You have to go (you should know this since it’s the country you’re based out of) a second security check in Seoul, so by the time I actually got out of security it was 5:55pm and my flight was already boarding. I had to run to my next flight and I barley made it. Showing up to my flight a sweaty mess after what felt like a mile run was not a highlight of my experience with Korean air. You guys seriously need to do some reconfiguring of your flights..."

Ưu: "My husband, my baby(14 months) and I took the flight from Hanoi to New York which was transferred in Korea. The flight from Hanoi to Korea got delayed so we have to fly with Asian Anna instead. The checking took so long and confusing. We barely made the flight from Hanoi to Korea and ran from different terminals to catch the flight from Korea to New York. We paid extra to select seat to sit to gether but then we found out it was just a joke to get money from Justfly since Korean Air said they only arranged seat at check in which we couldn’t check in as early as we wished due to the delay. And from Korea to New York, they lost our 4 luggages. How horrible could that be ? We are thinking about suing justly."

Khuyết điểm: "Korean Air refused to provide accommodation for my 19 hours layover even I had two flights with Korean Air. The reason provided was simple: "We don't have you on the list". The fact that it's 8 pm and had known nothing about South Korea meant nothing."

Korean Air wouldnt issue my boarding pass for my INC to CEB flight at LAX so I have to get in line again at the Korean Air check- in counter in INC then was told to go to Jin Air since it was operated by them. Jin Air wouldn't issue a boarding pass because my flight was at 8 AM the following day. I ended up sleeping at the predept area until the counter opened."

Khuyết điểm: "Every Korean flight I had this trip was delayed. Created problems when Korean Air gives you 1 hour to transfer at Incheon. When transferring, all passengers need to go through security again and there are long lines. Airport attendants were not nice and made us ask people to cut in line. After running through the airport, we then find out the plane was delayed an hour to accommodate other delayed connections! They could have told us this before but only rushed us off."

Ưu: "We had a short connection after a Korean Air Flight from Hanoi to Seoul before catching KE 085 to JFK. The time pressure was heightened because the first flight take off was delayed. There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't able to choose my seat on line and ended up in a window seat. With the seats in front of my row reclined all the way back, I could not get out of my seat to use the restroom. Having just transferred from Korean Airlines and taken other asian airlines on my trip, it's a hard comparison to a domestic airline, although Hawaiian is among one of the better domestics. On my food tray, there was a bowl of miso soup, that the attendant was trying to hand me, while there was turbulence. The bowl of miso was smiling all over the tray, and on my napkin, and since I was on the inside seat, almost spilled all over me. On a previous Korean airline fight, also with turbulence, the attendant had taken the bowl off the tray, and covered it with a saran, and then handed it to me to make sure it wouldn't spill all over me. There's a bit of difference there."

Khuyết điểm: "During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ036, I occupied seat 15 A (mono, aisle-window): I did not understand the reasoning behind this layout: Seat facing straight the front of the aircraft, but not enough space to stretch the legs, and limited height for the footrest, feet getting hurled against a ceiling very quickly, and also footrest only on one side = one foot. The deep cavity, that is probably meant to house the lie-flat disposition, is at a 45° angle with the general direction of the seat. I am 77 and not in any way a contortionist. I decided that the best course of action was to remain seated for the duration of the 14:30 hours, flight without extending my legs. Maybe the crew could have explained how the passenger is supposed to fit into that weird design, but I did not ask, afraid that the demonstration might reawaken chronic shoulder and hip pain. I would be glad to read (not test) how this configuration is supposed to convey the sense of comfort expected from a Business Class ticket. It did nothing of the kind for me."

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

Khuyết điểm: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

They helped us with everything onward- getting new boarding passses, hotel and meal vouchers, but all of this should not have been needed if such short connections were not sold."

The only hot item in my whole tray was "chicken mixed rice". Everything else from yoghurt to fruits went waste. Can we have HOT FOODS for people like me? 2. Flight Attendants - It seemed that the flight attendants were not so experienced at handling customers. Plus, several of them had poor English. That would have been okay if they had patience to listen to me slowly. But, they seemed to be in hurry and not wait enough to understand my request properly. I was asking HOT WATER and they were repeatedly handing me COLD WATER. Plus, they could see me breathing heavily and feeling great discomfort. Nobody asked me 'ARE YOU OKAY?". It seemed, they didn't care for customers like me. I found a serious lack of CUSTOMER RESPONSIVENESS, forget PRO-ACTIVENESS among several flight attendants. Finally, I found an example of SNOBBERY in the plane. A flight attendant was asking a couple sitting next to me to fill up the FEEDBACK FORM. They looked like from Middle East but were British citizens. They didn't talk to me even though I volunteered at frist to introduce myself. The lady was especially rude to me. They were dressed like high class folks. That's it. They neither represented the hundreds of passengers, especially Indians, in the Economy Cabin, nor were they friendly to fellow passengers. It left me with a feeling that Qatar Airways attendants were judging a book by cover and asking the wrong persons to fill the form who didn't really represent their majority customers for that cabin."

