Food: Tried to use "Book the Cook" feature touted by Singapore's website. Was unable to get on site for that purpose. The last try a message appeared (late September) that site was being "rebuilt." On the flight, there was no menu of choices; we were offered 3 vaguely worded choices which boiled down to beef, chicken or vegetables. Those appeared in not particularly appetizing forms and combinations--P.S., we like east and southeast Asian cooking and had just spent 3 weeks in Japan. Failure to provide information about possible delays due to WRG deplaning location at LAX: Although we are frequent fliers to and from LAX, we'd never heard of the WRG. It would have been helpful if the crew had informed us upon arrival that there could possibly be a wait on the plane as buses were used to transport us approximately 1/2 mile to TBIT. Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

The airline did nothing to prepare for this situation. It took hours to get another flight organised, communication was non existent and refreshments took ages to come. Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

In an era when downtime is utilized to stay ahead of work, strong wifi is one of the most crucial requirements for me to elect an airline. Even if all else is good, poor wifi is a deal killer."

I was told to not open the bag until I reached my destination. Lucky I opened it after I cleared security to find that the face of the phone had been shattered with glass shards sticking out, I bought this to the crews' attention and was told to send an email to a random email for the airlines and that the incident would be investigated later. So basically I was given the brush off. Worst experience I have had while flying."

Particularly older generations that can afford and would fund such a win win appealing."

Khuyết điểm: "They announced everything in English and Arabic and repeated the same announcement multiple times. The entertainment is good but frustrating that it is constantly interrupted with announcement about everything. I have never heard that many on any other plane. The announcement about customs paperwork was long and done 2 times in English and 2 times in Arabic. There safety video is soooo long and again is done in two languages. It was just all too much. Besides that everything was great."

You guys were late landing,and as a result I almost missed my connecting flight, was rushed thru the airport like a lunatic by one of your Reps. Then was told my luggage may not be in Abu Dhabi when I arrive, which it was not. My paid for seat wasn't available and had to sit in the back. Had to fill out a lost luggage report in Abu Dhabi. Was promised my luggage by 4:30 pm . Didn't receive it until 2:30 am next day. Missed my whole first day of vacation as I had no clothes , toiletries, etc . Very angry, and feel I should get a substantial discount on my next flight in March to Dubai. Totally unacceptable !!!!!!!"

I was so up set when the guy wanted to conform the hotel voucher while I already had it. I had to walk with luggage and the baby. It was terrible while I was not feeling well and my son wanted to sleep."

The lady seated neit to us in the aisle seat was in a wheel chair so was a problem if having to get in and out. I didn’t think it was fair that a person who depends on a wheel chair sits so far back on a plane. She also had to deal with our crying baby"

When I tried to move my ticket to the next day, with a business class ticket that cost $4000, Turkish airlines wouldn’t do it. They made me pay $3000 to get home . Unbelievable"

Khuyết điểm: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."

Khuyết điểm: "The whole operation was shabbily done. Because of a Turkish airlines' flight delay, we wouldn't be able to make our connecting flight to Venice from Istanbul. So the agents booked me and my traveling companions on DIFFERENT flights the next day, long after we had paid to be getting to Venice. It took a long time and a lot of work on my part to get our tickets corrected to all be on the same flight, and the whole thing was very unprofessional. The lower price for Turkish airlines is not worth it when you have to spend an entire day of your vacation sitting in the Turkish Airlines airport hotel because Turkish Airlines can't properly get you to your destination on time."

Ưu: "I got extremely sick on the flight from Istanbul to San Francisco. I now know I caught a stomach bug which hit me on the flights from Cape Town to Istanbul and then even worse from Istanbul to San Francisco. The flight from Istanbul was delayed by two hours due to customs delay for a passenger, as such there was a lot of recycled air. Take that and fact I'm pregnant and by time i started the 13 hour journey already felt sick. I started throwing up immediately and got sick 12 more times. the flight attendants brought me crackers, water and a cold towel and ice. My husband asked if he could pay to put me in business class but was not in airline policy. but i think given how sick and pregnant i was the flight attendant went to ask the captain if there was anything they could do to assist. they ended up moving me to business class to lie down and let me stay there for 3 hours. I got sick upon moving back but getting that rest really helped me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and am so thankful to the two flight attendants who assisted: 1) Zumrat Bolukbas 2) Hatice (Cabin Chief) These women are amazing!"

Khuyết điểm: "The crew just couldn't get it right, half our section didn't get the hot towels before takeoff, the attendant had run out half way down the aisle then forgot to come back. Distribution of food was handled like it was the first time the crew was attempting it in a moving plane. They couldn't get orders right, handing out vegetarian dishes when non-veg dishes were requested. Running out of ice for the drinks."

Khuyết điểm: "I was shocked when we landed in Ataturk and the sleeve was attached to the plane we had to get down to the ground from the middle of the sleeve. We were taken to the terminal by bus!! After the sleeve was already attached! I can understand when you are in some small airport or flying with low cost airline. But it's Turkish airlines in their home airport! Really disappointed."

