There were toothbrush kits w/small tubes of toothpaste in the bathrooms, which was a nice touch. Bathrooms were very clean. Entertainment was very good and had many choices. Would love to fly them again any chance I get! Probably the best flight experience I've ever had."

Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

It is 2016, the vegetarian/vegan community is growing, and it is unfair that there was no choices. Luckily, the snacks were vegan friendly and the kind staff tried to put together a meal of veggies, fruit, and as many rolls as we wanted. If this wouldn't have been the case, the flight could have been a lot worse. Consider giving the meal preference choice to people. Not everyone eats meat, and many have an allergy/intolerance to dairy."

"ANA is great"

"Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more."

Ưu: "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

One ANA staff sends us to wait to a certain counter after looking at our ENTIRE trip (all 3 segments), only to find out 20min later that we were supposed to go to ANOTHER counter, because our ultimate destination was International (USA). Also, boarding passes had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

"I did not use this return flight as I was going to Europe for work. The flight coming to Montreal 7 days prior was flawless. There was a 50 min delay that was not unexpected. Nothing wrong on Kayak or Air Canada about this flight."

Khuyết điểm: "My flights were so behind I missed my connection for Toronto to Tel Aviv and was rerouted to London and then Frankfurt but the plane was late getting there as well. Air canada had no crew on the ground and over and hour wait for customer service on the phone so i had no way to find out what my reticketing status was. I was passed off to numerous other airlines and sent through the airport to the incorrect terminals in heathrow causing another missed flight. Air canada did not accept the responsibility to maintain my reservation and get me to my destination efficiently. Even when I spoke with a phone representative the person was rude and never sent confirmation of my flights so I had no reference point for flight numbers or air lines. All of his added up to more than 13 hours of delays on what was already a 24 hour trip. Worst travel experience of my life."

Khuyết điểm: "we took off 3 hours after our actual take off time due to the cargo door not closing. we sat on the plane and they kept the exit door open causing very cold air in the plane. the door should have been closed to keep the heat in. for the 3 hours we were not given or even asked whether we might want coffee or something to drink or some kind of snack, they gave the business class something tho."

Next she refused to let me take my carry on bag saying it was too large even though it fit on all flights to Montreal. Once I proved it would fit with the luggage sizer she had moved on to another customer and ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood there even though my boarding passes were printed. When I got to the flight, I found it could have been gate checked but there was no need as the flight was NOT FULL and my bag fit with no problem at all in the overhead bins. In 35 years of flying this was the worst experience I've ever had."

Also, nobody told me about the permit that I need to have to go to Canada. I did the process online at the airport. Was fast but pretty stressful."

Ưu: "Air Canada personnel made sure I made the connecting flight from Paris to Denver through passport control and the repeated safety checks in Montreal. The small aircraft was spacious even in economy."
Khuyết điểm: "A male flight attendant was unwelcoming when I finally got to the plane (being late was not my fault). Did not want to help looking for a spot for my normal size carry on. When I pointed out one above him, he left my bag there and just walked away. I am 69 years old, 5'1"."

Khuyết điểm: "previous flight was late so we had to be rebooked. The line was insane with 3 agents. The 3rd said go to the other 2 lines. The second went on break leaving one agent. A manager came down and gave the sorry here is our corporate email speech to two girls in line but left without acknowledging all the rest of us waiting. It was a mess. When I got my ticket she was like here you go without explaining anything or a sorry. When I asked for a few details like am I in a hotel overnight or when do I leave she gave me an eye roll. When I got to the plane after traveling all day and waiting extra hours there was an empty row right in front of me. I tried to lay down but the attendant made me move because I hadn't booked comfort plus even though the flight I booked I would have been in Denver hours ago. Things happen but it's all how you deal with it and air canada does not deal well."

Ưu: "Prompt and courteous. The Embraer was not new, but in good shape. Entertainment was minimal - especially in comparison to the Dreamliner we flew from Europe to Toronto. The flight from Toronto to Denver was about 4 hours long, but the only included refreshments offered were sodas, water, or juice. Air Canada could do better on the food front. (Other food was available for purchase.)"

