Alliance Hotel Brussels Expo

Everything was fine, good furnitures, nice room, good services, good breakfast, very kind staff. Really good. 100 m from the subway station Heyzel, just in front of the stadium, 400m from the movie theatre and a cool small street (behind the movie theatre) full of low cost restaurants.

We couldn't close the window perfectly, it was cold outside so they should fix it (room 115). Maybe the room is a bit small, but ok.

Breakfast was good.

Beds were not clean and We have bited by Fleas !!!!!! Be careful pets are allowed in this hotel. Dogs were baying during at mid-night.

Good breakfast. Comfortable small rooms. Good location for Atonium and Metro. Ample parking.

Would be an idea to have a toaster at breakfast. Would prefer no pets allowed.

The staff, room and breakfast were fine.

When travelling an internet connection is basic need. The hotel charges E4.50/h for internet even in the lobby. For me this is the reason not to return to this hotel. I believe the Hotel would increase its service considerably if the wifi in de lobby were to be free. There are minor other issues, such as rust in the bathroom and the fact that the window didn't open, which are not that much of a problem.

It was convenient for Metro and tram stations, and the breakfast was good!

The rooms were a bit small.
