Lobby area is quite small with only a couple of centre seats. There is an attractive lobby level cafe called GREEN. ICON has a feature Cantonese restaurant 'Above and Beyond' and lounge area on the 28th floor. They have an outdoor pool and indoor gym on the 9th floor both with views of the harbour. Location is slightly isolated in the Hung Hom area near TST East. There are a handful of small eateries and convenience shops in the area, a small park with children's playground area just next to the hotel and close access to the HK Science Museum, History Museum and harbour promenade. ICON also has a shuttle service between the hotel and Middle Road and Sun Arcade near Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. You are also a 5 minute walk to the Hum Hong MTR Station from this particular property. Our room was modern, smartly designed and overall very nice. There is plenty of space, expected large and comfortable bed, very comfortable sitting chair. Work desk area is directly below the flat-screen TV and comes with a really comfortable rolling chair. The two chairs in the room were excellent. Room also included plenty of closet and drawer space, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge (free drinks and M&Ms), espresso machine (3 capsules) and room safe. Plenty of power sockets, TV cable, A/C, wifi all worked perfectly fine. Room included 4G handy phone and portable charger as well.

I travel a lot on business, there are always things that could be done better, but to be honest I can only say good things about my stay at the Icon. I can’t wait to stay again.
Being given little pots of plastic coffee creamer when clearly asked for fresh milk on the side, a very insignificant comment, I know, but please just offer both.

Staff were helpful. Great location. Breakfast was fabulous- we liked breakfast in The Market. Enjoyed cocktails and views in Above and Beyond. Shuttle service was useful. Facilities available to use after check out whilst waiting for our flight were really handy.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Hotel phone with Internet and navigation is very useful in unknown city, great sound isolation from outside, minibar is free, wonderful view
Glass wall by the shower is too short, so the water spoils sometimes on the floor. Every afternoon staff always knocks on the door and asks, if cleaning was good. From one side is care about quality, from other - a bit annoying, cause service is really very good.

“The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and the room had such a comfy bed.”
