There was a night club below us that went on until 5am loudly in the morning. They did comp my night thankfully. Horrible experience.

We loved the location, it is literally two blocks from times square and many broadway shows.

The room was tiny, like barely could walk around the bed tiny. We also paid alot of money for the room that was that small. We also had a view of a roof with hoses all over the place and in disarray. Also the building next door is undergoing construction which we were never warned of until we got there and I am a light sleeper, I was up until midnight and later with the jackhammer going off. I told the girl that I was a light sleeper at check in and she shrugged saying the room we had was as far away from the noise as possible but we were on the second floor on the same side as the construction. Check out also took forever and we were the only ones in the lobby at 5:45 am.

No warm water at most times, not too clean bathroom.

Their website doesn't feature the minuscule room size. It is impossible for two people to move around at the same time in their standard queen size room. The bar downstairs is super noise during the weekend, blasting music until 5am. The door slamming/poor planing on their part as far as architecturing the minuscule room was terrible. Drunks on the floor. No receptionist during late hours. The shower was cold. Elevators move at a turtle pace. Concierge service is non existent, they are worried about commissions apparently, terrible recommendations. Bring a backpack if you want to stay there, that is all you can fit in a standard room. Ridiculous hotel concept and cheesy decor.

Great location, staff was welcoming, and access to nearby attractions was second to none.

staff was not friendly or welcoming, elevators were too slow and too small, room was terribly small, safety box did not work, we were not offered to take our bags to room, when leaving the bill was extremely expensive and the room really was not a large king size as I had purchased it.. you could hear the other guests at night, and the valet that got us the taxi cab got a tip from us and told us we would have to pay close to $50 when in fact it was only $25