Ưu: "I love how Turkish Airlines is such a pleasant flying experience and how everything is included in the price. Delicious meals that are better than going to a restaurant, the head rests that bend in so you can sleep with or without a neck pillow (I had absent-mindedly packed my pillow in my baggage and was delighted to discover these), the little pouch of goodies (socks, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, eyemask, lip balm, ear plugs), and the pleasantness of the crew are all highlights for me. And I was delighted by the magical flight safety video! Thank you also for passing out little sweets on New Year's - that was such a lovely touch and appreciated. Everyone who has flown Turkish agrees it's the best!"

Ưu: "The staff were all very pleasant. The food service was efficient and tasted good. The cabin was comfortable and there was plenty of entertainment in my seat display. I would fly them again."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was VERY long, from Istanbul to Los Angeles. I'm over 6 feet tall so it was difficult to sleep but there is very little the airline can do about this."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants weren't personable on any of the flights. I'm 6 months pregnant and randomly get hungry. There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

Ưu: "You can easily trust Turkish Air to get you there on time and in relevant comfort. The staff are very nice and accommodating."
Khuyết điểm: "The plane was a bit more cramped than for example, Singapore air. I also thought the boarding could be improved significantly by calling groups. Even though it was a small flight, the boarding was a bit of mayhem due to the fact that we had to shuttle to the plane."

Khuyết điểm: "The airport was attacked by a terrorist and hour after I left to Skopje. I know the airline has nothing to do with it but they should pressure the airport to have more safety for the passengers or find an airport in another country that is safer like Macedonia or Bulgary. Just as a temporary thing while things become safer in Turkey. In other words, only stop in Turkey for people who is flying to that country. Connecting flights should stop somewhere else."

Khuyết điểm: "Worst airline I have flown, avoid if at all possible. We saved $400 each on a long haul flight from LAX connecting through IST and we should have spent the extra money. Flight attendants are extremely rude, not helpful, the food is terrible, the planes are all old Boeing 777-300 likely purchased second hand and seem to be falling apart on the inside. I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Just stay away for your safety and sanity"

Khuyết điểm: "There seemed to be no check in which confused me a little. The luggage pick up was more of a zoo than usual and plenty of suffocating dust from construction while we waited."

Ưu: "the food was amazing and the people super nice! it was my first time using Turkish airlines and i loved it!"

Ưu: "Best movie selection, best food. They even came around with pieces of Turkish delight right after we took off. Turkish Air makes it worth flying through Istanbul to get to western Europe!!"

Ưu: "The breakfast was very good, recent movies, and I believe the seats were quite comfortable for coach. Love the ability to see the outside view from the cameras, and following the progress of the flight! I don't think anyone else does it."

Khuyết điểm: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Khuyết điểm: "The cabin crew was racist! She asked me to move from a seat because she wanted another guy ( obviously from her country ) to take it! Rude and racist."

Ưu: "Sandwich was incredibly tasty (although not much filling)"
Khuyết điểm: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."

Khuyết điểm: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Khuyết điểm: "KLM had bumped us to a later flight for no reason and again we had to call with a long wait to get our original connection restored, However, we did not get boarding passes during checking in Europe and thus had to go outside security in Detroit to the main check-in gate and wait 30 minutes to get the error resolved. Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

When we arrived to the plane, they had both entrances open so that those sitting near the rear of the plane would enter from the back. Plane was a little chilly, but I have come to expect that one most flights."

Ưu: "Excellent crew made this flight very enjoyable. A lot of information during the flight about the route, arrival times and clear explanation of the departure delay. Very friendly and attentive."

Khuyết điểm: "50 Euro charge for one checked bag, and they placed me on a locked standby list (at initial check-in the were unable to assign me a seat despite staff efforts) for the second leg of my return journey after I had paid extra for checked baggage and reserved my flight well in advance. My impression is that they may be deliberately overbooking flights. I was given a seat assignment at the gate, however I didn't like the uncertainty of not knowing wether or not I would be boarding until the last minute."

Ưu: "I fly AMS to MAN regularly for work. There are a number of providers, but KLM far exceed the experience offered by low cost airlines, often for the same price even at short notice. You get a drink and snack; and at no annoying sales announcements. Miles club membership is free, even if you don't fly regularly well worth it as it halves the cost of cost of checked baggage. Peaceful airline with no hidden costs during booking."

Ưu: "Crew was very good. On time, luggage arrived on time too. Glad fhat the movies and music worked this time--first time in last few flights. Anytime there are no hitches, its a good flight (most do have hitches)."
Khuyết điểm: "Simply uncomfortable--no way around it. Food is 'meh'. Boarding in Schipol was a challenge--it was hard to find out what gate to go to, i had to investigate to get hints. Entertainment system worked on this flight, but that's the first time in my last 3 cross-Atlantic trips."
