Passengers on International flights going out of the Philippines are advised be at the airport at least 3 hours before scheduled flight. Well, the JAL check-in counter opened at 650AM for the 950AM flight (exactly 3 hours before the scheduled flight), with maybe some 50 people already in line. With most passengers coming far from the airport, it will be very very helpful if the counter, even at least one counter, would open earlier, so that passengers who came in early could check in early and wait comfortably in the departure area."

Television screens and headphones in economy were easy to use and reproduced video and audio content well. Overhead storage space was adequate, even for an almost fully-booked flight whose passengers relied upon it very heavily."

Not once have I had a vegetarian meal that included chicken, but that is just what was served to me on this flight; I was obliged to spit it out, and to wash my mouth afterwards. The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

It is 2016, the vegetarian/vegan community is growing, and it is unfair that there was no choices. Luckily, the snacks were vegan friendly and the kind staff tried to put together a meal of veggies, fruit, and as many rolls as we wanted. If this wouldn't have been the case, the flight could have been a lot worse. Consider giving the meal preference choice to people. Not everyone eats meat, and many have an allergy/intolerance to dairy."

Ưu: "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

Just tell me what time to be at the gate so I can stand around after an international flight. Oh and if a flight attendee to squawk rudely at a paying customer when we do land, why I'd just have to ask myself AGAIN ... why do I fly United?"

Also, boarding passes had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

Khuyết điểm: "United Air was delayed for almost 2 hours due to airplane maintenance. Not bad except we had already gotten off a 9 hour flight, had a 2 hours layover, and had not slept. Flight was full and we were forced to check carry-ons in the hold. Fragile items were packed in there and I saw gate handlers tossing other passenger's bags onto the chute. I tried to ask another gate person if they could treat it carefully and while he wasn't rude about it, it was clear he didn't really care. No surprises really. Domestic flights seem like garbage compared to international flights in regards to service and comfort. Can't expect anymore for a 1.5 hour "bus" flight."

It would have been greatly appreciated to have one empty seat between my husband and I and move the third guy in our row to a row where there was only 1 person in a 4-seat row or 1 person in a 3-seat row. Also food options were good, but the descriptions sounded risky. Words like "Various ingredients" and "Creamy Seafood" sounded a little gross, but instead the "various ingredients" were vegetables, and the "Creamy Seafood" was seafood in a creamy sauce. Also, foot rests on the inside seat do not lock in place at a higher point like the others because they do not go down all the way. The seat brace for the seat in front of you gets in the way. I have short legs, and I love the foot rests, but this one was not as great as others."

Khuyết điểm: "I'm very upset that the Kindle that I reported missing while I was on a layover in Tokyo from Flight NH 0956 on Nov. 17th 2015, was not turned in. I was in seat #30D. I filled out the necessary forms, the plane was still at the airport, but I had to board my next flight beforer eceiving any confirmation that the Kindle was located. I fully expected it to be turned in. I flew ANA Nippon Airlines especially because of their reputation for excellent service. I counted on the honesty of the flight clean up crew, and expected my Kindle to be found & returned. I didn't hear from the airline the next day, so I called Nippon in Tokyo. They did not HAVE the Kindle. It was then considered 'lost,' I received this same request about the flight from KAYAK and I didn't receive any response from YOU. This is the second time I'm writing. Now you say that this isn't the proper format for a report to you. I am not even able to cut & past e this report to you. My frustration has reached it's limit. A 13 hour flight is no short haul and the Emirates staff kept a positive aire throughout the flight. The meals were very good, the service as well. The facilities were kept clean and accessible. Thank you Emirates...you made my trip a pleasure both to and from Dubai."

The boarding process was a mess. It was hectic and unorganized. The flight was delayed an hour, and the crew failed to provide an adequate rationale as to why. Speaking of the crew, they weren't helpful. At one point, I had asked to use the restroom, and I couldn't get in. Again the crew provided no rationale as to why. Then, a few HOURS later, a lady approached me and said I could go "very quickly". This was my first time flying with Emirates and I don't think I'll be flying with them again."

During the Chicago-Dubai flight a crew member basically yelled at passengers "open the windows" and I had to tell him to "ask nicely please). Emirates comes nowhere close to Singapore, Thai, or Turkish in terms of service."

