Ưu điểm: We enjoyed the kindness and the professionalism of the team.Our family unit was very comfortable and clean. Their is an exellent and varied breakfast. It is impotent to note the central location of the hotel. We will definitely recommend this place to every one.

Ưu điểm: The staff were very personable and efficient. Breakfast was fantastic! The location of the hotel is excellent and close to all sightseeing, attractions, restaurants, and night life.

Khuyết điểm: We had an issue with the bathroom door. The mechanism was broken and so one of us got locked into the bathroom. Maintenance was on sight immediately and was prompt about fixing the situation.

Ưu điểm: Stayed over New Years weekend 2018. Very good location near NYE festivities, many local points of interest, and a metro stop with easy transfer to pretty much anywhere, including the airport. This was fortunate because there were a lot of street closures for pedestrian traffic in the area during this time. The room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were tasty and the hotel had an onsite 24 hr bar and room service “snacks and beverages” menu, which came in very handy for a couple of night owls like ourselves.

Khuyết điểm: It was difficult to organize a pickup from the airport, which was understandable given the holiday and our arrival times but this was not mentioned prior. I emailed my request the day before arrival and was not sent any communication letting me know whether my request was even received (it had been, it just wasn’t fulfilled). This just made for a less than positive first impression. An email back saying this wouldn’t be possible, while presenting my other transportation options, would have gone a very long way. Especially if I had received it while I was still coherent prior to my transatlantic flight! After this first hiccup, everything was smooth sailing for the remainder of the trip.

Khuyết điểm: The possibility to take the taxi to the airport for 18 euro is rip-off. We asked the hotel if 18 euro is the regular price for this trip or not and we were told that this fixed price is absolutely the normal price. So we trusted in the judgement and paid more than twice as much as it would have cost according to the taximeter! That was really a pity because we really enjoyed the stay but in the end we felt a little bit cheated.

Ưu điểm: This accommodation is more trendy alternative than fancy boutique. A different way to interact with guests. No real reception, but staff who could not be more kind and helpful. All open plan, including the breakfast and lounge area. Excellent breakfast offering.

Khuyết điểm: If you feel like a hot power shower after playing tourist all day, forget it. Poor water pressure, minuscule shower head, hand held attachment, and leaking shower tub, meant this is impossible:(

Ưu điểm: The apartment is close to city center. Most attractions are within 15 mins walking distance. My friend and I came on Christmas eve and we were upgraded to a larger suite! The reception staffs have been very helpful and gave us a lot of travel advice.

Ưu điểm: Had an overnight stay in Lisbon on my way home from Holland. Randomly booked here and overall enjoyed my stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location to walk about and see the city. Would recommend and possibly stay again if I ever end up in Lisbon!

Ưu điểm: Ok...to be fair ...excellent location, helpful staff and clean, comfortable bedding. I firstly got allocated a basement room with ensuite and kitchenette in the next door building with a small window to an airshaft(shared with a fado restaurant which is open til midnight ). Due to a nauseating insecticide being used just prior to my arrival causing breathing difficulties I was moved to the guesthouse itself to a brighter, larger room with ensuite. As I didn't need the kitchenette I saw this as an improvement. The 28 tram hurtles by from about 6am to 11pm...this less annoying than other guests slamming doors and hearing them use the shared toilet and bathroom next door!

Khuyết điểm: Outside door can be hard to open...from inside and outside. Breakfast...fruit salad or cereal safest. The cooked food was cold when I tried it as it's just left on an open plate ! Noises from the shared toilet and bathroom next door to the room and other guests slamming doors

Ưu điểm: No word to say. The guest house is just in front of St. Anthony Church (the place where the St. Anthony was born). Staff at the restaurant are excellent and friendly. The guest house met our expectation. The break-fast was tasty and good and we believe, most of the items are freshly prepared by the guest house staff.

Khuyết điểm: The bathrooms were clean, but are sharing. It would have been better, if there was private bathroom for individual families.

Khuyết điểm: No coffee maker!! Seriously? Huge disappointment and shock to see a four star without a coffee maker or any provision for coffee. Next time, I should bring my own may be. Sometimes, some people need to make hot water in Winters just to soothe the system. The staff that checked is in was so rude! She didn't even bother to give an overview of the city for first timers. Another staff tried to scare is about getting taxi early morning and suggested we book a taxi at night with the hotel. We found out that finding a taxi early morning wasn't a problem at all and that he would have charged double the cost of the fare just to book it. We booked using the Free Now taxi app. Great service. Room was not sound proof as noise from other parts of the hotel was getting in.

Khuyết điểm: Kayak says there’s a free airport shuttle, which is the main reason I booked this hotel. There is a shuttle, but it’s not free. It’s 13€. If it wasn’t for that, I would have nothing bad to say.

Khuyết điểm: I tried contacting the hotel beforehand and their communication was not good. It took more than one attempt and still my questions were not answered. Room was very hot.

Khuyết điểm: The bathrooms need a renovation for the hotel quality, kind of old. The bedroom window was with an awfull isolation, we could hear all the sounds from outside as if it was open. The elevators were taking a lot of time to arrive.

Ưu điểm: The hotel has an almost unbeatably perfect location. Tram station, Rossio square, Bairra Alto district, and many other attractions as well as the Tejo riverside are within walking distance. Not bad price/value ratio and the room had a private bathroom too.

Khuyết điểm: Our window was facing a horribly shabby inner yard and some of the windows in the hotel leaking rainwater. I have missed some fresh veggies and/or fruits in the breakfast choice (although, fruitsalad is there).
