Rooms were dirty and looked nothing like the pictures online, bedding had holes and cigar (big) burns, walls were chipped bad and had bad stains and big marker markings but worst of all were the roaches. I saw about 7 in the 2mins I stayed in the room and went down to try and get a refund. The first guy claimed he didn't know how to do a refunded (guessing he was new) so I came back the next morning. Lady the next morning said I had to speak to a manager but I had to be home which is about 2 hrs away by that afternoon so she suggested I call in the next morning (Monday). Called this morning and because neither of those two receptionist bothered to put a memo in for my room and that I had came in twice for a refund I now have to drive back, another 2hrs, to show my receipt to see IF I can get a refund. Being a college student I don't mind cheap rooms. I even had brought my own blanket just in case but I have to travel once in a while for my job (Tmobile) for meetings and whatnot. I just wanted somwhere to stay for one night before I headed home but I didn't even stay and it shouldn't be so difficult for me to get a refund.
Worst place ever. Someone must sue them for their fraud advertisements. Very dirty rooms. We interrupted our vacation and canceled the remaining of the stay and moved to another hotel
Carpet very dirty. Bathroom broken. Bed sheets were not clean, all of us were having funky smile after sleeping.
