Ưu: "My flight was postponed or delayed as the airline like to call it until the next day due to Narita International Airport closing after 11pm! First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."

When my group was called on the speaker I was the first to board. It made a difference on overhead luggage space being available. Otherwise the flight was nice and the crew was friendly..
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Great service, flight arrived a couple of minutes early. Biggest complaint is connecting flight was a different terminal and layover was tight.

Ưu: "The Resolution team assisted me initially when I arrived to correct an issue from my online attempt. The agent printed bag checks for me to my final destination and told me how to get needed boarding pass for the final stage. How wonderful to have pleasant and professional personal attention."

Khuyết điểm: "Our 10:40AM flight got cancelled. We had to wait in line until 1AM with regular check-ins to rebook for 8:40AM. When we made it to the airport again after limited sleep, that flight also got cancelled. We bought a ticket with LATAM which was a breeze. Throughout the following week, we tried calling them numerous times to have them tell us we had to loose yet more time by having to go to their Cusco office... but they couldn't resolve the issue either. We had to escalate this over the phone from their office so they would issue us a flight back to Lima at no charge to us. Now, I can only hope that they will honor this ticket but I'm not expecting much."

I didn’t like how they weren’t any devices to stream content. We could have downloaded the app to access the free movies, but it wasn’t available while we were in the air.
Just a normal flight - all was just fine and reasonably comfortable given the physical limitations of flight - arrived safe and on time which are the important things. The only thing that could have been better - that was controllable - was the food - I am always amazed that it can get worse than it was before but United seems to have experts in this area and they should be commended on continuing to make the food worse when it seemed like it as as bad as it could get while using actual food as inputs. I'm guessing we are pretty close to rock bottom by now but United always seems be able to give that extra effort to eliminate that last little bit of remaining quality and taste. I would recommend that United stop having their accountants plan and prepare meals and snacks and let actual chefs, or at least cooks prepare them in the future.

Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION"
