No reminder to tell us which terminal and cause me delayed to the flight, the airport reception was inexperience send me to a wrong terminal. Luggage charging was bad. If you declare online gives you half price and it doesn’t work

Khuyết điểm: 2 things: 1) I've traveled dozens of airlines with the same carryon backpack. The ticket agent required me to weigh my bag and since it was greater than 7kg said I'd have to check it. 2) Flight crew was running late which is entirely understandable. BUT rather than let the 200+ passengers know what was happening the gate agents said nothing.

The other location had staff on a break. Then no one else at the check in wanted to accept payment so that I could move on to boarding. Staff not friendly about the whole process.

Ưu: Prompt boarding, leather seats with reasonable leg room, even with seat in front reclined. Efficient, friendly and professional stewards

Ưu: Flights were on time and worked well for us. Flight attendants were helpful

Khuyết điểm: The charges for each checked bag were annoying. We are a family of three and traveling with a 26 Kg kid but paying full price for our seats. With one checked bag the additional 4 Kg in the bag resulting in an upcharge seems foolish. Other passengers weighing 4 times as much pay the same ticket price as our smaller lighter weigh child.

Ưu: It was exactly what we needed. On time flight with few frills but good price and efficient. No complaints at all. Crew did well keeping control of passengers that kept standing while seatbelt sign was on. Firm but not angry. Good job.

Khuyết điểm: First of all the flight was delayed, it's OK it happens. What we didn't like was having the boarder time be delayed on top of the delayed flight. Then we we finally arrived at our destination we had to wait for 10 minutes for a second set of busses to arrive. Then once we get into a building we have to walk up a flight of stairs with our suit cases. I was traveling with my 72 year old mother. Not impressed. It's one thing to delay flights it's another to make your passengers go through hoops to get to their destination.

Ưu: Good food, fast service, I suppose it was okay for a low priced carrier.

Khuyết điểm: No frills airline and a broken seat. Flight attendants were rude.

Ưu: Relatively cheap but you get what you pay for.

Khuyết điểm: They are super strict with the luggage, and you have to go through multiple steps. Operations are poor. Flight was delayed.

Ưu: Please be aware they can change flight times earlier without communicating

Khuyết điểm: Booked a midday flight directly with VietJet only to find the flight no longer was flying that day. We had been up onto a completely different flight, 4.5 hours later, with no communication whatsoever. We had paid extra for certain seats, And we're told during checkin these were given away. Thankfully they gave us the seats 1 row in front of what we'd booked. They should really tell passengers about flights, as this could have caused a lot of issues if choosing connecting flights. We were lucky to be able to rearrange our pick up.

Ưu: I don't remember ordering food, but I got some and it was okay. Knowing AirAsia, I'd better check my card statement.

Khuyết điểm: The flight was delayed, AFTER WE BOARDED, for 2 hours. No attempt was made to provide food or s reasonable explanation.

Ưu: Boarding process was great, who went in first just as supposed to be so minimizing crowded in the cabin alley.

Khuyết điểm: No on-flight meal available to purchase. It's lunch time and the airline expected everyone had lunch before?!? 15 minute delay, understandable. Seat pocket was not cleaned, someone spilled chocolate drink before and the cleaning service missed to do the job.

Ưu: somewhere between a budget airline and a premium service. For the excellent price i was excitement pleases with the service and comfort. Would definitely fly with malindo again.

Khuyết điểm: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Khuyết điểm: I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

Ưu: Loved the tinted windows on the Dreamliner! And the rainbow lights at the end of the flight. Scoot personal were excellant!

Khuyết điểm: Things to know: Need to download an app before getting on the flight to get ScootTV. Plane was a little loud.

Khuyết điểm: Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then didn't board for another 45 minutes after that. We were given a mediocre coffee or soft drink in a lounge, no food. Basically the afternoon at Patong was wasted because we didn't arrive until after 5pm. Vietjet is renowned for this sloppiness and persistent delays.

Khuyết điểm: Crew members playing video games while waiting on the Tarmac.. very unprofessional.. driver of shuttle should be fired for not paying attention...

Ưu: Fast and efficient and low cost budget

Khuyết điểm: Really annoying to have to pay excess luggage fee when starting a long journey, being allowed only 15k and the first thing that happens is that You have to leave Your check in country to go and pay for having 3kg extra. Badly earned money spent all time in line hating the airline for this stupidity - 20 kg's is a very normal allowance - get back to standard!

Ưu: FOLKS PURCHASE EXCESS BAGGAGE WITH EXCESS WEIGHT ONLINE WHILE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE, THEY WARN YOU TOO AS YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS...other than that everything was so quick it didn't feel like the flight ever happened seriously

Khuyết điểm: Other than my baggage costing almost as much as my flight (which was inexpensive to begin with) what i didn't like has nothing to do with airport, airline or the country because there are always a few obnoxious tourists whom just seem not to know how to behave...

Ưu: Good quick smooth flight On time departure and arrival.

Ưu: Generally okay and what one could reasonably expect for a regional low cost flight in Thailand. Ground staff were friendly and helpful despite huge numbers of people travelling. Likewise the cabin crew did their best given the low cost nature of the flight and having a full plane.

Khuyết điểm: Paid for seat selection, which I thought brought with it some priority in boarding, however that was not to be and instead boarding was a bit of a free-for-all with no management of the situation by ground staff. The seat pitch is also hideous and even being of average height it was near impossible to even move my legs to retrieve something off the floor.

Ưu: Got a good seat (aisle in exit row--I'm 6'2") without asking for anything special. Adequate meal even though the flight was only 2.5 hours.

Ưu: The seats were roomy and comfortable. For airline food, it was actually pretty tasty. The in-flight entertainment was very good. I wish Vietnam Air was available in the States!

Khuyết điểm: There was the least amount of legroom I've ever seen on any other airline, my legs were digging into the seat in front of my when I was sitting perfectly upright. They also didn't serve even water.

Ưu: The price was right and the aircraft are new B737s.

Khuyết điểm: The snack provided was a pack of 3 oreos and some water. They had other snacks and meals available for sale.

Khuyết điểm: There was a large group that seemed like a class trio with over 20 children who were loud and rude the entire flight. Parents and flight attendants did not tell them to calm down or act more polite.

Khuyết điểm: Very little leg room, no complimentary water or snack.
