Ưu điểm: - great location - friendly and helpful staff, especically the personnel who told the history of the buildling as he showed me the room - good breakfast - free drinks and the egg tarte waiting for you in the room!

Khuyết điểm: - I did not have a bath robe or slippers that my colleagues loved (and later learned that it depended on the class of the room selected. I guess I did not choose the good one) - the bakery/tea house recommended by the reception was not the best (otherwise excellent suggestions for quick tourism, depending on the time available)

Ưu điểm: Excellent location in Baixa right next of Santa Justa Elevator, a lot of restaurants, shops, coffee shop etc. Staff was friendly and nice, complimentary mini-bar with some drink with refill each day, they also provide us with some sweets and champagne!

Khuyết điểm: During our stay they had some constructions work in the hotel that we didnt notified about before we order.

Khuyết điểm: The room window was facing inside building triangle, so claustrophobic, could not see the sky nor outside world. Ask for a room with a proper view.

Khuyết điểm: Breakfast was great on Sunday, but slightly disappointing the following morning (Monday). There was no hot food at one stage and probably 50% less guests than the previous day.

Ưu điểm: The front desk staff could not have been nicer, very professional considering, especially considering their current lack of a working front desk. Breakfast was available at a great little restaurant only a few doors down from the hotel staircase. Great hot and cold variety of buffet items for any taste. New rooms are pretty great and very quiet. Convenient location to central tourist sights. Hotel is located in a flat part of Lisbon which is helpful at the end of fabulous day touring, eating, and drinking.

Khuyết điểm: While I had been warned of the renovation in progress, I had not been prepared for the extent of the renovation. This was my second stay at Hotel Lisboa Tejo. I really enjoyed the old style hotel for its large, open rooms with hardwood floors and big windows.The newly designed rooms are sleek and comfortable but could be in any hotel in the world. As of July 2017, there is no public space - no lobby, registration desk, restaurant, bar, or breakfast area. Guests access the tiny temporary registration desk, which is also the landing for the elevator to above floors, by climbing a steep marble staircase. Anyone with accessibility issues will not be happy here until the renovation allows better hotel access.

Ưu điểm: The location is really well that you can go everywhere by foot.We ate the breakfast and it is nice!

Ưu điểm: Our room had a wonderful view on Restauradores Square with Nespresso, minibar and chocolate on the pillows every night. Very comfortable large bed. At the 7th floor every morning we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast with view. Smoked salmon with sparking wine, grilled vegetables, warm croissants, cereals with yogurt and superfoods, fresh fruits and, not less important, very kind smiling waiters. On the 8th floor the terrace with loungers was like the”cherry on top of a cake”: just a surprise!

Ưu điểm: The facilities were very nice and the staff were wonderful. They were able to check us in early after a long overseas flight plus give our family adjoining rooms. The breakfast was delicious!

Ưu điểm: Terrific location with easy check in and comfortable rooms. The roof bar is an added bonus. The rooms were plenty big for 2 friends traveling together. The bathroom was especially spacious with a great shower! We could get anywhere we needed to be very easily from this location by any. mode of transport.

Khuyết điểm: Mostly the hotel was terrific. If you are someone who likes having a face cloth, bring your own as they are not part of the towel supply at this hotel.

Ưu điểm: The elevator was practical and it was clean. The breakfast was not too bad, there was a nice coffee machine, however only coffee from the buffet was included, not the good one from the machine..

Khuyết điểm: The first night I had a room on the first floor, a single room, which was located above the kitchen, with a zooming noise and totally no view from the room, so it felt very much closed up. I couldn’t sleep, because of the noise and luckily I got another, nicer room on the third floor. A nice gesture from the guy at the reception. It is noisy at night, due to the bar opposite, but that is due to the location, so nothing the hotel can be blamed for.

Khuyết điểm: the last day we were they, we went own to breakfast and, while we were having breakfast, they decided to make renovations in the kitchen. The used metal and stone grinders. There was so much noise I thought to be in a body shop. My girlfriend even told the if they could wait after we finished breakfast but they still carried on.

Khuyết điểm: they wanted exara money for cheackout after 13:00 pm. They do not change bedding every day.(Stain that was on the sheet "moved" the next day to the other side). They just make the bed. Some of the towels had stains. They wanted to charge us double the water bottle we bought from the receipt (which is also the price of 2x half the receipt from the nearby store)

Ưu điểm: The room was clean and spacious, no troubles with noise, heating worked great, the guys in reception were very helpful (in both English and French) and we found some great restaurants nearby. Easy to reach by bus from the airport, 15 minutes walk from the city center, good bus connections as well.

Ưu điểm: Centrally located, near Metro, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, well appointed. Everything we could ask for.
