They ran out of the bibimbap in economy
The staff were nice. My flight was good. The one thing that I like the most is the Incheon airport which is organize and have sophisticated restrooms compared to other airports. I couldn’t elaborate much on my experience because I was too tired during my flights from Cebu back home.
Korean air has the best in-flight food and entertainment out of all the airlines I’ve been on.

Ưu: "After requesting a special meal, the flight attendants made absolutely sure of my identity before passing the meal to me (which was GREAT!). Having the pillow, blanket and headphones ready in place when boarding was considerate of Korean Air. Of course, no matter what, having to ask people to accommodate the requests to use the lavatory got old really fast (I had a window seat) but it's what had to happen. Overall, for such a long flight, the airline is a pleasant one with which to fly."

Khuyết điểm: "The fact that this JAL Flight was operated by Korean Air meant that not only was the staff different, the the plane itself was an older and smaller model with extremely little room and zero entertainment systems. Both of these developments were severely disappointing given that the 2 hour round trip was 440USD, and flying on a budget airline would have provided basically the same experience for much cheaper. Furthermore the flight was delayed for over an hour taking off at almost 10:00pm instead of 8:40pm. The meal service was quite disappointing as well given the long wait. This delay nearly caused me to miss the last train into the city, in which case I would have needed to take an incredibly expensive Tokyo taxi ride to my accommodation. This was avoided by luck alone, as the airport immigration lines at Haneda airport were uncharacteristically empty. All in all, it was a surprisingly frustrating experience and remarkably stressful. I have known JAL and Korean Air to both be excellent carriers and was quite disappointed to have such a poor flight experience could have been exceeded by an average Peach or Vanilla Air flight."

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
Japan airlines feeds you even on 4-5hr flight alaska airlines you get a small package of cookies on 4-5hr flight

The warmth made it hard to sleep, which is a big problem on an overnight flight. JAL does not provide individual air vents to passengers seated where I was. I understand the reason for this, but I wish there was some way to get more comfortable. The seats were standard airline economy seats, roomy enough and with enough legroom for my sub-6-foot frame, but not the most comfortable."

The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

Khuyết điểm: "Unfortunately, the ride on Boeing 777 is not as smooth as the Airbus'. The noise in the cabin is louder. The seat is comfortable but the bed is not. First, the flat bed is not transformed by a button and it needs a physical person to flip it over. The mat is thin and I can feel some hard edges while lying down. The noise from the engine transmits to the bed and it is hard to sleep even with the noise cancellation headphone."

It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

Khuyết điểm: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Also, the only male guy in the crew was trying to solve some meal issues and was trying to tell the hostess how not to tell the passenger!! All of it could be easily conveyed discreetly but he seemed to be least bothered!"

Khuyết điểm: "I didn't like that my original return flight selection was changed one month after confirming. The new flight details which were automatically chosen for me had me coming back home a full day later. This forced me to have to select a new return flight with an 8 hour layover."

They brought the issue of safety. While fasten seat belt sign was on I found people standing, walking, using toilet etc but air Crew did never brought up the issue of safety."

Khuyết điểm: "In the bathrooms there was only one type of tissue paper beside the toilet paper. Adding a thicker paper towel like most airlines do would be better so that passengers can clean up any water splashes as soft tissue is not effective for this."

Khuyết điểm: "I didn't appreciate the fact that Qatar opened so late at the Abu Dhabi airport, nor did I appreciate that the woman who printed out my boarding pass royally screwed up and printed gate 8 , when in fact it was gate 3. That was total BS. Supposing I missed my flight due to her negligence ??"

Ưu: "Qatar airlines blew me away! The food was top notch and frequent, the flight attendants were incredibly nice and attentive, the planes and entertainment were world class aND they were affordable for our flight from Boston to Bangkok."

I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.
The ticket price is reasonable, the Istanbul Airport is amazing .New clean fun have everything you need it even the shoping price is great, inside the airplane is modern and clean ,the crew the clean the Bathroom after every passenger due to covid, also the give you PPE package to stay clean and safe, the crew staff are organized and friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, I recommend Turkish airline for any one need easy trip from the begging to the end. Thank you kayak for the great 👍 ticket price. Love it.!!!