The crew was very attentive, making a bed for me, getting my feet elevated, checking in with doctors, and providing me with appropriate fluids and medication. I was eventually moved to first class for the remainder of the flight where I was able to get some much needed rest. A lead crew member named Marco was the most involved with my care and was genuinely concerned with my well-being. I was very grateful for everyone that helped out, but most especially I was grateful for Marco. The crew waiting for me when we landed was so amazing and attentive, I felt that I was in very good hands. Overall I was very impressed Emirates. This was my first experience with the airline but will certainly not be my last."

The entertainment system was clunky and seemed to have a mind of its own. These should be upgrade to touch systems rather than the clunky phone type handsets."

Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I was told my ticket had no value. Awesome! It really stings that I then had to book a new return flight, and because I am a teacher who makes about $23,000 a year, I had to book the cheapest flight, which was with American. I do not plan on giving them any of my hard-earned money in the future if I can help it."

I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

Ưu: "The flight staff was efficient boarding people and were pleasant despite the close quarters, full plane and bumpy turbulence."
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding crew woman was completely and unnecessarily rude. I have a small purse I had gotten out of my backpack to get my boarding pass that she insisted I put back in my backpack before loading. I understand the concept and reason for the request but the manner in which she did it was so uncalled for. I don't recal a time in which I've been spoken to in that manner in a very long time. While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

Khuyết điểm: "The staff talked to me in a condescending voice. First flight I called the airlines and asked simple questions on what time we should be there and the process. Then we get there by said time and they said she missed her flight. Keep in mind I have a one hour each way drive to lax. Came the next day 3 hours early to stay in the line 3.5 hours and the line was short! They let people cut us left and right and the staff was rude on the phone and there. I lost ANOTHER work day dealing with them. They said she was on standby for next flight 3 hours later only to get to the gate and they said they NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE LIST. then she got put on the next flight 3 hours later to get told it was a full flight and so she waited another 3 hour flight and finally got on... on top of the stress I went through, the work I missed out on, the drive and gas it took to get there, her first day of her Job was the next day after that mayhem! It was absolute chaos. I can honestly say I hate that American airlines and I don't think it's right. The person next to us also had a horrible experience with them in the line next to us. She missed her best friends wedding due to three disorganization and horrible service.... SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDESMAID!!! I wrote the company.... but I expect no return or respect from them if I can't even get that from their condescending customer service "manager" ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "After 6 delays between 5 PM and 10 PM the flight was cancelled. They wouldn't comp a hotel and left us fending for ourselves. I finally arranged for my family to fly into a different destination 2 hours away from home after mid-night and drove home."
Ưu: "The seats next to my husband were empty so my husband and I and the couple in the same row spread out (instead of A-D we used A, C D & F). They were on the second leg from Jamaica and we had a long day flying from Barcelona - it was wonderful to have the extra room."
Ưu: "Flight operated by Compass Airlines and they have friendly crews who are a pleasure to deal with."
Khuyết điểm: "As a late night flight, you are only given a snack, so not much of food choices. The plane is an Embraer 175 and the seats are OK but unless you sit in Row 1 in First Class, the legroom is a problem."
Khuyết điểm: "I am a Platinum flyer and was flying with my family of 4. Upon boarding our pre-assigned seats were taken away and assigned to someone else. We waited while all classes were boarded then we were given seats, separated through tout the plane."
Khuyết điểm: "So we arrive at our designated gate (D19) about 90 minutes early--time enough to get something to eat. We grab a quick bit, head back to gate with an hour to spare and sit down figuring we'll start boarding in a half hour. There are two agents at the gate, but there is another passenger there crying about the something in Spanish (it appears she missed her flight). Eventually airport security shows up. Well, the half an hour boarding time comes and goes, and we don't start boarding. We figure it has something to do with this woman. Finally, I go check the board again and they moved the gate to D15! We rush over, but we missed the flight. So did half a dozen other people. No announcement, nobody walking over from D15 to D19 to see if there are people there. We get to American counter and we get several different sorry-ass excuses. The first was that Miami likes to keep "a quite airport." The second was that it is OUR responsibility to check with gate agents if they don't start boarding on time. I'm so tired of the airline industry arrogance and treating passengers like they're doing us just a tremendous favor by allowing mere mortals like us to be in their very presence and allowing us access to their magical flying machines."
