Ưu điểm: The staff and service was great. The location is excellent if you want to stay in an uber modern and spotlessly clean area of the city. I went for a walk once at midnight and felt completely safe. This hotel is within a block of the oceanarium, 2 blocks to the arena and metro train station, and a huge shopping mall complete with a supermarket. Everything in this area is modern and scrubbed clean. It is also a business area, surrounded by corporate buildings, as well as restaurants and other stores.

Everything in this area is modern and scrubbed clean. It is also a business area, surrounded by corporate buildings, as well as restaurants and other stores.
Khuyết điểm: The entry area felt a little bit ostentatious and sterile. It was open about 2 or 3 stories high, white and clean. I felt a bit conspicuous every time I came and went. It seemed that there were a lot of business meetings and events happening there based on the traffic of business people in and out of the hotel.
The room was a bit cramped, though nicely furnished, modern and clean.
The elevators and breakfast buffet seemed taxed by the morning rush, and both mornings I stayed there they didn't have more than scraps in the scrambled egg trays.

Room was very nice but on the small side. The bathroom was very nice but shower setup managed to get part of the bathroom floor soaking wet.
My pet peeve:
No way to leave your devices charging when you're out of the room. Your door card shuts all the power off in the room when you clise the room door and take it with you. I know it's a green thing but leaving a USB plug on to charge a phone would make such a difference? Really?

Ưu điểm: Three times this year we have stayed here. Twice in the last 10 days. The welcome is so warm and genuine and Bruna is a real ambassador for TRYP, she always remembers us as does her lovely male colleague who checked us out y’day and took care of our bags. Room 1501 is AMAZING - but our other rooms were great too. Super comfy, warm and great rain head showers. Breakfast buffet excellent with lots of tasty items perfect to our taste. The omelette station y’day we enjoyed very much. The staff smiley and so efficient and friendly. TRYP Oriente has become our hotel of choice when in Lisboa. We look forward to staying in 2020. Well done to all the team.

Ưu điểm: Stayed at different hotels in the area, but this was by far the best, for value and pleasant staff. There are some renovations going on at the moment which we were advised of, but these didn’t start until after 9.00am. Room on 14th floor was bright and clean with fantastic views over the river. Great choice at breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff. Will definitely use again.

Khuyết điểm: Check in at reception was very slow, even with two staff, I had requested to be near to my friends as I was travelling without my husband we were put two floors apart, this was quickly rectified and we were placed in the same corridor.

Ưu điểm: Great Location - A couple hundred yards from the Oriente train station. About 10 min cab ride to Airport. Very close to waterfront. Fabulous breakfast included. Excellent room. Great value. Free shuttle to the Airport. Would definitely book again.

Khuyết điểm: There was no soap, shampoo, or any essentials in the room. Also the check in was quite slow, waited for 30 min. Bed was decent even though set up was odd with four beds in the room for just me. Also the whole room felt low-rate with cheap materials.

Ưu điểm: Three times this year we have stayed here. Twice in the last 10 days. The welcome is so warm and genuine and Bruna is a real ambassador for TRYP, she always remembers us as does her lovely male colleague who checked us out y’day and took care of our bags. Room 1501 is AMAZING - but our other rooms were great too. Super comfy, warm and great rain head showers. Breakfast buffet excellent with lots of tasty items perfect to our taste. The omelette station y’day we enjoyed very much. The staff smiley and so efficient and friendly. TRYP Oriente has become our hotel of choice when in Lisboa. We look forward to staying in 2020. Well done to all the team.

Ưu điểm: Stayed at different hotels in the area, but this was by far the best, for value and pleasant staff. There are some renovations going on at the moment which we were advised of, but these didn’t start until after 9.00am. Room on 14th floor was bright and clean with fantastic views over the river. Great choice at breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff. Will definitely use again.

Khuyết điểm: The bathroom was not clean properly and the whole room and an intense smell of some type aromatic sent... gave me a headache. We stayed on the 12th floor with view towards the river... bad choice! There was a party in the area lasting until 04:00 and we heard everything.

Khuyết điểm: My room had two single beds and was at the back of the hotel overlooking the (somewhat noisy) railway. It was very basic and generally in need of refurbishment. The small wall mounted TV only had six channels for most of the week and the shower leaked water onto the floor due to a missing seal on the glass. The buffet breakfast was a bit of a 'free-for-all' with not enough tables for 1-2 persons.
