JAL crew focus was service, AA was typical American crew who seemed 'bothered' by passengers. Interesting announcements from cockpit repeatedly mention they were 'safety stewards'. Ex. Wife used wheelchair from gate to plane door. JAL crew offered assistance to seat ( not needed), followed to seat, checked back before take off, and reminded us before landing to wait for all passengers to deplane. AA crew...NOTHING?! Turned out requested wheelchair assist was not in LA, never showed, supervisor had to assist to bus & door to customs. However, this well may have been a ground mishandle(?). JAL crew offered water, tea, juice multiple times during flight. AA crew set up 'self-serve' drink station at back of plane. What if passenger is not capable of pouring while standing on a plane???!!!! OR if a passenger chose to contaminate/spike the juice carton???!!! Equipment-seats on JAL flight were comfortable & flight entertainment console current. AA, based on multiple passenger comments, seats were ridiculously close & our entertainment consoles looked 10 years old?! (could even get one to activate selected choices! Good thing we were more interested in sleeping.) Summary-IF possible will always try to avoid US crews...and happy to share my specific examples."

Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised."

Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

I don't know if mines was broken, for some of the graphics lay over each other and looked pixelated making it hard to choose what I wanted. Oh goodness, and rewinding went too fast. i found myself watching scenes over and over again cause if I were to fast forward, it would have gone too fast as well."

It took me more than 30'walk with the little boy. The woman gave me hotel voucher also gave me wrong informations. Which took me long time to pass the screen scan that I do not need it. I was so up set when the guy wanted to conform the hotel voucher while I already had it. I had to walk with luggage and the baby. It was terrible while I was not feeling well and my son wanted to sleep."

Lost my wedding suite and fiancé ‘s wedding gown and plenty other wedding things."
Khuyết điểm: "They missed me for breakfast despite my being awake and trying to get their attention. Then they ran out of one of the choices for both dinner and breakfast. This despite the plane being less than capacity. Also there were so many empty seats in the back but I noticed that some people were still being packed in like the flight was full. Emirates should do a better job of assigning seats to make as many people comfortable as possible."

It was a long wait. And I wasn't able to hear my zone being called. Captain's announcements in the flights were also either not loud enough or not intelligible."

Ưu: "So, as mentioned, this was our first time flying Emirates and from our flights from Maryland to Dubai to Philippines has been pleasant, the only issue we've had was with the security process and an incident that my wife encountered in Dubai when we were in the process of boarding to go to Washington Dulles. We landed in Dubai and we were in transit to our connecting flight. We went to our assigned gate and had to check in with security prior to waiting in our gate or boarding the plane. We checked in our electronic devices and my wife was asked to be checked. There wasn't anything wrong up until that moment. My wife cooperated with all the requests of the security agent. They asked her to go inside a security room/enclosed area and the first thing that the security agent asked my wife was why she wasn't wearing her wedding band. It was obvious that she was married because she had a tan line of the marks of wearing a ring. It was her travel ring and she removed it because it was too tight and she explained that to the agent. The agent then made the comment "so you got fat on this trip?". My wife was confused on what she said and asked her "what did you say?". The agent then repeated ..."So you're fat... that's why the wedding ring doesn't fit?" My wife was furious but maintained her cool because she didn't want to give a reason for her to be held from getting on the flight. I didn't see the situation take place and I don't know if there was anything that triggered her comment. My wife felt humiliated. I don't know the agent's name but I wanted to address the incident. Our experience with Emirates has been very pleasant but having to feel helpless after someone with authority to make that comment was humiliating and ruined the rest of her time on the flight as well as mine."

I know this is the section for good comments, but I am very disappointed about the demeanor and the service provided this time."
Khuyết điểm: "I have called in advance and selected the seats for both inbound and outbound flights. Also, confirmed a wheelchair access. To my surprise, none of them were met according to the commitment. The seats were not the ones that were asked for. I mentioned that there was a medical condition with the leg and my mom would have to get up and move during the flight, but still they allocated seats which are extremely inconvenient to both us and the fellow passengers. We expect better from Emirates!!! I hope they can improve this in the future!"

Ưu: "The flight was 15 hours from the US to Dubai, there is not much one can do to make a flight like that EXCELLENT, but the staff was more than accommodating, food was great, open bar and clean amenities. If the flight was not so long i would like this airline again!"

Khuyết điểm: "The passenger in the seat behind me vomited all over his tray during lunch. He didn't immediately clean it up until i turnes ariund and looked at him. He then wiped it with a papet napkin but the napkin was not big enough to clean everything. I rang flight attendant button. She did not come immediately. When she did arrive I told the situation - he vomited on tray, it was not cleaned properly and I could smell the vomit. She looked over and only saw that his seat was wet and gave him a blanket to cover. I asked her if she could provide him a hot wet towel for tray and she said she couldn't see anything. I told her I saw it dripping from side and could smell it. She nonchalantly wiped side with a paper napkin and told me there are other seats if I want to move."

The people in the check in bags did not care if we missed our flight, was very rude and sloooooowwww!!! I have been to many airports and this is by far the worst! I had to run to my gate and ran into another check where they let me pass bc my flight was about to close! Made it 2 minutes before the bus left! Nightmare!!!"

After I bought the ticket it was offered 24 hours later at very much Lowe price ( 25%less than what I paid for). I contacted the Turkish airlines but they never give me any credit or compensation."

Khuyết điểm: "1) The foot rest blocks the ability to stretch your legs. A very uncomfortable 12 hour flight. Cramped. As a result, I will probably go with another European airline on my trans-Atlantic flights. 2) You need to offer snacks between meals on a 12 hour flight (back in the galley). Every other airline I have flown offers these on long haul flights in the galley - usually a small snack like chips or cookies. Your flight attendant told me that she would be serving the second meal in about 4 hours. Really, I was shocked that nothing was available in between meals on such a long flight."

Khuyết điểm: "We did a preselection for seating at the airline office at the Kempinski in Djibuti for our return flight back to US. Only to find that when boarding on both flights we had been re-assigned and not seated together. We were able to be seated together after boarding was completed."

Khuyết điểm: "They cancelled my original flight, which originally left at 7AM, and put me on a flight 12 hours later at 7PM to Skopje. So I had to wait in Istanbul for 14+ hours. They provided me with a hotel and free lunch, which was nice but it was a complete hassle to obtain these, and I was walking all around the airport, in and out of security, and waiting at hotel services for 4+ hours until I finally left for the airport. Turkish really needs to get its act together if it says that it is the best airline in the region."
Ưu: "I had a great flight from Istanbul to Berlin. I enjoyed the Turkish delight they passed out after reaching altitude. We were also provided an enjoyable chicken dinner. I liked the way the captain came over the audio system and gave us information about what part of Europe we were flying over, it was interesting for me. The take off and landings on both Turkish airlines flights that day were very smooth and on time."

My son's passport was scheduled to expire before 8 months. We were never told this until we literally came to get boarding passes. Then they told me i must pick a date within next 20min or i will have to pay 400$ difference per ticket after 20min.... Terrible experience."

I am quite sure that no one has the phone because I have a tracker on it. I am quite sure that they are too lazy (and don't care) to even have someone look in the seat pocket in front of the seat."
