Our plane delayed so we arrived late at Tokyo causing to missed our plane connection then the crew helped us( very accommodating) for our transfer from Narita international airport to Haneda International airport with Limo bus, 1 & 1/2 hour ride with our luggages and waited for 8 hrs to be on board in a different airline."

People queue up, then they swivel the pole round so I'm in the wrong queue now. Try to move, lose place in queue, they swivel it back the way it was... Good airline but boarding especially for domestic is disorganised with poor signage etc."

The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Turkish airport should consider transferring passengers with close connections through a faster line. Also, the security screening between flights doesn't offer any priority for passengers with tight connections"
Khuyết điểm: "My husband's passport expires in March of 2018, 4 months from travel dates and we weren't allowed to travel because it has to be 6 months. We booked our tickets in August of 2017, Turkish Airlines could've told us this. During booking, they ask for passport expiry date, what's the point if you're not going to tell us in advance and wait till our travel date to tell us this information. We couldn't travel on our vacation as planned and we were charged an additional $3,000 to change our tickets."

No one would help you when you need it in the airports and their desks are not open long enough to get the help that you need in Amman. Also, when you ask the information desk at the airport in Amman to call someone from Turkish Airlines they tell you that they can't because they won't come. I hope that this feedback would be used to make the airlines better because Turkey is truly a beautiful place."

Ưu: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."

It is sad that just one member can influence the overall perception of the flight experience !!!!!"

Ưu: "They accommodated my service dog even without being in the system.They are always very nice and look after me perfectly!I was super late for boarding on the way from NYC and they helped me out!"
Khuyết điểm: "I called the Customer service to let them know I have a service dog and she wasn't in the system neither the way to Hungary or back!I had a little trouble because of that!I asked to sit at the isle for the same reason and they gave me a seat and then moved me because they said I cannot sit there with a dog.They wanted to give me a middle seat but fortunately a nice girl swapped with me for the Isle seat!"

I am a Diabetic and needed it for circulation. I did not say anything but, the stewardess should have made one of the people go back to their seat as he was wedged near the window and sitting on the floor. It made my 13.25 hours trip very uncomfortable. They had a child with them so, I didn't wish to complain while on board."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was canceled and we lost an entire day of our vacation (apartment rental, car rental, etc). Before leaving to Istanbul when we were in New York we asked if they would reroute our flights from New York City to Naples, Italy since the terrorist attack occurred in Istanbul causing the airport to be shut down. We were reassured that there would be no problems and we would be rerouted once we landed in Turkey, and lo and behold our flights were canceled. We had to spend the day in Turkey, pay for our own food, and pay for the visa €30 per person. This all could have been avoided had they rerouted our flights to another city."

Khuyết điểm: "Booked a flight for 2pm that was cancelled after I had made hotel arrangements and the the later flight was delayed by 2 hours! We didn't arrive until 2 am and our hotel got cancelled. The airline took no responsibility and refused to help with a hotel for a 15 hour layover in Istanbul. Their customer service people are rude and extremely unhelpful, doing nothing but telling us we should have flown in a day later for a shorter layover. Seriously?? Totally unacceptable."

Khuyết điểm: "I was thrown into despair by the refusal of TA officials to help me in any way. I paid the full price of the flight but the officials of the airline were very unresponsive and unhelpful. I was delayed to the airport due to traffic and they refused to help me in any way. I have flown with this airline in the past and the airline was always kind and accommodating, but not so this time! I lost $1.1K for the initial fare and then had to purchase a separate $2.3K ticket to reach my destination. Absolutely NO other airline has been so dismissive to me. I fly United all the time, and they are worst by US standards, and yet (I never thought I would say this) United has always helped MUCH better than this airline! I called customer service and could barely understand their English, not to mention that they didn't care at all to help me. I lost $3.3K because of this airline. It was the worst travel nightmare of my life, and I have been to 50+ countries!"
Ưu: "Overall everything was great. Boarding was smooth with the help of the attentive flight attendants. They were professional and attentive through out the entire flight. I enjoyed the hot towels they passed out after we reached altitude. The chicken dinner was delicious, the eggs for breakfast not so great (eggs should be eaten soon after cooking) perhaps pancakes and sausage have a longer shelf life. I also enjoyed the snacks that were available through out the flight. The The flight was on time and I had no problems connecting to my flight to Berlin. The Istanbul airport was very busy and I was pleased that the airport staff were helpful with directions."

Ưu: "Boarding and the flight was fine. The flight attendants were austere, but got the job done. They were definitely not happy to be there. Times must be rough in Instanbul! Food was normal fare, entertainment was lacking coming from usually flying Singapore Airlines, but better than United."
Khuyết điểm: "They somehow killed my North Face duffel bag. This bag has made it over 250k miles with a smile. Didn't make it one trip on Turkish Airlines without a cut through the top of the bag. HOW?!?! I mean, I have to fly United routinely and they can't even kill it. 4 continents! Very sad."
Ưu: "It was nice to be able to have a pillow and blanket in order to sleep and the crew came around often with the cart and offered us beverages."

Khuyết điểm: "Because apparently there is a new rule that was issued by Turkish Government with every passport requiring to have minimum 8 months life. My son's passport was scheduled to expire before 8 months. We were never told this until we literally came to get boarding passes. Then they told me i must pick a date within next 20min or i will have to pay 400$ difference per ticket after 20min.... Terrible experience."

Khuyết điểm: "On our way to Budapest (from sfo through Istanbul) they left our checking luggage in Istanbul. We got it only a full day after that. Space - as in all airlines now is very crowded"
