Beyond disappointed."

Was on the plane for 45 minutes with no explaination from the crew. It was an electrical problem. Had to inboard and wait 45 more minutes. Allow weld to rehoard again. Waited another 20 ministrations before leaving. I am all for safety, but communications need to improve."

Guess what I know they changed the size of the underseat bag . We had it checked going to PHX ,no issue on the way back $50. I'm done with American Airlines and Kayak."

Luckily, my flight attendant was kind enough to allow me to change seats to one in which the overhead light was actually working. Unfortunately, the plane was so busted that even though my overhead light was working, the headphone jacks in both of the seats that I had access to went off in the midst of food service, and as far as I could tell was never reset. Finally, and most appallingly, one of the flight attendants was completely out of control, and during the boarding process repeatedly and loudly scolded passengers. During service, she rammed the food cart into multiple seats so hard that food flew out of it onto the floor. Rather than apologizing to the customers whose seats she had rammed, she laughed loudly"

First email came speaking of a delay, then second, then about five emails later American Airlines notified me that there will be a 4 hour delay. To get from Philly to avoca on a flight is half an hour. On a bus, its two hours. If an airline knows there will be a four hour delay, how do you not provide that service? I watched plent of other flights go to AVP and even to Allentown, no one could offer one of those options to me? Cold, compressed and miserable experience."

Ưu: "My flight had a really tight connection at London Heathrow. Then my flight from Vienna arrived 10 minutes late which made it even worse. A very nice BA agent met me as I deplaned at London Heathrow and ran with me thru Terminal 3. Helped me clear security with a priority card and ran to my gate with 2 minutes to spare. The women was really nice and if it was not for her I am sure I would not have made my connection. I don't know if there is anyway to track her down and thank her but I would like to do so. The flight attendants were OK but not excessively helpful."

Appeared there was zero communcation between the gate staff and actual crew. So much was so 'typical Miami' which is just a sad way any travel experience should be described. I expect more from the largest global airline especially when I just listened to several interviews from the CEO who appeared to pride himself to be accurate in being the best to serve his patrons."

Ưu: "the plane took off an hour late and they didn't explain what was going on until like, 40 min after we should have taken off. also, the plane was really loud and felt like it was going to fall apart. the reason we were delayed was because they needed to fix the door latch. i dont' think that's all that needed fixing."

We have to be there early to check in why would pilot and attendants get there early to make sure plan is ready and everything checked before starting on boarding process. Heck drive the plane around to test everything. Also what's up with 1 small cookie when people pay hundred of dollars for a delayed flight. Treat everyone like first class. Better seats. Seats are way to small. And maybe lunch should come with the flight or a bottle of water and a full bag of chips. We pay a lot for those flights. After all it's so expensive to by food in the airport then you wait and find out the flight is delayed."
