Ưu điểm: Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.

Khuyết điểm: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

Ưu điểm: Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.

Khuyết điểm: Television made loud, crackling noises on several channels, upholstery on a chair was extremely worn, carpet had a bad stain.

Ưu điểm: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Khuyết điểm: slightly outside city center, about 20 minutes walk or a metro station to get to the main street, but at 1 minute's walk, a great shopping mall, with everything including a supermarket.

Ưu điểm: Sana is my first choice every time I go to Lisbon. Staff is always glad to help and make everything possible to make you have a pleasant stay. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast is the most amazing one I've had at a hotel. Totally worth it.

Ưu điểm: Our room had a wonderful view on Restauradores Square with Nespresso, minibar and chocolate on the pillows every night. Very comfortable large bed. At the 7th floor every morning we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast with view. Smoked salmon with sparking wine, grilled vegetables, warm croissants, cereals with yogurt and superfoods, fresh fruits and, not less important, very kind smiling waiters. On the 8th floor the terrace with loungers was like the”cherry on top of a cake”: just a surprise!

Khuyết điểm: I would suggest to prepare some allergy free rooms with parquet instead of moquette.

Ưu điểm: Location is perfect. There is a train station in front of hotel. Moreover, you can find lots of local bars and restaurants on the hill.

Ưu điểm: Luxurious and clean. Quiet room. Free coffee, water and light snacks at lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel provides free city walking tour. The guide was excellent. Metro station is practically at the door steps. Close to old town and shopping. Had a wonderful stay.

Ưu điểm: The facilities were very nice and the staff were wonderful. They were able to check us in early after a long overseas flight plus give our family adjoining rooms. The breakfast was delicious!

Khuyết điểm: Rooms are nice but on the small size. The hotel public spaces is small, lack of salons, boutiques or restaurant choices.

Ưu điểm: Terrific location with easy check in and comfortable rooms. The roof bar is an added bonus. The rooms were plenty big for 2 friends traveling together. The bathroom was especially spacious with a great shower! We could get anywhere we needed to be very easily from this location by any. mode of transport.

Khuyết điểm: Mostly the hotel was terrific. If you are someone who likes having a face cloth, bring your own as they are not part of the towel supply at this hotel.

Khuyết điểm: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. Reported this and they did respond quickly and sent someone to fix. Still too warm though and we could not leave the terrace door open for cool air due to construction next door.

Khuyết điểm: Service was average. No one to help with luggage and quality of service of reception staff varied too much: from very nice and knowledgeable to not very nice and unwelcoming.

Khuyết điểm: Has the "modern" room set up with a glass door bathroom, so the other person is disturbed by the light shining through. Beware that you will be charged 2.5 euros for each coffee pod beyond the two offered! Gym is small but workable.

Ưu điểm: This is a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff js very helpful, the breakfast is great, and the facilities are wonderful. We loved the pool and saunas! Would definitely recommend and we would like to return here next time we’re in Lisbon.

Khuyết điểm: The fire alarm went off in the afternoon, when we were taking a nap. It is still unclear what happened and nobody really communicated this. Early checkin was not possible, but we received a later checkout, which was great for us! There is still quite a bit of a walk to the city centre and there are not many restaurants around, but uber is very affordable and the area is still nice.

Ưu điểm: Beautiful palace built by a 19th Century cocoa importer made a Count by the King. Magnificent building, professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast included, comfortable rooms and good (not great) fitness center, spa and pool.

Khuyết điểm: Not as many drawers for clothes as would be ideal; no facecloths in bathroom (only towels), location is 1+ mile away from the main activities so cabs are required.

Ưu điểm: Excellent location, just 15/20 minute walk from Winter Wonderland. Lovely first floor Piano Bar very nice pool area Spa Sauna etc. Excellent Hotel, catered for my party of x 10 Rooms and was great when I asked for Champagne, they even sent me a Free Birthday Cake when entertaining in my suite (50th Tut!!!) Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere.

Khuyết điểm: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Khuyết điểm: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.
