The staff was very sympathetic and useful, thr rooms were were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect

The breakfast has different options, super diversified. The room was clean We had free parking, but pay attention is not under supervision and Palermo is not that safe.. The bed is very comfortable We had a safety box

We had a room with direct access to a common terrace and the door did not closed properly, but I think is a general issue as they have a isolation band on the edge. I would rather improve this.

Terrace bar and restaurant closed. Was with a group and inconvenient to always have to go off to a bar.

We chose this hotel based on previous experience with Ibis properties in Paris and Toulouse, and it was the best of the three. The room was spacious and bright, the onsite parking was gated and just behind the building, with the interior walls decorated (at the hotel's request) by local graffiti artists. the real find was the hotel terrace, with its view of Palermo's port area. We enjoyed after dinner drinks while watching the ferries load and unload. The breakfast buffet was abundant and varied, with different pastries each day. We were within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as the historic zone. We were also close to a main bus hub, useful when you tire of walking.
