Extreme disappointment as the construction site beside my hotel room window sledge hammer all night and it was impossible to sleep with this constant noise all night...the staff should of warn me or at least not out anyone on this side of the hotel.

The excellent friendly staff from the front desk, to the housekeeper to the baggage check guy and the lobby, was nice.

The room was very substandard! Old TV and dated decor plus the room had a cigarette smell and wear tear.

The location was fantastic and most of the staff were very helpful.

Yes, there were a number of problematic areas. While I was waiting in the hallway for the elevator, I was told to stop talking because someone was apparently shooting a movie around the corner? I was quite annoyed by that.

Location was convenient because it’s in the heart of Times Square. Staff was as friendly, although pushy about taking a car service from their hotel rather than subway, Uber, taxi, etc.

Super loud! Thankfully they provide earplugs but it’s still loud. Construction going on adjacent to across the street from hotel made it worse. Wish that had been disclosed prior to booking. Rooms are tiny, tiny. Elevators are slow & only one was w
