Ưu điểm: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Ưu điểm: Sana is my first choice every time I go to Lisbon. Staff is always glad to help and make everything possible to make you have a pleasant stay. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast is the most amazing one I've had at a hotel. Totally worth it.

Ưu điểm: Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.
Khuyết điểm: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

Khuyết điểm: slightly outside city center, about 20 minutes walk or a metro station to get to the main street, but at 1 minute's walk, a great shopping mall, with everything including a supermarket.

Ưu điểm: Our room had a wonderful view on Restauradores Square with Nespresso, minibar and chocolate on the pillows every night. Very comfortable large bed. At the 7th floor every morning we enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast with view. Smoked salmon with sparking wine, grilled vegetables, warm croissants, cereals with yogurt and superfoods, fresh fruits and, not less important, very kind smiling waiters. On the 8th floor the terrace with loungers was like the”cherry on top of a cake”: just a surprise!

Ưu điểm: Luxurious and clean. Quiet room. Free coffee, water and light snacks at lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel provides free city walking tour. The guide was excellent. Metro station is practically at the door steps. Close to old town and shopping. Had a wonderful stay.

Ưu điểm: Terrific location with easy check in and comfortable rooms. The roof bar is an added bonus. The rooms were plenty big for 2 friends traveling together. The bathroom was especially spacious with a great shower! We could get anywhere we needed to be very easily from this location by any. mode of transport.

Khuyết điểm: The air conditioning did not cool the room properly. Reported this and they did respond quickly and sent someone to fix. Still too warm though and we could not leave the terrace door open for cool air due to construction next door.

Khuyết điểm: The fire alarm went off in the afternoon, when we were taking a nap. It is still unclear what happened and nobody really communicated this. Early checkin was not possible, but we received a later checkout, which was great for us! There is still quite a bit of a walk to the city centre and there are not many restaurants around, but uber is very affordable and the area is still nice.

Ưu điểm: We had an excellent stay at the Intercontinental Lisbon. I would say the best hotel we’ve ever visited. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They treated our pet as part of their family..and special thanks to Laura at the reception desk...she went out of her way to help us feel at home. We will definitely stay at the Intercontinental again next time we visit Lisbon. Congrats to the hotel for the great staff..Boas Festas and Obrigado!

Khuyết điểm: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Khuyết điểm: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Ưu điểm: Wonderful hotel! everyone was so friendly and the room was a good size. The front desk was so helpful with anything that you needed. Also, it was right in front of the Agenda train station, making it super convenient to come and go to the airport but I didn't even use the train station to travel around downtown Lisbon or Alfama as everything was within walking distance!

Ưu điểm: We liked the location and the Staff were very helpful. The staff did everything they said they would do and we appreciated their positivity and quick response concerning the bed..
Khuyết điểm: The bathroom was too small for 2 people. The mattress had to be turned or replaced( not sure which one) because it had dips on both sides.
The restaurant was over priced. The one dinner we had was very good and the presentation was beautiful, however, for 2 vodka tonics with absolute vodka cost 34 euro and the lobster salad, while beautifully presented, was 19 euro for 2 small claws and some greens.

Ưu điểm: Great location. The breakfast was plentiful and included in the price of my room. There is a large buffet and you can also order off of a menu at no extra cost. The resturant for dinner was excellent as was the food served in the bar. All staff were helpful.
Khuyết điểm: Service in bar could be hard to get, sometimes waiting for 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. I think this is due to both low staffing and lay out. If the staff doesn't look around you won't be seen due to pillars and nooks.

We would have liked to have our dinner at the hotel, but the internal restaurants (2) were completely empty and a bit .. desolated, so we had to go out for dinner. this is the only little drop I want to remark, even if this point did not affected at all our perfect staying at Dom Pedro.

Ưu điểm: Wow! What a delightful place to stay. The staff were all very pleasant and keen to help or fix any issue. Breakfast was excellent, and the juices and cakes were available to guests all day - fantastic to come back to after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the dinner with fado entertainment. Very special.

Ưu điểm: Breakfast, location, cleanliness, the super helpful staff ... all of it meeting much beyond expectations. The live music with breakfast (piano one day, sax the other) was a nice touch, and the library in the evening for reading was perfect.
Khuyết điểm: Not a quiet hotel, at all, and so for the light sleeper, a better spot is needed (especially for New Year’s Eve when the streets party til 6am).

Khuyết điểm: No coffee maker!! Seriously? Huge disappointment and shock to see a four star without a coffee maker or any provision for coffee. Next time, I should bring my own may be. Sometimes, some people need to make hot water in Winters just to soothe the system. The staff that checked is in was so rude! She didn't even bother to give an overview of the city for first timers. Another staff tried to scare is about getting taxi early morning and suggested we book a taxi at night with the hotel. We found out that finding a taxi early morning wasn't a problem at all and that he would have charged double the cost of the fare just to book it. We booked using the Free Now taxi app. Great service. Room was not sound proof as noise from other parts of the hotel was getting in.

Khuyết điểm: Kayak says there’s a free airport shuttle, which is the main reason I booked this hotel. There is a shuttle, but it’s not free. It’s 13€. If it wasn’t for that, I would have nothing bad to say.

Khuyết điểm: The bathrooms need a renovation for the hotel quality, kind of old. The bedroom window was with an awfull isolation, we could hear all the sounds from outside as if it was open. The elevators were taking a lot of time to arrive.

Well, it wasn't free, had to be pre-arranged, and ended up doubling the cost of the hotel room to stay here one night, for taxi to and from the airport. and was like 30 minutes from the airport.

Khuyết điểm: Thought the location was a bit far out from the busy centre of Lisbon. We went in December and the Winter Wonderland and Christmas markets were located close to us at Marques de Pombla Sq, so for that it was good, but at other times of the year ????

Ưu điểm: It was quiet, comfortable and always exceptionally clean- always smelt fresh and so was very inviting. Sheets were clean . Temperature was just right in the room. Rooms sizes were very good. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable, professional. Lots of local restaurants and shops within striking distance.
Khuyết điểm: It wasn’t as close to the centre as description led me to believe. View was not very good out of twin room -a wall and only slightly better out of the triple room.

Ưu điểm: Easy to find on a main road into Lisbon, very close to Intendente metro station. There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd and 3rd floor, fairly well equipped. It is a typical hostel so no frills or fripperies, but the beds were comfortable enough and we weren't cold. Very easy to walk into the old city and all the sights.

Khuyết điểm: Somewhere to sit and eat your meal if you don't want to eat in your bedroom. Floors a bit mank, so bring your slippers.

Khuyết điểm: No hot water for the entire week. No compensation offered, nothing, not even a good explanation for what happened and when would be fixed. When asked for an invoice for my company, I received a wrong total in EUR, with a wrong card number used for the payment, took them few days to issue that. I replied that those details were wrong, asked for a new correct invoice to be issued. Never heard from the property again.

Khuyết điểm: I can only speak for the room for 3. It is huge but very poor equipped. We had big problem with the lack of sockets. No lighting in most part of the room. Portugal does not have heating system. For such a big room we only had a tiny heater which did not do much. All the requests are all politely rejected. The room smells funky, so are the duvets. We saw an insect running from toilet to living room in the last day of stay.