Khuyết điểm: "It was a short flight, but it was still very cold. I didn't ask for any changes because of my previous experience, so I just wrapped up as well as I could and bore the chilliness. The crew was less than friendly."

Khuyết điểm: "The gate changed 4 times and there was confusion at final boarding. The Toronto airport TSA agents have absolutely no manners and need to be retrained or fired. Traveling has become very stressful and try make it worse. There was a Hispanic girl, heavy set with curly hair yelling at us to approach the scanners. I talked to her asking her to be gentle with us because we'd just flown for 7 hours and are suffering from time zone changes. Another yelled at my seatmate about his travel size after shave. She was a black Caribbean. She snapped at me about the importance of security and that he was rude for saying he didn't care that she'd throw his stuff away. I told her that he said he didn't care because he's tired and quite frankly, a trail sized aftershave that she doesn't approve actually doesn't matter and is nothing for her to get worked up about. Her colleagues were all staring at her as she started throwing her weight around and making unprofessional nonverbal noises. Then there the room where you weight for your name on the screen to appear if your number is 1 or 2. The people in there are extremely gruff. There was only one Hispanic woman who took my slip of paper that had my pic who said please and thank you. Then when you go to customs to get your passport signed, the guy at counter 10 starts arguing with me for no reason. I put 1 family member on the customs form. He asked if anyone is traveling with me. I said no. He clarified that one should mean an additional person and not just me traveling. I said it wasn't clear and I didn't know. But he decided to get argumentative with me about it until I said ok and walked away. Your TSA process is a nightmare. I did not experience that at Heathrow, Vienna, Or Tel Aviv (all places that have recently experienced terrorism). I didn't even experience it in my arrival town Denver. Toronto TSA is very very poor."

Ưu: "Nothing to like or not like. Classic small (Embraer) flight for 3 hours. Nothing special one way or the other."

"I didn’t eat any of the snacks nor drink any of the beverages available on the flight. I tend to fall asleep on the plane, which is what happened. It has been a while since I have flown United, I appreciated the spacious seating, comfortable seats and improved planes. Thanks for making the flight easy and enjoyable, it seems like the company has been working on making general improvements to their flights and it’s paying off."

Ưu: "The crew was nice. When I finally arrived in Denver, Marlin in customer service was the only saving grace for United for me. When I asked for options for an earlier flight into Rapid City so I didn’t have to wait 24 hours and miss my visit with my sister, he looked at different hubs (Chicago, Minneapolis) to see if they had any available flights into Rapid, he checked for double bookings, and when he couldn’t find anything, he put me on the standby list for the first flight out in the morning and wrote down the flight information for all of the United flights from Denver for the following day. Marlin provided excellent customer service and was a huge credit to the company."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was supposed to leave at 3:56 pm and didn’t leave until 7:30 pm. I would estimate at least 15-20 people missed connecting flights because of the delay. According to the United app, the delay initially started in Portland due to mechanical issues, which took over 3 hours. Then, there was a weather delay in San Francisco according to the gate agent - there was a ground hold and no planes were landing or flying out. At some point, I would think another plane would have been an option rather than delaying a flight for this long and disrupting holiday travel for so many people."

Khuyết điểm: "The drop-off bags at LAX is a mess and you have to stand in two separate lines to drop off your bag. First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating."

Khuyết điểm: "My son was flying on United from Colorado Springs to Denver, then on to Seattle for Thanksgiving. He rushed through as quickly as he could, but the door to the place was closing and it left 10 minutes early. United recorded him as a 'No Show', and there policy now is to cancel the entire ticket is you miss any segment of a round trip ticket. Thus, his entire $900 was forfeited, he couldn't even pay a change fee to catch a later flight. I hate American, and now I hate United just as much. These airlines shills have been allowed to go out of business when they last filled for bankruptcy. We fly in quite a few international airlines, and outside of Alaska, Jet Blue and Delta, maybe Southwest, US carriers are absolutely bottom of the barrel and it's clear that their employees don't care whatsoever. Will never book again in United or American. I'll try Amtrak before either of those carriers."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that..."

