All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."

I got scammed. The flight I booked did not exist. The flight was suspended more than a month ago & I did not get any notices or e-mails. When I arrived the airport there is no flight, no people working. I'm trying to get a refund, but they said they are not sure I can get full refund. I booked the partnered-agent called Chatdeal. You guys need to drop these people from listing on Kayak, they are completely scammers.
I like the service. The seat cushion was worn out and very uncomfortable.

It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

So I requested the representatives at the check in counters at both airports to change our seats so that we could seat next each other. They were willing to help us out and we got the great seats. They had to ask other customers to help this out, too. In the airplanes, the flight attendants were extremely helpful and friendly when we asked them questions and favors, with nice smiles and calm quiet voices. No wonder the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet during the both flights. The leg room was roomier and the facilities were newer. When I saw three pilots bowed to the customers before getting into the airplane, I felt they were very professional and ready for their jobs."

For a 12 hour flight with seats that don't recline and nothing the on-board staff could do about the ticket counter's negligence and bad faith other than apologize. Seated upright for an overnight flight (for the second time on the same trip) for 12 hours. Not a pleasant experience. Had a feeling ANA would be bush league. This trip confirmed those suspicions. It wasn't the crew's fault (though they, unfortunately bore the brunt of my displeasure) so much as the counter's fault, but airlines charging what they are shouldn't be putting passengers or crew in this position. The ticket counter folks literally mislead us. They specifically told us that these were not emergency row seats and that we would have reclining seats and seatback displays in front of us like everyone else. The entire reason I asked is because we got stuck in the last row on the way in with seats that don't recline, which blows for a 12 hour red-eye flight. Instead we got seats that did not recline and a fold out screen that came from the right-hand arm rest. Not the end of the world if one had no choice, but certainly not what I paid for and certainly not what the ticketing counter people stated we were getting (under specific inquiry about the very point). The ticketing counter in particular seems to be skeevy, at best. To the detriment of their own crew, who is left apologizing for things they can do nothing about. As stated, this is a bush league international carrier. Avoid unless you love sleepless nights crossing the international dateline..."

Only people at the front of the queue can see the correct places to stand, so many people were trying to push in the front of the queue because the signs weren't visible from some angles or from far away. Basically couldn't see the inflight safety videos from my seat (17K) because of the curvature of the overhead bins and positions of the few screens (no seat-back monitors)."

My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

This passenger continually kept encroaching into my seat, either sitting on a portion of my leg or putting his shoulder over my shoulder, even at one point used me as lean on. It was a 9 hour flight of misery... I was definitely uncomfortable for majority of that flight due to the passenger in 40A on flight NH176"

Khuyết điểm: "From Japan to other places they're always organised, but boarding in London was a little chaotic which is a common problem for ANA flights in other countries *to* Japan - they hadn't set up signs properly or made clear announcements for families with children, First Class, Business class boarding etc. The First Class/Diamond status queue (not for me!) was actually set up in front of a supporting pillar, basic organisational things like that. On balance though, still a top-class airline."

Service was very attentive. I thought that being in premium econ seat means that I get the headphones, but on this flight, none was provided. Thankfully, the flight attendant quickly gave me a new pair of earphones.
They need to have a restroom in that big room that they seat you in before boarding.
There was difficulty with my connecting flight due to inconsistent COVID regulations. I was almost not allowed on, despite fulfilling all my requirements for my destination country. I was over-billed by Alaska Airlines for my luggage as well.

Panel removed by crew. In-flight entertainment system: Persistent intermittent loss of sound while listening to movie or TV program. Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

Ưu: "The ability to pre-order food helped bud to intolerance of good types. Crew were helpful in getting us off the place first because they knew were were short on time for our connection."
Khuyết điểm: "Delayed flight meant a stressful flight wondering if we would make our connection. Also the quality of the pilot on the intercom was poor - mumbled and unclear information."
Khuyết điểm: "There was on flight attendance which I assume new. She was not able to manage to check with her colleagues whether there was still a food which I requested before giving me the answer. Also, to me little things like fold the cup holder before take off and landing is just a simple task to do without giving a lecture to the passenger when he or she might be tight up with kids."

Ưu: "I liked the space I had to stretch out, 3 seats to myself in economy enabled me to get some solid sleep between meals. The crew werebalways very polite and friendly."
Khuyết điểm: "My flight was delayed by 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight in Singapore. There was a huge queue of people who missed their connecting flight cos of an accident in the runway. The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

Ưu: "The cabin crew are very helpful and friendly. I sat at the end of the row in the upper deck. After the gate door closed , they let me sit in the empty sit away from the toilets . During the flight they’re around with water and juices to make sure we’re dehydrated,"
Ưu: "The staff was very responsive and the food was great. Ground staff in SIngapore helped me to modify the tickets due to us missing our connection to Phuket. Very helpful. Irene at the transfer desk was an excellent manager. The wheel chair staff was excellent all through."

Ưu: "My favorite airline to travel from Denver to Puerto Rico, round trip, and in Atlanta I will make the stopover, I also feel so safer to travel with my cat ... they are the best airline in everything"

Ưu: "The crew on the airplane was great. We had 2.5 hours turbulences but the crew started to give out drinks as soon they got the ok from the pilot"
Khuyết điểm: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Khuyết điểm: "Boeing 767-400ER seats had no leg room for 6'+ traveller like me. The entertainment system was so old that there were no 115v outlets or USB ports. On a 7-hour flight, that is a significant problem for travellers today with multiple electronic devices. Finally, we were not told in advance that we had to go through security twice and through US Customs BEFORE leaving Dublin. So, the 6-hour layover at JFK was a complete waste of our time as we did not have to go through Customs there."

Then on top of that the passenger next to me removed his shoes and you could smell his feet from a mile away but the flight attendants never requested for him to replace his shoes."
Ưu: "I usually have had great experiences with Delta. The meal selection was limited. By the time they made it up to my seat they had run out of what we wanted. Ưu: "The entertainment unit allowed me to watch the Denver Broncos game live which helped lessen the delayed departure and uncomfortable seating."
Khuyết điểm: "Uncomfortable seating....too crowded!! We had a delayed departure by 30-40 minutes because of a computer download issue. Too many folks carrying carry-ons delayed boarding. I wish folks were not encouraged to go that route but to check baggage. This time of year gets even tougher with folks carrying Christmas presents and over sized personal items. Ugh. Not fun to travel this time of year."
