Ưu điểm: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Ưu điểm: Sana is my first choice every time I go to Lisbon. Staff is always glad to help and make everything possible to make you have a pleasant stay. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast is the most amazing one I've had at a hotel. Totally worth it.

Khuyết điểm: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

Location was slightly too far out but only €8 in a taxi to Barro Ailto. Aflama was exceptional, really quirky with lots of different architecture and tiny streets. Great little independent bars.

Ưu điểm: Almost everything else was worth it. The customer service, breakfast, bedroom. The hotel was very well lit and decorated for Christmas under the theme "greatest show ever" with full carousel on display and shows enacted. Breakfast was superb, with a full spread of meats, live chef cooking omelettes, breads, fruits, teas, coffees. Its worth adding on breakfast with room. Restaurant on site provided delicious meals, with live cooking. Bedroom was very big with two beds for my accommodation, bathroom was big as well with walk in shower. Bathrobes and bedroom slippers provided. A plus for me. Bathrobes also needed for spa. Mini bar and tea facilities in the room. Staff were very professional and accommodating especially spa staff, who was able to provide full body scrubs although not previously booked with Swedish massages. This hotel has one of the biggest spa facilities, with cold baths, jacuzzi style pools, showers, ice bath as well.

Ưu điểm: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Ưu điểm: Perfect location just steps from the Metro and many restaurants. A nice, relatively quiet neighborhood a bit out of the touristy zones, which are easily accessible via Metro or bus. Minutes from the airport. The room was spacious and bright. The bathroom luxuriously large. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

Khuyết điểm: The rooms was VERY small and tight. The room also had an order that was not pleasant. The door lock mechanism was broken when we arrived.

NO TV IN OTHER LANGUAGES, nothing in English (only BBC Entertainment, I mean CNN, BBC, SkyNews), nothing in French, German or even Spanish!!!!!!!!!! Good grief, it´s supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! TOO MUCH NOISE, the airplanes fly directly overhead, and the hotel is on the corner of busy streets, so you hear motorcycles, cars and ambulances, everything!! Way too noisy with the window open. If you close the window, only the fan works, no heating or air conditioning that is appreciable, and it was a little warm in the room as you can only open the window on a crack. Bathtub DID NOT DRAIN. Towels are not the quality of a 4 star hotel. Since the design of the room leads you to believe it´s a 4 star hotel, I guess they are fooling tourists that don´t know the difference, but I´ve never seen a 4 star hotel like this. The breakfast IS VERY MEDIOCRE (the breakfast at the 2-3 star IBIS is better), they put out the cheaper Portuguese pastries, no "pasteis de nata", the most famous ones (they must be more expensive!!), they put a SPOON in the honey bowl, really tacky!! Khuyết điểm: I was surprised that there was no alcohol at the bar. I didn't know that the hotel was Muslim-run, which is fine. I must not have investigated that. However, that wasn't a big deal (regarding the alcohol). I had just never seen that before.

Ưu điểm: Jose Malhoa is the business district of Lisboa, so buildings are new and roads are wider compare to scenic Alfama or Bairro Alto area ( the main tourist burrows of Lisbon). This hotel is at a prime location and very easy to find out. Extremely nice staff, i have been travelling to many places in Europe, i could feel a real difference in the staff's behavior. Hotel has a good 24*7 restaurant at ground floor and you can get a quick eat easily even at 3 am in the morning.

We hat to open wide the windows after showring because the bedroom was full of steam. The guy at the check insisted too much on bringing up our luggage to get a tip. It was unnecessary and annoying.

Khuyết điểm: The overall condition of the hotel was poor, quite dirty and the rooms (we asked for a change) were quite "beaten up". The carpets were stained, dust everywhere and the bathrooms need a good cleaning with new caulking in around the shower.The staff we found to have "low moral" which may be a direct result from poor management. Which is quite disappointing as some were quite nice. It just seems like the owners of the hotel (who ever they may be) have given up in terms of the basics. Not a 5 star by all means; this hotel needs a big wake up!

Khuyết điểm: Scuff marks, bad wear & tear in the room, careless finishing, weird smell in the room, surly staff. Definitely not a five star hotel, they would be better off being rated a good value three star hotel. The gym didn't even have quality equipment.

Khuyết điểm: No fully adapted disabled bathrooms with walk in showers. Impossible to use the shower over the bath as I was unable to climb in. The dinner menu was poor and the restaurant was not as nice or comfortable as the breakfast room.

Khuyết điểm: Air-conditioning did not work well so the room was very hot and was kept awake by the sound of doors closing and other hotel rooms. Hotel would be wise to invest in some little rubber bumpers to keep the doors from slamming closed
