Only the flying part was okay. They have not served food to two of us in the Doha to Hyderabad flight They told that they are not aware of our food requirements We had to travel without food

Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Reason: There are two queues 1 For people who did a web checkin 2 people who didn’t do a web checkin The Qatar staff at Hyderabad experienced a technical glitch because their only system failed and there was no backup option. There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

It was a traumatizing experience for her... needless to say, nothing was found and no explanation was given. The seats recline too far back so that the person behind cannot enjoy what they are watching. The crew has to keep asking the passengers in front to pull their chairs up slightly."

They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

The flight was a disaster in all aspects, was treated like an animal. I paid 2k for this ticket, felt suffocated even asked if I could get an upgrade to business class but got denied. Never ever flying with etihad again. Been a valued customer for years. Never again.
The Etihad ground staff didn’t communicate about new flight timings in bengaluru & didn’t escort or help passengers when we are stuck in security. Other airlines took responsibility to escort passengers. The food was good AUH- BLR; AUH- WAS . Others like WAS- AUH & BLR- AUH. Food was horrible. Etihad looting money in name baggage policy. No communication to passengers about cabin baggage policy.
Fare difference was really bad almost double than my regular fare never fly again
The original flight on 15th canceled but not informed the passenger. The next flight allocated was for 20th. Why 5 days later. This is unacceptable

Later when I asked them to show the baggage restrictions, they went back saying it's okay. I had only 1 check in bag and it weight 1 kg more. I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."

Flight arrived a bit late and took-off 3 hrs late than the estimated take-off time and there was nothing offered in-flight during this time apart from water, which was a very bad experience."

Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy."

And I don't mean enough to swing my legs about as much as I want, just enough to be comfortable. This isn't essential on short flights, but just seems cruel to taller people on long flights."
