovely Team. * - Pool area was lovely with towels provided. * - Breakfast (7:30 - 10:30) was always fresh & plentyful although no hot food was available, however you can request options at an additional small charge. * - Room 501 was large with a Super King Bed (very firm mattress), a comfy 2 seater sofa with 2 chairs and a coffee table, small dresser, wardrobe & fridge. Very roomy indeed. Looked out on to the main street (noise not excessive in any way). It isn't 5*, but it was clean & welcoming & it didn't give me concerns to complain - I wasn't on holiday to stay in a hotel room.

Khuyết điểm: * - The mattress for my personal liking was a little hard, although I'd got used to it within a few days. Yes, I could have asked for it to be rectified somehow (staff were extremely accommodating), but it obviously didn't affect me too much. * - As I'm a Coffee lover, a kettle being provided would have being my saviour. (I'll bring my own in my next stay though - problem solved)

Ưu điểm: Nice Boutique Hotel with just the right amount of amenities necessary for a short trip. The staff was very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening and the gentleman at reception gave us the option to select between two rooms, (writing this review I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name but he was a bit short with a goatee! ) The breakfast was also very good and we enjoyed the Turkish selections.

Khuyết điểm: Room a little on the small size for two people. Breakfast timing 9:00-10:30 is not convenient and short.

Ưu điểm: In the heart of the Old Town. Good value for money. Helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Lovely homemade breakfast. They even packed us sandwiches to take with us as we had to catch a flight early in the morning.

Khuyết điểm: Very small room and bathroom. No electric kettle. They don’t provide an iron, you have to pay them 5 lira to iron one piece of clothing. There was music playing outside till after midnight.
