The flight staff were polite, seats were comfortable, and we reached our destinations on time. This was my first time traveling first class since the pandemic. The difference in service was dramatic and made me seriously regret having paid three times more for a first class ticket. Specifically No Sky Cap lounge - One of the main reasons I traveled first class was to use the Sky Cap lounge since we were going to have to wait for our flight for several hours at PDX. PDX Sky Cap would not allow us to enter as first class passengers. The receptionist said we needed to have their American Express Card. Further the Las Vegas Sky Cap lounge is permanently closed. Food - Our first flight was early in the morning, so I thought no need to grab breakfast in the airport, I'm traveling first class. The only food we were served or offered between LAS and PDX was Biscoff cookies. Our return trip was the same. Seems the days of being served a hot meal in first class are long gone.

This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

Extreme lack of professionalism."

(They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! On a flight such as this, at 8:12 am, something like a breakfast wrap would be more appropriate, especially considering the fare charged."

We have brains, we can figure out how to plug our head phones in to watch the inflight entertainment. After saying the “show” was going to start, it never did. The screens were down the whole time and it remained black. good thing I had my phone with a movie on it, or I would be very bored for the 3 1/2 hour flight. Never flying with American Airlines again."
Khuyết điểm: "I hate American airlines. It is the WORST. We were held for almost 4 hours waiting for "maintenance call" then flight was cancelled. THEN it took two full hours to get back checked bags. By ths point it was 5 pm, had been at airport since 8:30 -- no food offered, no apologies, not even a glass of water. Of course, no flights back to US so I was stuck an extra day, completely messed up school and work. I THOUGHT I was booking with Iberia but it was a code share. I WILL NEVER fly American Airlines again!"
Khuyết điểm: "An S80? Really? This plane was older than me! Horrible plane! The crew looked like they had been up since 4 am. Looked exhausted and unfriendly. I do want to clarify that this was an American Airlines operated plane, not etihad."

Flight was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour due to missing part. When flight arrived in SLC, gate wasn't open (at nearly 1 AM) and had to wait on tarmac again for 10-15 minutes."

Khuyết điểm: "I've never been so cold on a flight in my life. Had two blankets on me and still shivered the whole flight. Others in the cabin were wearing coats and sweaters - in July. Crazy cold."
Ưu: "I fell asleep and missed dinner. When I woke up one of the stuff came up to me and asked me if I would like to eat something and went especially for me and got me the the dinner portion. Although we had a delay I was informed promptly and the staff apologized for my inconvenience. The airline took responsibility and did not blame the delay on other factors. Thanks for being honest"

Ưu: "We flew out of Dallas on AA Eagle and what a great flight! Super roomy, great staff, newest aircraft. Loved it .. wish we could have flown all the way home to SLC on the Eagle!"
Khuyết điểm: "The only thing we didn't like was the turbulance coming into Amarillo (tornado warning!) but the AA Eagle handled it just fine .. so truly there are NO complaints .. Love this short flight between Dallas and Amarillo!"

Then, there was an elderly woman sitting right next to me that kept pushing me every time she'd get out her tablet, pills, pocketbook, etc. By the end of the short 2-hour flight, I've had it with her."

Then I got to the gate and they informed me that the Representative was supposed to give me a luggage label along with my receipt. I only got my receipt and I was then charged another$65 for my bag. Not happy about that additional baggage fee."

Will give another airline my $500 next time. Everyone who buys a cross-country ticket should get free entertainment. NO food except one cookie on 4 1/2 hour flight. Are you kidding?? I was starving! A small snack-meal was expected for the high cost we pay for ticket. BOO UNITED. UNTIL UNITED PUTS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMFORT FIRST... I and my family will be flying another airline. Very very disappointed."

I was in a wheelchair and dealing with spine issues which made it very difficult to walk at all. Then on my flight home from GR the flight ended up being 3 hrs late. I was in terrible pain."

The flight attendant neglected to look my way when picking up discarded trash, (I raised it up when she passed me - she was looking the other way and raced up the aisle), so I sat with my trash during the final 30 minutes of flight (and additional 20-25 minutes waiting for gate)"

Khuyết điểm: "seats on EMB175 are just not meant for flights longer than an hour. Absolutely no low back support on a firm seat flat as a 2x4 makes for a miserable experience, particularly after a previous intercontinental flight."
Ưu: "They were always very attentive to let you know about gate changes or seat changes. Which to me personally is very important. I have had very bad experiences with other airlines in the past because they did not communicate properly their gate change and I missed my flight and missed events I was flying for. Excellent job to United for communicating gate changes very well! They did not break any of my luggage and the seats were fairly comfortable. The employees were also very attentive and willing to answer any questions."
Khuyết điểm: "It was a bit confusing gate wise. I did have to ask an employee what was going on but they cleared up the confusion pretty quick. I flew on a jet verses a regular plane, and it was very loud. I had my movie turned up all the way with headphones and I still could barely hear it. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't hear my movie but in general it just hurt my ears. I was sitting towards the back of the jet though so I'm assuming if I was closer to the front it wouldn't have been as bad? Overall it was still a great experience"

We finally landed in SLC 8 hours later than we were supposed to only to be told that they had left out luggage in Chicago. It is now a week later and I still don't have my luggage! This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had!"

Khuyết điểm: "Both of my united flights were delayed due to crew issues, one they were stuck in traffic, we'll they should leave early like we do. The next they were late for some clearance issues. The seats on this air craft were very thin and uncomfortable, you could feel the metal."
Khuyết điểm: "We paid for first class seats from Houston to Salt Lake City, thinking it would be provide us more than a regular seat. It did not. We received one drink and were allowed to pick from a basket of snacks (packaged pretzels and cookies), but that was it. No additional food, no entertainment options on our plane, no blanket, no pillows, no hot towels. We basically paid all that extra money for a little bigger seat. It was not worth it. This was our first time flying with United in a while and it will definitely be our last."

The first class had an attendant but only one for the rest of the ENTIRE plane! There was a TON of turbulence and we never heard ONCE anything from the attendants or the pilots about the bad weather! Scared and uncomfortable the entire flight!"