Khuyết điểm: "The United boarding staff was no help at San Diego airport. I was at the gate 30 minutes before flight take off time, but by the time I arrived, the door was closed, so I was waiting in front of the gate seating area. the flight time was 10:40, and my clock says 10:41, and the flight was gone. This is my first time in 20 years gate attendant didn't announce anything, and there are other people who missed this flight. Because of this, my rest of the trip was miserable, missed meeting in Santa Fe. I need a money back."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight from Calgary to Denver delayed three and half hours. Informed of this delay thirty minutes before scheduled departure when our plane hadn’t even left Denver yet to head to Calgary. ( 2.5 hr flight) once finally made it to Denver was informed that we missed connecting flight to Boston. We were then informed since it’s for “weather” reasons earlier in the day that caused a sequence of delays they couldn’t accommodate us for hotel. We were given two “blankets” which were as thin as a sheet and each one bottle of water. Some other people around us received good voucherS. We did not. We walked around the airport for close to an hour looking for anyplace we could lay down and sleep. None were to be found. We tried to sleep on the floor but was so cold and uncomfortable I literally got sick to my stomach. Another fun thing added to mix. We were placed on another flight as 6 the next morning. After no sleeping at all we boarded our next flight Which was not a direct flight to Boston but would be from Denver to Newark then Newark to Boston. We were suppose to originally land in Boston at 0600 Monday. Instead we arrived at 1430 after getting zero sleep. My husband and I were also unable to sit together which was extra special for people around me because after not sleeping I continued to be sick to my stomach."

Khuyết điểm: "Placed in middle seat with no options for isle or window due to my ticket. No problem with that if the people next to me were not so big. Young woman to my left by window was tall and broad and slept but took up all elbow and shoulder space. Guy to my right was very obese, sweaty so kept wiping his neck, head, and face with a cloth. Also had terrible body odor. I spent the entire flight in a narrow middle seat, hunching my shoulders due to lack of space. Both people taking up some of what little room I had."

Ưu: "The crew was stellar! For a change, the flight wasn't too full, and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to move me and my husband to a row where we could have the middle one open. Another flight attendant was so pleasant and friendly, without being in the least intrusive, and so was one of the flight crew who I by chance exchanged a few pleasantries with. The food was reasonably good, although oddly leaning a little too heavily on the carbohydrate side. The WiFi actually worked, and the entertainment offered not bad. I liked that there were a few off-the-beaten-track choices in movies and TV documentaries."
Khuyết điểm: "What I didn't like was after booking a ticket, then calling before my round trip to see if I could make a change of one day for the return. I was quoted a price of $4,870 to change two $300 tickets. I opted to not change and expressed my dismay at this preposterous fee to change. Her best suggestion was to check again after the trip out (Denver to Heathrow). I did, on Friday April 13th, when I called Lufthansa (it was a Lufthansa flight operated by United) I was told it was a mere $600 to change 2 $300 tickets. Again my husband and I decided not to do this. Yet, when we arrived at Heathrow for our return trip, we couldn't get our boarding passes because they said we were too early for our flight tomorrow. Somehow they'd changed it after we declined to make the change! We were able to get it changed back and get on the flight, but got not a word of apology or explanation. Still waiting to see if any kind of charge shows up we will have to dispute. Not at all happy with Lufthansa for this."

Ưu: "Seats were comfortable, we were in first class. United provided a good selection of recent movies."
Khuyết điểm: "United stewardesses have little to no interest in their duties. Questions were clearly an annoyance to them. The leg of flight from Denver to Des Moines was very uncomfortable, seats much to tigh, no leg room. Gate staff in Denver were exceptional. United needs to revisit their time for loading. We preloaded, I had a broken leg, I was traveling with a special needs woman. We just reached our seats when other passengers were prodding us to sit so they could board no time to settle. Not impressed"

Ưu: "The flight attendants were so nice, and although our flight was delayed and hour and fifteen minutes and our layover was an hour and fifteen minutes, we were able to make our connection! Since our connection to Portland in Denver was the last flight of the night, they were able to hold it for us. This was wonderful because there weren’t many flights out that weren’t booked solid for the next day. The attendants on this flight were great about updating us with information for the connections and telling us when we would land in Denver."
Khuyết điểm: "The plane was delayed over an hour for cleaning. It was frustrating to say the least."