Khuyết điểm: "Nothing better than other competitors (Qatar Airlines). Turkish Airport had poor washrooms and seatings (not expected from a European country). Flight from Turkey to Pakistan was without earphones, you had to beg for it. Less professional airline crew."
Khuyết điểm: "I had difficulty checking online, because I didn’t have the right ticket number. By the time I contact you and get the right one all the windows seats or aisle seats in the airplane where taken. I had to go with middle seat which can be super tight and uncomfortable when you have two strangers on both of your sides for such a long flight. I wish they email me the right tiket number on time."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight from Cairo to Istanbul was delayed one hour and I missed my flight from Istanbul to Houston and i had to get a visa for $30 in cash and spend the night in Istanbul thus I will be arriving a day late in Houston. I was offered no assistance to avoid missing my flight. I had to run only to find my other plane left without me..."

Ưu: "The crew handled 2 incidents exceedingly diplomatically with an impossible man seated next to me. The incidents had nothing to do with me. At the beginning of the flight he was refusing to close 4 window shades that were bothering someone on the other side of the plane, and at the end of the flight he refused to return his headsets as we were landing. The crew were amazingly polite with him. He was completely out of line."

Khuyết điểm: "1. The boarding process at Istanbul airport was horrible. No one could speak or understand english. My father was on a wheelchair and he was the last one to be boarded on the plane! There was so much confusion - some people wanted me to go separately from him, others wanted him to walk down the stairs on his own, etc. etc. There were hardly any announcements for people with special needs. Generally they are allowed to board first as they need more time to settle. I could barely find overhead bin space for his stuff. 2. There were several remote controls broken on the plane. A lot of people had to suffer through a non working entertainment screen. 3. One of the hostess was hardly listening to anything I had to say. She seemed to be in so much of a hurry and had a very bad attitude."

Ưu: "This was my first time flying Turkish Airlines and they are exceptional! The crew was very friendly and helpful and their food! It was delicious! They also have a way of making you feel like a first class passenger in economy! Will definitely fly with them again!"

Ưu: "Seat space continued to be better than BA. Nice surprise to get an evening meal on the last leg to Rome. I actually was able to sleep a bit on this smaller airplane as well. Crew went out of its way to help people board and load bags overhead. They seemed very attentive, and tried to provide extra drink options even."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding process at IST was a challenge. We left from a remote gate, and the agent didn't seem interested in the boarding process. I heard no announcements, maybe because it didn't matter as everyone was crowding the door 15 minutes before boarding began. The agent seemed perturbed, but I've seen it on almost every Italian bound flight. No one wants to wait. It is actually a bit amusing to watch the struggle between boarding policies and a group of people who seem determined to ignore them. The buses were also pretty well packed. More so in Rome than IST. Not much organization in loading at either place. After all the passport control they left us to walk outside to wait for the bus. Maybe you can tell I'm not a fan of remote gates."

Khuyết điểm: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

Ưu: "Crews were very good.On my trip from SF to Mumbai, I requested Veg food, it was confirmed by your office, but in flight me and my wife did not get veg food.For 13 hours we were left hungry. I did not get whatever I paid for. I want monitory compensation for that."

For one thing, the flight attendant never made up our beds on the way back to Houston. For another, the sound did not work at my seat, so I was unable to use any of the entertainment. The flight attendant kept trying to give me different headphones...it wasn't the headphones that were the problem!! He never really addressed the issue or coordinated a possible seat change (even though there were empty seats in business class)."
Ưu: "Everything was good except the airplane.. i was on row 13 and the cabinet was warm and air-condition was not working fine.. i reported this ti the flight attendant. She confirmed the temp was set to 23 C however it was definitely not less that 26C .. also it took long time to serve the hot meal although we were on rhe plane and the flight depart8 got delayed for 90 minutes due to technical problem. On the other hand, seat were comfortable and flight attendants were so nice and friendly.. also Turkish lounge and airport were good"

Khuyết điểm: "According to the menu we were supposed to have a choice of chicken or eggplants. When it was my turn - it turned out that there was no chicken left. Fine. Eggplants with some kind of lasagna. This lasagna was just old! Old and dry. And cold. It was definitely not fresh. I asked to warm it up. Got another one. Which was not better actually. That was really annoying. Only after one more complaint I was offered some kosher (and now really good) meal instead."
