Ưu điểm: Loved how close it was to the beach and the trail to other near by beaches such as long beach. Walking to the other bay was quick and the staff were very helpful in directing us around town.

Khuyết điểm: The hill to the rooms is a little steep but not terrible especially if you're young. The staff with drive you to your room with your luggage when you arrive and dive down your luggage when you leave.

Ưu điểm: I lived an island life. Front desk was kind enough and allowed us to check-in early. This place is beautiful, living in a hut with spacious room. Ambience was really breathtaking. Budget friendly.

Khuyết điểm: Their wifi was working on and off, the AC was super noisy, the fridge shuts down when you remove the key, there isn’t a safe box.

Ưu điểm: Location, little away from the main town so stayed quiet.

Khuyết điểm: Room walls are very thin, could hear the next door neighbours music and cats in the roof very loudly.

Khuyết điểm: when we come, they get very poor room to us. we must changed this horor room.

Ưu điểm: The room is quiet even though there are building works going on. Nights are quiet. You can’t hear your neighbours through the wall separating rooms in a double bungalow. You really have a privacy. Room is clean, there’s a wardrobe, bathroom is big and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Some good quality, cheap (in Phi Phi prices) local restaurants are 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Khuyết điểm: Please make sure guests can make their own coffee or have coffee available at the reception at least in the morning. It saves us paying extra money for coffee elsewhere. Otherwise all good.

Ưu điểm: wonderful place! the view from the pool is fantastic, breakfast is great, wifi connection is fast, rooms are clean and you dont have any problem with hot water. i'll definitely come bach again

Khuyết điểm: I didn't like how firm the beds are... Though this seems to be the case most places.

Khuyết điểm: Very noisy, you can hear everything from your neighbor room BUT the view and hotel are very recommended, probably don’t go if you have children or wanna rest.

Khuyết điểm: The hotel is a little bit faraway from the pier. There is a bar near to the hotel which played a very loud music so you cannot take rest before 1h. No coffee machine on breakfast, you have to ask for hot milk and wait until they prepare it

Khuyết điểm: Found too many cocroaches in the toom. First day the beach was dried up was very dissapointing but next day it was very beautiful .you should inform the guests about this situation.

Ưu điểm: My A/C room was right by the pool and was great. Clean room, shower was hot (if needed), A/C was great and definitely needed. Breakfast was fried egg, toast, juice, tea/coffee, jam. I asked for extra toast each day and it was always given - sometimes with an extra egg as well. The pool was a real bonus. Clean and deep enough to swim. A great location. About 15 steps up a slope from town, so away from the loud music. The water reservoir next to the hotel was not smelly - just water. I didn't have a problem with mosquitoes in my room - I think the A/C helped. Very satisfied with the place and good value for phi phi.

Ưu điểm: The guy who manages the property is very sympathic, and accomodations are, for 2 people, perfect with a nice pool in front of the sea

Khuyết điểm: I had a bad experience because of 2 points : - 1st (minor point) : we booked a room for 3 people but there was only 1 big bed for 2 and 1 sofa-bed (I slept in it and it was not very confortable), but this was « ok » for me. - 2nd (major point) : we had a very bad experience with a guy that welcomed us. At the begining he was very nice and just perfect. At 10pm he asked us to lend to him our scooter for 1 hour (claiming that he had broken his own scooter and needed it to bring a friend of him somewhere). He was nice so I said to him « ok » (but specifying him that we would need it back for sure tomorrow at 6am because we need to go catch our boat to go back to Phuket). It was ok for him since he only needed it for 1 hour. But when we woke up at 6am the day after, still NO SCOOTER !! We tried to ask everyone where is the guy and we finally managed to find 1 guy at the reception that managed to call the girlfriend of the 1st guy, that assured to me that he will leave her house in 5 min and come to the hotel with our scooter. After lots of calls with her, the guy finally arrived with our scooter, with a big smile. As I was not smiling at all, he changed his strategy and claimed he was at the hospital all the night for his friend (that for sure was a lie, even the other guy of the hotel seemed not surprise at all and was septical), and began to be violent by screaming very loud, and hitting everywhere (including on our scooter). He was smelling alcohol, and even screamed « SORRY, MY FRIEND DIED! SOOORRYYY », but did not forget to mention to us to not put a bad review for what happened. This was very weird as I was with my little brother and my little sister, and we managed to get out of there as quickly as possible (also to not miss our boat). So quickly that 1 minute after we left, I had a scooter accident that costed me serious injuries (I’m currently writing this comment from the hospital, 3 days after) - I’m not saying it is entirely related but still.