Ưu: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
Khuyết điểm: "Every time I fly to Denver, we land in one terminal and your connection is in another terminal that requires a train ride to get there. ,ayovers are short — generally barely an hour. If the flight is late you stand a very good chance of missing your connection, as I’m betting happened to over half the passengers on this flight. I was the lucky exception — this aircraft was actually the connecting flight too. Why can’t all United connections be in the same terminal? It makes no sense."

Ưu: "The flight was on time"
Khuyết điểm: "This was a smaller plane (4 seats across). Knowing this, they didn't bring enough luggage carts, so they only brought some of the luggage to the baggage claim and didn't tell us this. 5-6 of us waited and waited and finally asked someone who told us that they had to go back to the plane to get the rest of the luggage. Those of us still waiting got to wait another half hour for our luggage. Talk all they want, United just can't seem to get it right. PS: those of us who had to wait were the ones who got to the San Antonio airport the earliest and thus our luggage was on the plane first."

Ưu: "We will never fly united... NEVER EVER AGAIN"
Khuyết điểm: "United airlines employee Mearle at the check in counter was extremely disrespectful, Rude, and arrogant towards everyone in line at the counter Trying to check in. Many customers including us waitted in the check in line for 35 minutes or more while Mearle proceeded to chat on her cell phone (personal call), and taking a break leaning the check in counter while everyone waited on her so she could assist with check in. Finally the passengers in front of us voice their concern to mearle stating that everyone is going to miss theirs flights if she didn't assist us all right away. Mearle responded by snapping back by saying "it's not my fault that united keep us understaffed and pay us enough to care " then laughed and walked away again. At this point we realized that if we did not get immediate assistance, that we would surly miss our flight. I walked in front of the line on behalf of everyone standing in line and reiterated to Mearle in a firm tone that she insisting check in the remaining 12 passengers immediately. Mearle snapped back telling me to "worry about my own self and don't tell me how to do my own job". Feeling very stressed out And worried about missing my flight went and stood back in line again. A few moments later I over heard Mearle tell the passengers ahead of us " you're too late. You've missed your flight" these passengers became very upset with Mearle telling her that she's the reason they missed the flight and Mearle laughed and said out loud to everyone else in line.. "you all missed your flight. You all should be more responsible next time and get here earlier" and then Mearle walked away never to be see again. Many of us missed our flight which caused many of us to also miss our connecting flights. We immediately called the 800 number and filed a complaint. Then we were forced to drive three hours in traffic to LAX where we caught a later flight and barely made it to our destination in time for our work event. We swore that because of Mearle and her disgusting behavior that we will never ever fly united again (and I fly a lot for my job) and since that horrible experience with Mearle two months ago, I've flown on four trips spending over $2300 dollars and every flight has been booked through American Airlines. Do to Mearle's bad attitude, disrespectful personality, and poor representation of united we will never do business with united again. We suggest united airlines remove Mearle from Having any contact with the general public as we are sure that Mearle is loosing customers for united at a very rapid pace."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew at the gate was really rude. Zero customer service. She raised her voice at us and another customer who was charged $50 for our carry on. Not only was the flight delayed for over 2 hours. We were not informed that we could not bring a carry on even when we were at the main entrance with an agent for over 30 mins when you entered the airport. All their staff needs new training everyone kept on giving us a different answer. We asked because of this delayed will our room be comp due to the fact we will be missing our connected flight. On the phone the agent said yes. When we got to the airport that agent said no. When we got on the plane that agent said no. When we landed in Denver that agent comp our room. We ended up booking a room making sure we had a place to stay at night. It created more work for us because we were trying to cancel our room took even more time. Definitely wanted to give United the benefit of the doubt that they were at least at the level of American Airlines. The last time we flew United it was delayed for 8 hours they ended up canceling the flight. When we called they said it was the weather and we told that agent it's mechanical issue because we are watching someone remove the engine. We will stick to American Airlines. Free entertainment."

