An Apology Goes a Long Way...
I liked the guy in the staff and the fridge He was pleasant. Tub was a nice size. Beds firm. No bugs. Good air conditioning.
The reason it got a 3 for Staff was because of the guy who worked there. He was nice. But the one lady locked us out of our room and didn't bother to look for our name after we pleaded with them over the phone that we did our order online. Then when we came to clear it up, the lady who made the mistake, never apologized. And no compensation was given. But the guy was the reason that we stayed so long. Now we have a reservation at Motel 6. They just lost a thousand dollars and good referrals from me who travel from state to state. Sometimes an apology goes a long way.
We made our reservation, when we arrived the woman at the desk was very rude. We have a service dog and she refused to give us a room. We had to find another hotel at midnight, after traveling all day. Would never make reservation here again. Property appeared to be dirty and not well kept.
Easy access to I 5. Registration clerk, pleasant.
Noise from highway. Creepy plush carpet. Floor squeaked when you walked on it.
