Ưu điểm: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Ưu điểm: Sana is my first choice every time I go to Lisbon. Staff is always glad to help and make everything possible to make you have a pleasant stay. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast is the most amazing one I've had at a hotel. Totally worth it.

Khuyết điểm: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

Location was slightly too far out but only €8 in a taxi to Barro Ailto. Aflama was exceptional, really quirky with lots of different architecture and tiny streets. Great little independent bars.

Ưu điểm: Perfect location just steps from the Metro and many restaurants. A nice, relatively quiet neighborhood a bit out of the touristy zones, which are easily accessible via Metro or bus. Minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom luxuriously large. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Ưu điểm: I’ve visited many hotels in Lisbon over the last 12 months & this is by far the best hotel. The staff are extremely accommodating & the hygiene is excellent. I was delighted with my visit & i will definitely be using again.

Lovely first floor Piano Bar very nice pool area Spa Sauna etc. Excellent Hotel, catered for my party of x 10 Rooms and was great when I asked for Champagne, they even sent me a Free Birthday Cake when entertaining in my suite (50th Tut!!!) Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere.

Khuyết điểm: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Khuyết điểm: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Ưu điểm: Wonderful hotel! everyone was so friendly and the room was a good size. The front desk was so helpful with anything that you needed. Also, it was right in front of the Agenda train station, making it super convenient to come and go to the airport but I didn't even use the train station to travel around downtown Lisbon or Alfama as everything was within walking distance!

Khuyết điểm: The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The mattress had to be turned or replaced( not sure which one) because it had dips on both sides.
The restaurant was over priced. The one dinner we had was very good and the presentation was beautiful, however, for 2 vodka tonics with absolute vodka cost 34 euro and the lobster salad, while beautifully presented, was 19 euro for 2 small claws and some greens.

If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. Ưu điểm: The location was very central and very close to Metro station, so we managed to have a very coursive journey. The personnel was very pronned to help us with any inquiries that we had, they were very, very nice, the food was plenty and for all sorts of requirements and the room was very, very big. We were upgraded from a smaller to a bigger room, so the room was huge. Nicely done!

Khuyết điểm: This is not a 4 star hotel!!! Noise from airplanes all day. Poor breakfast. Cold coffee, green/overcooked eggs and dry bread. Noisy aircondition in the rooms. And to top it all bedbugs ind the bed. The staff tried to make up for it bringing free cake(one cake for two persons), biscuits and a bottle of water. We asked for another room and got it. But instead of bringing cakes they should have upgrated us og at least offered to pay for the farmacy bill. The hotel is located too far from anything. Even the metro stop is a long walk from the hotel.

Ưu điểm: Jose Malhoa is the business district of Lisboa, so buildings are new and roads are wider compare to scenic Alfama or Bairro Alto area ( the main tourist burrows of Lisbon). This hotel is at a prime location and very easy to find out. Extremely nice staff, i have been travelling to many places in Europe, i could feel a real difference in the staff's behavior. Hotel has a good 24*7 restaurant at ground floor and you can get a quick eat easily even at 3 am in the morning.

Ưu điểm: The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied, including some typical Portuguese treats. The room was really cosy and especially soundproof (even though many planes were flying above the hotel we could hear none and sleep the whole night).

Khuyết điểm: I liked pretty much everything....so no complains. If we really need to find a problem then - this hotel is bit far from the main tourist spots and in the modern part of the city, keep that in mind.

Khuyết điểm: It was not far from São Sebastião metro, which is a good area with the Gulbenkian park and many shops, but around 12 min walk. A bit closer to praça de Espanha metro too, only problem is that really close there were just hotels and roads , had a feeling to be out of town

Khuyết điểm: King room was very small. Old bathroom and shower doesn’t work properly. Very hard to keep the water warm. We hat to open wide the windows after showring because the bedroom was full of steam. The guy at the check insisted too much on bringing up our luggage to get a tip. It was unnecessary and annoying.

Khuyết điểm: This hotel had a worn out, grungy feel to it. In the bathroom, instead of toiletries, there was a note saying you could ask the desk for anything you need. The carpet in the hallways was ancient and grungy. Nothing felt especially clean.

Khuyết điểm: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower.The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!

Khuyết điểm: Scuff marks, bad wear & tear in the room, careless finishing, weird smell in the room, surly staff. Definitely not a five star hotel, they would be better off being rated a good value three star hotel. The gym didn't even have quality equipment.

Khuyết điểm: No fully adapted disabled bathrooms with walk in showers. Impossible to use the shower over the bath as I was unable to climb in. The dinner menu was poor and the restaurant was not as nice or comfortable as the breakfast room.