Ưu: "I liked the legroom of Economy Plus. The flight itself was good. Didn't buy any food."
Khuyết điểm: "We arrived late in Denver and had to sit at the gate and wait for the jetway person to arrive and connect the jetway to the plane. I also didn't like the fact that I had to buy Economy Plus because my wife and I were not only not assigned seats together after booking, we were not assigned seats at all. When I booked the flights I was only allowed to choose seats for the first flight - Charlotte to Houston...but not for the other three legs of our Charlotte to Seattle trip. The only two seats together from Houston to Seattle were in the very last row. And, on our return flight we had to purchase Economy Plus in order to sit together."

Ưu: "Flight was smooth and on time"
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding gate attendants were rude and uncaring when we asked them to help us switch pre-assigned seats to ensure our two year old sat with us. While we might have understood better had they been empathetic, they were rude and uncaring and said when you book online you sign a waiver and they can not do anything about this. Wow. This was our flight back. Originally on the way to our destination we had used Delta and that customer service experience was completely different even though that flight was full too. Never flying United again as long as I can avoid it."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendant was late delaying boarding 20 minutes. Once they started, people were lining up to board. This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this"

Ưu: "Nothing I won't be flying united again!"
Khuyết điểm: "The lady at the gate when boarding was not friendly and was not willing to help us get seats together. I was traveling with my mother, husband and two infant children. And it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of her. She did not even tell us we could board early to get situated on plane! I also called earlier that morning and spoke with a man on he phone at united who told me he put us all in the same row. That was a lie bc when we checked in at the gate to get our seats the lady said no one was sitting next to each other! That lady was rude and short tempered! Awful experience will never fly again!!"

Khuyết điểm: "For some reason, the crew was not letting anyone bring their carry-on bags onto the plane, but there was clearly enough space in the overhead bins. If there was an issue with putting stuff in the overhead bins, they should have explained why we couldn't bring our belongings with us instead of yelling at people for trying to bring stuff on the plane that had plenty of space. I saw 4 or 5 bins that were completely empty and that was in the back of the plane I don't know what it looked like closer to the cockpit. Either way, the gate crew was very rude to everyone and it was very unpleasant to experience. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback."

Khuyết điểm: "When all the passengers, who book the flight, cannot be accommodated, the airline should not allow booking for that flight. Having a ticket and a boarding pass to board my flight, I was still told (and was not asked if I would like to do this) to take another flight route, which would take me to my destination 5 hours later than my booking time. The complimentary vouchers is not always appreciated when the passenger is already exhausted from previous flughts, and then is told to spend additional time at the airports/flights just because the flight went overcapacity. I wish the flight staff had asked if anybody on the flight was willing to volunteer for a different flight, instead of just making the 4-5 passengers take this alternate route, all because of the overbooking. Also, the flight gate as mentioned on the boarding pass was not accurate, and the only way a passenger can come to know of the change, is if the passenger makes an effort to go verify this information. IMO, the airline should make an announcement, at the least, at the gate mentioned on the boarding pass that the gate has changed."

Ưu: "I liked that they were polite and friendly during the national United flight groundings due to the computer error."
Khuyết điểm: "I did not like the terrifying situation in which the pilot said we would be landing in 15 minutes (at this point we were close enough to the ground that I could see cars ) but then without any further announcement proceeded to point the plane upwards and started flying up up up so that all the city lights disappeared and all I could see were stars next to us. I asked 2 different flight attendants wtf was going on and they both said "oh he's just looking for smooth air" which was clearly BS because I was in the very last row of the plane and if there had been rough air I would have been the first to feel it. After inexplicably shooting upwards for what felt like an eternity we finally turned around and ultimately landed and guess what, no rough air to be found. Now I know why airplane pilots update you all the time, because when he pulls a maneuver like that without any warning it is terrifying and all I could think of was the suicidal dude in Germany from Lufthansa. Not cool. Other than that the flight was fine and they were really nice despite the like 3 hour delay or whatever it was. It cost me an extra $60 cause I arrived so late my husband and baby couldn't pick me up anymore but they offered a credit for a future flight so it's ok. I appreciate the gesture."

