My seat in business classes was so small. I felt so cramped and uncomfortable. The configuration of the seats are too closed for comfort. Feeling so exposed and no privacy. The blanket was so thin but fortunately, the temperature in the cabin was quite warm. The crew was excellent. I was looking to fly with JAL but left a little to be desired to fly with JAL again

So little room; the lady next to me was squashing me in the middle seat.

What I like is the fact that when my kid got a toy after the take off. It really was brightened her day. Maybe minimize the decline position in economy class. Although I think the space is bigger than most other airlines.

Excellent except for food

Everything is perfect all staff in the plane is very good I will fly with Japan airlines every time if I go back Thailand thank you so much for perfect service

Flight was delayed. Food is not good. Crew are confuse and it’s not Japan airlines that I know of.

There were about 20 people on the flight. It was like getting business-class service from the crew.

Khuyết điểm: "1) when my flight was delayed significantly due to weather, I was not notified until I got to the airport 2) when the same flight was cancelled, I was on hold with JAL for over an hour before I could speak with customer service\ 3) customer service could not rebook me for another flight until 3 whole days later 4) I had to look on JAL's website and inform their customer service about flight options that were somewhat sooner 5) no compensation was offered for 2 days of delays and flying out of another city (I paid for my own transport to this other city in order to make my final destination on time)"

Khuyết điểm: "They have to take the prize for having the absolute slowest customer service in the world. When I booked my tickets, I emailed customer service to make sure I didn’t get a center seat. It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

I loved both the ground and flight crews. They're so patient and willing to accomodate us and help solve problems. I only wanted to suggest if they can give us more new or not so new movies to watch.

Ưu: "After some considerable panic at losing my long confirmed seat assignment as a result of weather problems in Tokyo, the doors ended up closing with at least 20 empty seats in coach. (Boeing 777-300)"
Khuyết điểm: "Although it is served with care, the food on ANA (in coach) ends up being a bit too Japanese. I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

Even more so when the food (though very Japanese) was quite good quality in economy. If you have to spend 10 hours or more crossing an ocean ANA is certainly a good bet, at least if you don't mind a bento box style meal."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was 100% full. I took a redeye flight hoping to sleep a bit on the plane but I ended up not sleeping much. I am happy to take ANA on my return flight, which is not redeye. Also I will be happy to fly ANA again, but I would not take a redeye flight on any airline unless I was in business or first class which I cannot reasonably afford at the moment."

The service is excellent, very friendly and accommodating.We left on-time and arrived on-time. When flying again to Asia or SE Asia, I will definitely book ANA."
Ưu: "From communication on flight details to boarding to in-flight comfort, ANA rocked. The staff was so kind, seeing that we had what we needed. I didn't feel like a liability at all, and I think their approach to the work ensured a great flight experience for everyone."

The elderly man when serving meals just flops or slams your tray on your tray table. The attendants do not even clean the tiolets like the ANA attendants do. Such difference in service. I wish that ANA will notbpartner with United. It sure tarnishes their brand."

When the turbulence died down, the flight attendants did not bother to complete the food service for snacks or drinks ordered. I had to get up and ask twice. They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. Kisha"

The luggage wasn't handled properly. My checked in luggage was damaged badly.

More monitoring of passengers wearing musks. Some passengers had their musks off and flights attendants didn’t enforce. That was disappointing

More variety in the entertainment - for instance more competitive sports -soccer, basketball, etc

For 13 hour flight seats were slightly uncomfortable, not much room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, food, cervice, entertainment, very pleasant.

Air ventilation on this plane is excellent. Food was good. my low-lactose meal found me even after I had moved seats. overall excellent flight."

I was travelling with a baby and the staff was not even considerate about it and attending fast. I requested for a mineral water bottle as I ran out of baby water for making milk for the baby and the staff was so reluctant and told "they are done" and just left.I am really dissapointed with this. I doubt if I would travel with qatar again"

First meal service from Doha to Washington (IAD) took nearly 2.5 hours to reach my home after the service started. The male attendants were sloppy, not well organized. When asked why it takes so long, the answer I got: "We were not prepared to meet the customer's preferences." But that does not excuse the long delay in serving row 36."

The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"
Khuyết điểm: "Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."

They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

Too cold, otherwise good.

The inflight facilities were great. The Q suite was excellent in comfort. The main meal was served late. Also they didn’t have the pre-booked meal option asked for. This could be improved. Generally everything was great.

The whole plane

It was disappointing at AMD airport. Qatar airways staff @AMD airport was working very slow , people @ counter#1 were just taking instead helping economy class passengers to get their boarding pass after first and business class was done getting boarding pass. Also they asked RT PCR report again @ boarding gate - which is really annoying. Qatar airways did not inform regarding changes guide line regarding RT PCR test - they asked me to take RT PCR again @ airport since my one was done before 72 hours as per old guidelines. How much time does it take for Qatar airways to send email regarding updated guidelines?