There was not priority boarding for elderly and people with kids. We had to wait in queue holding our carry ons as well as the kid. As we were last in boarding it was hard to find a closest spot for our carry on. Crew would not respond for about 10 mins or so( not during take off or landing) this was during mid flight when there was no turbulence(seat belt sign was off). We asked for a veg meal instead of baby food as our kid eats solids and she does not like instant baby food's. We requested this when we booked her ticket , she was not even given food luckily we had some milk powder and water bottle. Really bad experience with Emirates"
Ưu: "Emirates is a true Customer Service oriented airline. It is a relief to know that in this age of carriers that charge you a lot and treat you like you are paying a bus ticket there are airlines that still know the key to success. Boarding was fine and not dependent on local personalities. You can tell the company cares about training. The food and entertainment is excellent. Seats are still a little smaller but they try and make up with it with other perks. Flight crew was polite, smiling, and accommodating no matter the time. Pillows, blankets, snacks, etc. all given without having to ask or be charged. We were also given these little self care packs with toothbrush & paste, eye pillow, socks, and earplugs! Overall it made a long flight over night very comfortable."

That lefte us about 30 mins before the gate closed From where we were dropped off we walked for about 15 minutes but were nowhere near our gate. We asked Emirates employees to give us a ride in the golf cars. But they all refused, until one had pity on us and gave us a ride. We reached the gate a couple of minutes before the gate closed. When we arrive in Kolkata we were told that out luggage hadn't arrived. They reached our luggage to our Kolkata home a 11:30 pm. What a nightmare. Never again on Emirates."

Khuyết điểm: "29 passengers were arriving in JFK from MSP, a flight that was delayed due to ground staff issues at JFK (which means that Emirates' partner airline had some issues?). Plane was delayed but we landed just in time to make the connection or so we thought. After running through the terminal, we saw our plane attached to the gate for 53 minutes(I have pictures to show) but Emirates gate staff said the flight is now closed, and didn't let us board the flight. They didn't help us rebook our next flight, or pay for hotel or transportation. And some of us couldn't fly for 2 days because they were overbooked on their future flights. And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond."

They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had."

Also, I was told that business class luggage comes out first that wasn't true on both leg of the trip. Also, I wasn't told that I have a lounge to hang out until the boarding time. In my way back it was same exact food menu service is mediocre at best very demanding flight attendants. Also the luggage came out towards the end . I told my friend I travelled with that this would be my last time to use Emirates airline"

I did not receive any assistance by the crew members even after pressing the call button and waiting for over 20 mins. Finally I had to get up and help myself. This was not just once but twice in a single flight. One of the stewards serving my area seemed very curt. The food was also terrible. My chicken dish was cold and very dry. Even the side bread was like a rock. The coffee that was served after the meal was cold. This kind of service is unacceptable on a 16hr trans Atlantic flight. Overall very disappointed with Emirates."

That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry."

We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Khuyết điểm: "This is one of the worst airlines I have flown with. I travel internationally frequently, I had used Turkish Airlines on a domestic flight in Turkey back in the 90's. It was a decent experience. So I decided to book my flight to Athens with Turkish Airlines. I bought a nonstop flight from LAX to with one and a half hour layover in Istanbul and then flying to Athens on the same day. I was assigned bulkhead seats on the way over. On the day of the Parcher at the Turkish airline counter in LAX I was informed that my seat assignments were changed. The agent could not/ would not give me a satisfactory answer as to why! During the course of the same conversation I was also informed that my layover Istanbul is not 1 1/2 hours, instead it is seven hours and I will be flying out to Athens The following day. My flight was randomly changed to a later flight without my knowledge! After a long wait at the ticketing counter, the manager switched us back to the original itinerary. Sadly it doesn't end here. The take off was about an hour and a half delayed. This was about exactly the same amount of time I had as layover Istanbul airport. I asked several flight attendants about how will Turkish Airlines will handle this delay as my connection to Athens was in jeopardy. Again not one flight attendant could give me a straight answer. Some said "well hopefully you will make it to the next flight". One said "the pilot we will make up for the lost time". I also noticed that my original bulkhead seat assignments were given to three ladies who were friends of a first class flight attendant! it was really annoying to watch the flight attendant bring them treats from the first class kitchen area. It was clear that our seats were intentionally switched as a special favor. Long story short, upon arrival we were told that the our connecting flight is at gate 501 only to find out there was no plane at the gate!! We never found out what happened to our original connection to Athens, but we ended up waiting an additional 5 1/2 hours in the airport for then next day flight. No explanation given, no accommodations provided, no apologies!"

From warm hand towels, beautiful menus for meals and beverages available, a toiletry bag and much more. The inflight entertainment was awesome. Love the large screen and the touch screen abilities. So many great choices."

The boarding process was also not organized well at all as we lined up in our groups, but people did not follow this so although we were group A, somehow people from lower groups were boarding before us. The seats were a bit hard."