Khuyết điểm: "A passenger had to move because of an allergy to the "emotional support dog" in the seat next to her. They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

Ưu: "Get to Denver, they tell me I don't have a seat, they asked me if I wanted to fly out the next day because they over booked met three other people who had been there for 10hrs because they did the same thing to them! One girl told me they told her it was because we paid less then other people! A nice couple stayed so I could come home. I was pissed! My daughter flew into Houston, the flight was late getting in to LA, by two hrs, missed her connecting flight to San Luis Obispo, her sister had to drive down 4hrs to pick her up and drive back because she had work! Not happy!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I was flying home the day after having broken my L5 Vertebrae. I was held up in security because of the patch the doctor put on my back and although the TSA employees were very nice and friendly I almost missed my flight. While boarding, the staff took the opportunity to berate me for being late. While I understood why, it was really unprofessional to speak to a passenger like that without the full context. It didn't help that I was really cranky. Never had a bad experience with united before so I was very disappointed."

Ưu: "The friendly co-travelers as there is no food or entertainment for people on a budget. Better than my flight TO SLC which was cancelled the first day, then delayed the 2nd day. Airport services saved my day by carting me to the connecting flight TO SLC from Denver as there was only 15 minutes to get from one end of the concourse to the other. A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?"
Khuyết điểm: "Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

Khuyết điểm: "I told the checkin agent that I would need a wheelchair at the Denver and OHare airports. I told the flight attendant on both flights. I would need a wheelchair at arrival. No wheelchairs for me. At Dwnver they were able to find one for me but with no one to push me. Eventually the pilot who flew us to Denver stepped in and got me to my connecting flight gate, bless his heart. At OHare no wheelchairs for anyone who had requested one. Complete chaos. I finally had to walk to my connecting flight from terminal C to terminal B. Very exhausting for someone with cancer who is exhausted most of the time. Your wheelchair service is completely ineffective, disappointing and a cruel joke."

Khuyết điểm: "Unable to pre-check online. Unable to check at the check in machines--had to go up and check in at the counter, long wait because there was only one clerk. We were then given a ticket just to get through security and had to check in a second time when we get to the gate for seat assignment, which is ridiculous. Why couldn't that be done at the 1st check-in? The clerk told me she will call me when she has the seat assignment/ boarding ticket but she never did and I had to go back up to ask for them when it was getting close to boarding time. At the last moment minutes, volunteers could check in their carry on for free....It would have been nice (and less hassle) to have that option at the 1st check-in."

Ưu: "Once flight began it ran quite smooth"
Khuyết điểm: "I chose seats when I booked the tickets. So... Not quite sure how both myself and my partner didn't end up seated together, and both ended up in a middle seat sandwiched between 2 overweight people... Are you little people profiling to break up the overwhelming number of big people? another couple with 2 kids were also broken up into distant areas on the plane. I know everyone complains about so many things, and this wasn't the end of the world, but still, it's not ideal. The seating/etc seemed more disorganized than usual for this flight."

Ưu: "Nothing"
Khuyết điểm: "I'm usually a patient person, but my flight was supposed to leave at 525am and didn't leave until 730. This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded, waiting 30 minutes on the plane, they told us to get off because there were computer issues. Why wasn't that checked before everybody was boarded? Once we got on the plane we had to wait another 30 minutes for the crew to get someone's luggage from under the plane. Why wasn't that done while the computer was getting fixed? I didn't get to Denver until 1040am missed my flight and didn't get to get on my connection until 500pm. In the meantime I called to get on a different flight at 1, but the guy on the phone didn't actually book me a seat. The gate people weren't very nice."

Khuyết điểm: "My boarding pass was not scanning which was holding up the line. A second person came over to approve me getting on the plane. That person made me check the size of my carry on bag, which had gotten bigger from some things I purchased in the airport but was just a touch too large for their sizer. She attempted to check the bag meaning I wouldn't have it until my final destination, which I was NOT ok with for two reasons. One was i had a 3 hour layover after this flight and needed work materials inside. The second was i was on a time crunch to get my ride at my final destination and was only traveling with carry on. She was very rude and insitant on it fitting inside the sizer as she stood over me with the tag to check my bag. I managed to take some things out that I moved into my backpack, which meant I had to awkwardly carry my blanket and travel pillow onto the plane. The most frustrating part was when I got on the plane, it was oversized top carryon bins, so the extra inch my bag grew would have been fine. Because of the time it took me to rearrange, i was the last one on the plane and all the bins had been filled with tiny second bags, but a few people on the plane had seen what happened and they rearranged a space for me. Also my video screen was broken and everyone else's worked. And there were two screaming babies around me the whole flight, but that is no one's fault."

