Boarding was ridiculous. Never mentioning what groups were boarding, No anouncements what so ever

Total disaster flight was delayed and we missed our connection twice and staff didn’t know what they were doing. Lost 2 days of our vacation. Meal vouchers didn’t work. Baggage didn’t arrive.
The flight departed from CDG on time and was almost one hour early arriving in PHL. The on board cabin service in business class was mediocre at best. Make sure to pre-order your meal before travel because two selections were not available during flight. Quality of food is basic American with no creativity or imagination for the route of travel. Glad to use Global Entry on arrival at PHL; it did not take too long to wait for luggage in spite of several other overseas arrivals at PHL at the same time. Airlines should do a better job of staggering the departure times of international flights so that they do not all arrive at the destination at the same time. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines traveler (who paid full fare), I did not receive any special recognition before, during, or after my flight.
Missed our connection due to delayed. Ended up with a replacement flight with connections getting us in really late and annoying..
My flight was cancelled and scheduled for the following day. Overall, it was ok.
Services they SAID were available on our flights weren’t. Stewardess hit my elbow with the cart (2X) Warm water and a stale cookie didn’t cut it either. My father needed assistance to and from the gate and almost missed one of our flights because no one was there to help him and seemed annoyed that I was pushing the matter. It’s American Airlines but didn’t see anything American about it. WE WILL NOT BE FLYING WITH AA AGAIN…
Had 4 flights, all of them got delayed
The airplane had mechanical problems and they changed the airplane really quick.

Ưu: "The crew looked tired and somewhat friendly. We were delayed about 45 mins and they really didn’t communicate much the Captain did. On the ground we had to wait 20mins for the jet bridge and the door to open and no one said anything. The plane was shut down and turned on again too."

I just wanted a comfortable and reliable flight for my family. It's been very frustrating so far..."

Khuyết điểm: "American Airlines won't let you buy emergency row exit seats (or bulk head) because the 'code share' prevents them from advance seat sales. I was told I could do it at check in in Los Angeles. But those seats were sold out long before we even got to LA! I contacted American Airlines Customer Relations about 1 month prior to my flight. I completed their online form detailing the problem and asked if there is any way I could buy extra leg room seats. But they never even bothered to respond. I got the automated email acknowledging receipt of my complaint and assuring me I would be contacted soon. NOT!!"

Overall, I am ever flying with American Airlines or Latam ever again."
