Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

Also, boarding passes had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. I arrived at the check in counter with 52 minutes to spare and they told me I could not board. The plane wasnt even boarding passengers yet. I even went as far as to say that I would leave my luggage as I had to get on the flight. They did not allow this either. They said that I would need to get on another flight. To add insult to injury they did not credit me with ANY of what I had purchased for my previous flight since I ordered through Kayak. I am 100% dissatisfied with ANA and I am asking kayak to rectify what they have done. I have already emailed ANA upper management and will be taking this to social media, the news, and any other outlet I can find. I had to pay for a hotel, miss 2 days of work and pay for a 700 dollar "premium" seat ticket since that was all they claimed they had. I find that last part funny, since I saw about 12 empty seats on my flight. I am hoping to hear from kayak so they can explain why they do business with a company that clearly does not care about it's customers."

Actually One star is too good a Grade for this complete service failure from A-Z."

Khuyết điểm: "There was an extra layer of normal security check at the HKG gate 15. The male team leader, probably in '50's, with two bars on his shoulder was extremely rude to the passengers. I was at the front of Economy class when a female Asian passenger walked up in the Business class ilne. He naturally tendered to her first and let her and directing her to a lower security ranking staff t the other side of area. All fine and dandy. But seconds later, a Caucasian male walked u,p indicating that he was with that female Asian, the security guard got real mad, shouted at the Asian woman who by then was some 20 feet away that next time she needed to tell him he was with someone. When it was my turn to go into the secured area, there were to guards available standing side by side, a male and a female. He let me and pointed toward the two guards. I asked him which one, he didn't answer. I asked a second time, "Male or female", he still didn't answer, just pointed his finger toward the two guards. His attitude was totally unacceptable."
Ưu: "The food and the comfort of the seat were excellent for a premier economy seat. All the flight attendants were extremely cheerful and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this flight"

Both departing and returning flights ran out of free gifts as stated for the purchase of Laneige skin care products. Food selection is less desirable compared to other Asian airlines. Inside the crew food storage/service area looks old and dirty. I can see the area from my seat."

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

Last year we flew business class Cathay pacific from Hong Kong to Melbourne and loved it. This year we decided to fly from Melbourne to Dusseldorf and then from Frankfurt to Melbourne with this airline. Won't be doing that again. Why pay business class fares to be disapointed"

The captain was very pleasant during his in-flight announcements; complete and thorough. The bathrooms were quite clean."

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed from boarding at 1 am until 5 am when they finally announced it was cancelled. They made announcement updates every 10 minutes meaning that people had to be constantly alert to see if anything changed in the next 10 minutes. When the flight was cancelled, the employees could not offer any information about how to get ticket prices refunded, or how to get to the destination. They could not even connect passengers to the managers because the managers are in Hong Kong. The number they gave out to passengers for customer services could not be reached because this it is an international number. People had to miss connecting flights, meetings, important appointments, and are still trying to figure out how to get refunded for an expensive flight. Terrible experience and customer service."

However I don't see why we would have to ask as we booked a child's seat and you have to provide the age which she is 4. When onboard from SYD/HKG and HKG/LONDON, NO meal was available for our child except for what everyone else was eating. She is anaphylaxis to shellfish, she was given shrimp!!!!! I am sure if she was given a child's meal she would not have got this. We were then told we have to advise the airline 12 hours before we fly that we want a child's meal. I am sorry but when travelling we should not have to do this and nor have we ever had to do it on any other airline. Poor poor poor!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "My wife's and my seats were sticky and difficult to recline. my headphone socket had lose fitting and neither the airline supplied headphone nor my Bose QC headphone were able to work constantly. The service from the two hosts was poor with very little to no engagement or pleasantries. I compare this with Premium Economy class flights with other airlines I have flown and I will elect not to fly Cathy Pacific again. I also found the food and the service below average. No option for wine on this flight, just red or white."

My back hurt and my knees were killing me because they have you crammed right up to the seats in front you so you feel like you are packed in a sardine can! And you will be in big trouble if you take a window seat and you need to go to the bathroom because then you must be a contortionist to get out of that seat when in flight and everyone has their seat reclined, just horrible!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."
Ưu: "The crew was amazing - agreeing to work extra because it was Christmas eve and they wanted us all to get to our destinations for Christmas. They were very gracious and helpful."

What I was disappointed in is that the delay was not announced until our actual scheduled time to leave. It meant people coming to pick me up didn't get the change information in a timely manner."
Ưu: "The first leg had awesome pasta.Then, on the 2nd leg, Philly to Denver, they had a "pay for meal" option for turkey with Chutney sandwich - again, delicious. I should add that the service was very good as well."

This needs to be addressed and contributed to our lack of comfort, noting this was the last leg of an 18 hour journey. My body still hurts today after a good nights sleep."
Ưu: "It’s been a while since I’ve flown American, but the aircraft was updated with a solid multimedia system, great moving map, and a standard power plug and USB port at every seat. That’s more than I expected, and was quite happy. Service was solid—no complaints."

She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"
Khuyết điểm: "I can't rate it because they canceled my entire itinerary without so much as an email. I did not take my flight to Wilmington via my original flight. I had to book another flight because the change fees were too expensive. I did not know that my return flight to Denver had been canceled until I was checking in a few hours before my flight. I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

Khuyết điểm: "Unexplained delay in leaving but only arrived about 10 min later than scheduled. Took an hour from pulling into the gate for bags to arrive though which caused me to miss my shuttle. Never had to wait more than 15 min for any other airline at DIA."
Ưu: "Flight not entirely sold out. So they let my 14 month grandson have an empty seat between my daughter and I. That was a great gift since he doesn't sleep and is jumping and crawling all over the place. And I'm sure the other passengers were breathing sighs of relief!! Also super smooth landing and nice flight attendants."