Ưu: "The plane was clean, flight was smoothe, cost was good."
Khuyết điểm: "Made me check my carry on because they stated there was no room which was not the case when I walked on ( found at least 6 spots). I requested to at least be able to look for myself seeing as how my seat was in the very back, but they refused. Also, allowed many customers to store their personal bag ( their backpack) in the bins that were oversized which should have counted as their carry on, just allowed them because they wanted to. They should have made those individuals check their "carry on". Also limited snacks available by the time they were able to provide service to my area of the plane."

Khuyết điểm: "About two hours before my flight, it was canceled after previously making an airplane switch the night before after checking in online. The I received an email while I was on the way to the airport saying that the airplane that I was going to fly out on was canceled due to airplane maintenance. While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?"

Ưu: "Smooth boarding. Friendly crew. Got us there on time, despite a late start That included a gate change."
Khuyết điểm: "Was asked to check my carry on bag, because the flight was full. Meaning they sold the seat I purchased for my wife (who was unable to make the flight). I did so, but when I looked in the overhead bin after the flight, it was empty. When we arrived in Denver, I waited at the baggage carousel, watched everyone pick up there bags, until there were only 5 or 6 bags going around. I then went to a counter behind the carousel and asked about my bag. I was only then told that my bag had been there the whole time I was waiting."

Ưu: "Very friendly and helpful staff."
Khuyết điểm: "The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."

Ưu: "Once on the aircraft everything was just fine"
Khuyết điểm: "First of all it was delayed, no big deal but once i checked in I wasn't even assigned a seat. I try to find an agent at the boarding gate and none to be found. They finally arrive 30 min before take off and then assign me a middle seat when I specifically picked my seat weeks earlier and of course was one of the last people to board barely enough time to search for a place for my bag and get to my middle seat in the back of the aircraft. Not even a sorry or any type of compensation for a terrible experience"

Ưu: "On time."
Khuyết điểm: "United has squeezed its Economy class customers into seats that are tolerable only for the shortest. If I were an inch or so taller, I would have found the space intolerable. As it was, my knees were against the seat in front. For a flight as long as this one (over 5 hours from Anchorage to Denver), it was uncomfortable to say the least. The middle of the plane was nearly empty, because United charges $75 per seat for an upgrade. For the round-trip for two of us, that would have added $300 to our bill. The fact that so few are willing to pay the upgrade fee indicates that the increment is too large."

Ưu: "The flight was smooth. And the wine was good."
Khuyết điểm: "I paid for 2 round trip tickets and because my son was not there for the first leg, they resold the seat. So they got my money and the other person's money for the same seat. I wanted both seats and paid for both seats. It is theft and should not be allowed. The flight attendant was extremely rude and dismissive. It is a poor practice. You could have at least asked first before rebooking the seat. At least have offered compensation or something. I probably would have said yes Anyway. It's the principle of the process being wrong to the consumer which only benefits the corporation."

Khuyết điểm: "My flight was scheduled to leave at 4:51 pm. I arrived at the airport 2 and a half hours before my flight was to leave and I read the departure board to see that the flight was delayed due to maintenance. Then I saw that it was delayed again because we were waiting for a flight coming in from the Bahamas. Well my flight didn't take off until about 7:30 pm. I arrived in Denver around 10:00 pm which made me miss my shuttle to the Springs. I am a diabetic and was in need of my medication so I needed to get home. I spent extra money to take a bus to downtown Denver and a grayhound bus to the springs and a cab to my home. So my trip cost my an extra $55.00 dollars I didn't have. I have always taken United but after this experience, I will never again take United."

Khuyết điểm: "Recently United decided to cancel all of their flights to Denver due to an April snow storm. United was the only company that chose to cancel rather than delay flights. Our flight was cancelled 24 hrs before any snow fell. Their solution was to offer us another flight over 72 hrs out. After spending 6 hrs on the phone with this company (not exaggerating) I feel entitled to say that this company holds zero accountability or concern for their customers. We had to spend an additional $500 to get to our destination last minute through JetBlue."
