That Captain has much to teach all pilots wanting a higher standard to their skills and the recognition of these standards. That caption is worth his/her weight in gold, giving Koran Air a gold standard. To compare, the landing at Osaka April 12, late at night, was done by an apprentice who has much to learn from your gold star captain.."
Khuyết điểm: "The same Sydney to Seoul flight, crossed the Qld Great Barrier Reef around 11am April 12. Having a window seat, so much detail of the Reef was visible which greatly surprised me. Beautiful colours galore. Having my face glued to the window at this time, I was unaware of cabin happenings. A male steward tapped me on the shoulder and said "Close your window blind". The beautiful scene outside my window was a first and being 76 old, likely not to happen again for me. Naturally, I ask the male steward "Why", He repeated 4 more times, "Close your window blind". Each time my reply was the same, "Why". On his last request, his voice raised, so in turn, my reply was raised. Sadly, he walked away silently, hands waving in disgust. Only then did I realise the cabin was completely black, no light seen. If at 11am, traditionally, this is a custom, a service to passengers on that particular flight, the male steward didn't say. He clearly expected to be obeyed and didn't expect a challenge. But also felt I didn't deserve a reason for his, what clearly was a demand. Would he have treated a male passenger differently. I flew economy because that is what my budget demands. Flying is not common for me but certainly a thrill that demands a window seat. I give much praise to all other staff, especially the captain landing that very craft at Seoul. At my age, years of experience allows me to be aware and notice. A beautifully presented mature female stewardess in economy, served me. When I requested a beer with the main meal, she said I will give you my favourite. I knew this was double talk for having only one brand beer left, that was a weak American beer. I watched this lovely lady many times being distracted by other staff with questions and 2 other passengers near me, asking for changes. She never blew it. And she passed me in the Sydney terminal, end of the day for her and believe it or not, she remembered me. She was not in such a hurry to get to her destination, that she gave time by turning her body, giving me a wide smile with eyes saying, Yes, I served you. You see, she's never off the job of customer service. I learned much, flying with Korean Air. Many thanks, Sally"

The insanity of it all - so glad the woman can count to two - is that I was forced by this angry person to carry my laptop and tablet onto the airplane in my hand, as she absolutely would not allow me to put them into my empty backpack, claiming this would constitute a third item. Of course, no one else was forced to take their computers out of their protective cases, only myself, because it was a backpack. I am 66 years old, travelling alone, and frankly am not the only international traveler who experiences unbelievable rudeness when in US airports."

In spite of Cathay Pacific's excess baggage rates, they have a smaller leg room in the economy class."

All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."

The Malaysian Air boarding staff got on radios and appeared to try to help by telling them to put aside for pick up upon my return. Yesterday, The Premiere lounge said they did not have it despite my name, email and phone number being written on the Ipad. Between Malaysian Air and the Lounge and their lack of concern and professionalism it was not a good trip. As One World Emerald member, I steer a lot of business towards these One World Airlines. I expect better treatment."

What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."

I could have tolerated a charge of $50, but I found $150 to be outrageous. Seats were narrow, legs hit the back of the seat in front. No need for such a configuration, since the flight was only 1/3 full. I won't fly Cebu Pacific again. Congratulations, you lost my business."

Cebu's team lead us through the check in process to expedite and save time and even ordered a special shuttle bus for us to take between terminals at the airport. I was very impressed and will be telling everyone I know how great Cebu is."

Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was cancelled because of weather condition while we were at the boarding gate, they didn't care about compensations or consider not risking putting the passengers under last minute pressure, at least they should've notified us ahead of time, they automatically rolled us in the next flight, however, they didn't confirm if the next flight will be cancelled or not. In order to make sure I can catch my connecting flights, I booked another flight from Legazpi to Manila on a different airline, in addition, I had to pay the hotel booking cancellation fees in Manila, since these fees can only be waved if I cancelled 24hrs in advance. Moreover when I asked for my ticket refund, they made a big deal out of it and after a ruff struggle they agreed to refund me, but whatever the refund amount was, it barely covers anything of what I had to pay for a new ticket+ 1 extra night stay in Legazpi + hotel cancellation fees in Manila, I ended up paying 400USD in total while I only got around 50USD ticket refund from them, and of course, add to that the stress and hassle I went through in doing this!"

So I just took the seats immediately available to us that were open. The flight attendant decided to check our boarding pass to see if we were in the right seat, and of course we were not (because the other people decided to take our seats as we were the last to board). I figured this was just fine. We even paid extra for the assigned seats but for the sake of getting the flight going due to our tight connection, we took the nearest available seats. Unfortunately, a group of 6 people had to take 5 minutes to rearrange the seats because the flight attendant "insisted" we take the seats on our boarding pass. It would have been much easier if the crew would have just let us take the seats that were available instead of trying to rearrange the other group."

After arguing with the manager, and then having to call AirAsia Thailand, I realized they were both incompetent and rude. Kayak never allowed the option to pay for baggage when I booked the flight, and AirAsia didn't believe me and wouldn't even respect their online fee chart. I will never fly AirAsia again, and I will also dispute the charge with my credit card company, as it is unprofessional if not illegal."
