No option to reserve a better seat. I was allocated the last seat in the middle in the last row at the back of the airplane. Completely full airplane, which again made me nervous due to COVID-19 risks of getting infected. Crew was very efficient, though.

Khuyết điểm: "Travel agency accessed through kayak (kiwi travel) didn’t allow for online check in ahead of time. It also didn’t allow for seat selection ahead of time, so I was stuck with middle seats both ways."
Khuyết điểm: "We flew Latam to go snowboarding in Argentina. The moment we arrived at the desk to check in, it was chaos. We waited in line for almost 2 hours to check in. When we got to Buenos Aires, our snowboard bags had not made it on the flight. Having to deal with Latam agents who hardly spoke English and were not helpful at all was intensity frustrating. Our bags finally got to our destination 2 days later. We had to drive to the airport to pick them up because they were not going to deliver them for another day, so we would have been 3 days without our snowboard gear. Latam did nothing to compensate us for the days lost no did they even seem to care. This is one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. I booked a return flight on Delta and lost $1000 just so I don’t have to deal with Latam again. Any money you save on a flight is not worth having to deal with this company. Stick with reliable American-based companies with customer service that is up to American standards."

They had assigned 3 people to my seat which was an isle seat I had chosen upon purchasing my ticket 5 months prior. I was changed to a middle seat. They had an extra (makeshift) security check point on the actual boarding ramp. They made everyone open their carry-on bags and suitcases on folding tables just before entering the plane. They also took beverages bought at the gift shops, right before getting on the plane which was unusual. Overall ground crew was not very customer service oriented. In flight crew was better."

The bad part was that I saw 2 members of the search party sneeze into the gloves and touch their noses without changing gloves. How disgusting!!! Never Latam again! I would rather pay a few dollars more and not put up with this health violation."

Ưu: "The staff at the airport was very helpful. I got in the wrong line (domestic instead of international) but they still checked me in and my luggage. I had to go over to the international line to drop my luggage and didn't have to get in line once again. The crew was very nice and I was impressed that we received a meal for a 4 hour flight. Although I understand it was considered an international flight, I wasn't expecting a full blown meal. SUPER GREAT!"

the toulate were all broken (no flush). the easiest solution was to turn around and we landed in Chicago; then we were told several times (i believe they changed the time and the gate at least 3 times) about flight delays. As result the trip took more than 12 hours instead of 5.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Worked out okay. Flight was delayed waiting for crew to show. So glad it wasn't cancelled!

Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :("

The plane was not clean and I actually picked up a virus on the plane and am still sick. I wiped down all of the surface area around my seat and still got sick. Airline travel is miserable and crowded and there is minimum service."

Ưu: "The Resolution team assisted me initially when I arrived to correct an issue from my online attempt. The agent printed bag checks for me to my final destination and told me how to get needed boarding pass for the final stage. How wonderful to have pleasant and professional personal attention."
Ưu: "This is a old 767 I was on. No individual TV's. The reading lights never worked. I chanced it on buying the wifi for $19 dollars which turned out to be super fast and I was able to stream movies. Meal and drinks and beer were included. But no way to charge your phone with out a car charger. This plane had no AC ports."

Last time, on my return flight home from Phoenix, I was forced to pay $250 for my long sports bag, even though the tag to get there was still on it and my receipt showed that it was the standard fare and was bluntly told the other attendant 'didn't do their job.' This time, after my travel mate already checked in and payed for two bags, when we brought the bags to the counter to drop off, we asked for future reference what the procedure was for AAdvantage card holders to get their first bag checked free. Her response was that she couldn't refund our money. I told her I wasn't asking for a refund and repeated my question - how to do it in the future, to which she responded that we should have come straight to the counter without checking in but all accounts are different and she had no idea what his was. To her credit, she did warm up after that, perhaps she heard how abrupt and unhelpful she was being but it was unfortunate to start yet another airport experience with coldness at American Airlines"

Khuyết điểm: "Crew: One was swearing at take off, and another was aggressive with getting my tray table down although I told her I didn't want it down because I already had blankets on me and wanted to relax. I didn't need a tray table forced out on me for a drink I could care less about when I'd rather be sleeping on a long flight. The tray table was also dirty - so dirty that the crew member used a napkin to pull it out. Gross. Comfort: Ruined by the rude staff and the dirty tray table that was forced on me. Water was coming out of the wall. Both bathrooms didn't have soap dispensers (not even empty ones - they never had any out to start with), and by the time I went both were out of toilet paper and hand napkins. Food: Didn't touch it because of how disgusted I was at the flight by this time. Entertainment: Something is better than nothing."

Was told it was on the next flight and should be arriving by 1-2:00pm depending who you talked to. I was told they don't start delivering lost luggage until 5:00pm. At 6:00pm I call for an update. No update available other than its on it's way. I called again at 8:00pm, 9:00pm 10:30pm & 11:15pm. Still no update was given. At around 12:30pm AFTER I WENT TO SLEEP, someone come to my hotel room to drop off my luggage. I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA"
