Khuyết điểm: If kayak didn’t take me to a page where the reservation was different than what I agreed on. Not even close to what I had selected, leading me to believe I was booking a trip on the days I chose and then not realizing it was incorrect until my trip was starting. This is the last time I use kayak.

Ưu: The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly.
Khuyết điểm: Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out.

Khuyết điểm: Luggage was terrible. Forced me to check my 1 small laptop bag despite letting others board with duffel bags, then lost 1 of our actual checked bags in the airport for an hour after our other bag was delivered.

Ưu: Not much. There was one flight attendant that seemed pleasant but I wouldn’t know for sure since the attendants ignored all passengers except for those who had preordered their meals.
Khuyết điểm: It was extremely frustrating that there was no kiosk available when checking in. I did not have a bag to check, yet I waited on a ridiculously long line to check in for my flight. The people working the desk at the gate were slow and unpleasant. Service on plane was terrible.

Ưu: Fine flight once we were in the air.
Khuyết điểm: There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B.

Almost all the passengers on our plane had to return the next day to collect our bags, at our own expense. This had happened to the flight before us too. There were no apologies to us

We had to pay, out of our own pockets, for the inconvenience. Apparently this happens a lot, and it happened to our entire plane

Khuyết điểm: Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket.