My baggage was destroyed

After asking twice I notice a golf cart type of transportation for the handicap. Well it took me 1 1\2 to get to my connecting flight. 2 other people had missed there flight. I was disappointed in American Airlines that they could not be bothered to help or even answer a couple questions."

I was very annoyed getting off the plane walking back and forth....it was aweful. and my flight before this was no better i am VERY TURNED OFF BY AMERICAN AIRLINES RIGHT NOW."

There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

At worst, I've seen 1 seat have such a device, so it was quite disappointing to see 2 seats with them, including mine."

To find out on the day of the flight that I had to check in and go through United was extremely annoying, as the counters are in different terminals and it was unnecessarily stressful. The flight itself was crammed, with absolutely no leg space, and not even enough space under the seat to stow my backpack (which had fit perfectly on my Brussels Airlines flight to Madrid). I had requested the Asian vegetarian meal, and the snack we got prior to landing was pretty much two slices of cucumber on a small bun (and an apple on the side) - extremely dry and hard to eat. I asked for mayo, but the flight neither had that, nor any other condiments to make the "sandwich" more edible."

Why is the crew resting when they are supposed to be working on that flight? The meal quality sucked, I did not finish it, let alone my kids. My kids were prettu much hungry for 8 hrs. Not a very family friendly flight."

There was an hour and a half delay to repair something on the plane when we made an emergency medical landing in Boston. I didn't mind the landing; I minded the excessive delay and wonder what would have happened if we didn't stop in Boston? What would have happened to the plan?"

At Dulles Airport, I checked in at the Brussels Airline counter, only to be told that since I was on a flight operated by United, then I had to go to the United Airlines counter to check in. At UA, I was handed a boarding pass which advised that my seat will be assigned at the gate. I saw on the monitor where the available seats were-1 window, the remainder middle row. I got the feeling that since I bought a ticket which cost less than what the other United Airlines customers paid for, then I was being relegated to seats that the other travelers didn't desire."

Ưu: "The crew was very attentive and the pilot kept us informed at all times. For example, we got to Dayton early and we sat on the Tarmac for about five minutes as there was another plane there. That was no problem. But, after plane left we sat there until it was time for us to arrive before ground crew came out. Then, we waited 20 minutes for our baggage. That was not your fault. That was the fault of the airport as it has happened to me before. The pilot was very apologetic and kept us informed. I appreciated that very much."

Ưu: "The crew on this flight was absolutely amazing. They were helpful, they were very kind, and very pleasant. Probably the best flight crew I've ever had. Despite originally being annoyed that I wasn't allowed to pick/change my seat, I somehow miraculously got an economy plus seat so I had what felt like a first-class amount of space."

Despite originally being told that we were trying to get out ahead of storms so we wanted to get going quickly, we ended up boarding and then sitting there for probably an hour and a half. The pilot/copilot were great at letting us know what was going on, but the fact that both the first and second leg of my journey were delayed was excrutiately annoying. Having already been traveling for over 8 hours, the last thing I wanted to do was be even later and extend the flight even longer, obviously. The entertainment also was not available due to some problem in the circuit for the entirety of sitting there waiting to taking off and the first 15 minutes of the trip. Again, the attendants did everything they could and were very attentive, it was just frustrating to not really be sure that entertainment was going to be available for the 9 hour flight you just sat down for. Thereafter the entertainment was great. The food was, again, pretty mediocre compared to other transatlantic flights I've taken. The lasagna was not very good tasting at all. The sandwich they brought near the end of the flight was tasty though. Another plus was full sized cans of juice as opposed to a tiny glass. Honestly once this flight got off the ground it was good. However the combination of the delays, plus my terrible previous flight (which was the one directly operated by Lufthansa, the second flight was farmed out to United) just made the whole journey pretty awful, and probably the worst of my life. On my flight from Munich to Cairo, three weeks ago, Lufthansa left my bag in Munich despite the fact that I had an 8 hour layover - which you'd think would be more than enough to put a bag on a plane. They were very quick about delivering my bag once it arrived, but that previous experience with Lufthansa just served to bring down my opinion of the entire airline. Honesty, I had been told by friends that Lufthansa was a pretty good airline, that didn't show at all. There's a pretty big chance I'll never willingly fly Lufthansa again if there's even a remotely comparable option (which there almost always is)."

When the flight that got cancelled was a direct flight. Then our luggage was not put on the connecting flight, we got our luggage 24 hours later."
