Ưu điểm: Everything was awesome! The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Especially Patricia (the blond one :)) The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had black colour - good choice! They prepared breakfast for us to go. We will come back again!!!

Khuyết điểm: The traffic noise. This is one of the busiest crossings in Lisbon and there is traffic not only on ground but also in the air.

Ưu điểm: The staff are really friendly and welcoming, especially Patricia. The location is right next to the Metro. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the room and decor simple and quite stylish.

Khuyết điểm: If arriving by taxi make sure the driver knows which end of the street the property is (next to the Metro).

Khuyết điểm: Unfortunately there was construction above my room during my stay. I had to cancel my remaining days and book another hotel. Had I know, I wouldn’t have booked. With that said, the staff was amazing, the accommodations were comfortable (although the bathroom was VERY narrow.

Ưu điểm: Personalized service and great continental breakfast. I also loved the daily baked cake or loaf available. Great location at a Metro station and across the street from the large El Cortes Ingles which is full or food options plus a complete supermarket.

Khuyết điểm: Be aware this area of city is on the airport flight path so there is some associated noise.

Khuyết điểm: Thé suite was very noisy because of the ventilation we could not switch of! The breakfast was simple comparing with others and there was after 9 am no replenishment. Good coffee.

Ưu điểm: I would only stay there for a day which I did and not for pleasure. It reminded me of am airport hotel.

Ưu điểm: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!

Khuyết điểm: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.

Ưu điểm: All the amenities and the cleanliness of the room. Great TV. The beds were comfortable and warm.

Ưu điểm: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Khuyết điểm: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Ưu điểm: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.

Khuyết điểm: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.

Ưu điểm: It a relaxing oasis and very calming atmosphere the staff are very attentive and asked for extra towels which we got within minutes. There is only a bfast area and no real restaurant or bar so it’s nice and quiet. You get water and fresh fruit in room which is a lovely added touch. Second time in this hotel and it’s an ideal city break.

Khuyết điểm: Maybe could do with a bit more maintenance as some marks in shower area and drainage in shower not that great. Light shines through bathroom door so if your a light sleeper and someone uses bathroom through the night it’s very bright.

Ưu điểm: The furniture is (or looks) brand new. I quite liked the innovative “do not disturb” system, which can be set from inside the room. I also appreciated having a big closet and a desk where I could work.

Khuyết điểm: Just that the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was also a very thin, so not ideal If you’re sharing the room with someone else and you’re looking for some privacy.

Ưu điểm: Good breakfast, straight above the metro station (city Center is approx 15 mins away with a change of a station; direct line to the airport), comfortable bed. If you are travelling with the car, it’s better to ask hotel for paid parking (Eur 15 per night), which is across the street

Ưu điểm: We found the property to be in a good location however less able people may struggle with the walk to the centre although there are plenty of underground stations and buses nearby

Ưu điểm: This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. They want you to believe it is, but it isn´t!! No way, probably 3 stars and has some things that a 2 star hotel offers. The breakfast at the IBIS (2-3 stars) is better!!!!!!! NO TV IN OTHER LANGUAGES, nothing in English (only BBC Entertainment, I mean CNN, BBC, SkyNews), nothing in French, German or even Spanish!!!!!!!!!! Good grief, it´s supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. The breakfast IS VERY MEDIOCRE (the breakfast at the 2-3 star IBIS is better), they put out the cheaper Portuguese pastries, no "pasteis de nata", the most famous ones (they must be more expensive!!), they put a SPOON in the honey bowl, really tacky!! (there is a utensil for honey). Yogurt from the carton, bacon was inedible, not the good type of bacon, and the eggs and beans were cold. Only the fresh fruit saved the day. Breakfast was not a 4 star breakfast and the hotel is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.

Khuyết điểm: Elevator would not go to the correct floor. Worse elevator I have ever experienced. In bar got an orange juice. 12 ounces for 3 euros. Same server at dinner 6 ounces for 3 euros.
