Since our first leg was from, and our lest leg was to, very warm places, we were not prepared for the sub-freezing conditions. 2. Horrible flight delay: JFK to CAN: Cancellation of flight CZ600, 12/31/17, followed by TEN-hour delay leaving JFK, was beyond traumatic. Airplane had to be fixed, but it should not have taken that long to find a solution. Passenger care was horrible: Initially we sat on the tarmac for 4 hours, then transferred to a waiting station with almost no heat and no access to rest rooms or food."

The second flight does not wait for the connections and there is no plan for the predictably stranded passengers. The airport is littered with stranded travelers. Alternate routings often involve transit Visas which take some eight hours of queuing up. In the meantime, business and economy travelers alike are stranded without food, water or information in a BITTERLY cold terminal. There is no food or drink to buy. On top of that, officials and service people don't speak much English. Given the experience of my co-passengers today and those stuck in the terminal for the past few days, one has to wonder why the airline flies these sectors at all."

Every one waited in the rain for the bus to be full, then the bus drove off to some obscure locations- most of the riders are chinese, but I did hear someone said in English:”are we going to another airport?”... I was pretty close to the driver, and saw he didn’t slowdown for another vehicle coming through... sure enough, he slammed on the breaks really hard, the whole bus was full of standing passengers and everyone fell on top of each other... I hand held some artwork and of course it got smashed... finally we got to the airplane, everyone got off, hundreds of people were in the rain, rushing to get on the stairs up to the airplane gate, but there was only one gate and could only take one person at a time... it was a mad scene, with hundreds of people rushing, pushing, struggling in the rain and strong wind... it was close to midnight. I injured my foot on that day, my hands were full holding the carry on, artwork, I moved quite slowly... at the beginning I was hoping someone can help me to bring on my stuff because of my injury, but in a mad scenario like that, it looked pretty scary, the flight screw were busy trying to get people going in the gate... forget that... sigh, that was the most dramatic in the entire trip."

Spending the night in the GZ airport on your way to Phnom Phen is not recommended. . . We did that and the GZ airport has windows open to the outside so it's freezing inside."

Landing was perfect. Luggage went to carousel before I got there. Very fast. Very good value."

Missed even their own connecting flights! The seats were cramped and tight the food was horrible, really quite disgusting. They walkthrough very quickly with a water bottle and cups when I really feel they should mandatory pour you water on such long flights if you are not sleeping. If you do not get their attention they just pass you. They also should conserve and or do recycling they go through a lot of waste of cups, utensils xcetera. The movies they offered were mainly Chinese. The headphones work huge and not adjustable, they kept falling off. Also when I needed to change my flight due to an emergency I was on hold multiple times with several disconnections for a total of over six and a half hours over a two-day time span. Finally got through when I called the insurance company could barely understand there customer service person. They ended up calling me back left a voicemail saying that I was all set for me to call back I went through the whole process again of being on hold for three hours and then get disconnected. When I went to check in and get my boarding pass in Bangkok to fly back they said I didn't have a ticket they pulled me out of line and waited for about a half an hour and they finally printed me a ticket. I also have the experience as to when I was sleeping as most of the plane was sleeping approx 95% there were a whole bunch of Asian people standing up gathered around the restroom talking very very very loudly! I finally called for the attendant and reminded her that I paid for my ticket too and I would like to be able to rest and if she could ask them to sit/quiet down, she did but it only lasted so long... I could hear it completely through the headphones with the music. So if you decide to fly Air China I would definitely make sure that your connecting flights are far apart, pay for business or first class, preorder your meal/ bring your own food, bring your own headphones and do not plan on changing your flight- so don't get hurt on your vacation/travel. Btw.. they don't even serve breakfast or offer coffee... it's all Chinese food either chicken beef or pork with rice or noodle. GOOD LUCK!"

With Scoot you get what you pay for. Pitch is decent but the portal for entertainment doesn't work.
I had to pay 30Sgd just because I selected the seats (standard) during the online check in.
we were on Scoot Plus, there was priority check-in, boarding and alighting, free drink with food, free 30Mb wifi, seats were roomy, it was an awesome flight!
References between SCOOT and KRISFLYER membership not seamless. Checking in was a challenge.
Was charged 200$ to check my guitar which I travel with all over the world and take on as carry on luggage 95% of the time on other airlines.
I’m arrange at Zone 2 seat.Staff ask to queue up from zone 1 to zone 3 but just allow zone 1 and 3 go in first.Then what is the point to ask zone 2 to queue up at the first and wait for zone 1 ?

A space left for going to the toilet from the port side of plane to the starboard toilet in quite zone . Always stepping over people's feet up in the front economy seats.
They were short staffed with no managers on duty. Closed baggage check early causing me to miss my flight.
I was moved to a row of empty seats and it made my flight very comfortable. Unfortunately I got sick on the flight but the attention received from everyone was first class and may very well have saved my life. Thank you Scoot.

I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move."
Khuyết điểm: "As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water."

Ưu: "Flight to Manila from Singapore was an easy 3 hour flight. There were no delays and the aircraft was clean."

Ưu: "The crew was really nice, saw them help several people put their luggage in the overhead bin."
Khuyết điểm: "There was absolutely no complimentary service at all, a bit unusual compared to flights we've taken in the past (domestic and international). No offer of free water, what's up with that?!?! There was no entertainment on board for an overnight flight, no blanket, no pillow. And on top of that we paid too much to check in a bag when we arrived at the airline desk because we didn't include it through our Kayak booking. Had we known there was a method to follow, we would have to avoid the excessive fee."
Khuyết điểm: "This was a return flight I was taking. But even though I paid for a bag when booking, Kayak only booked the bag on the flight over. It there for cost me $48 to book the bag on at the airport one way back. For some reason when I was paying they could not take for the full amount on my CC and so I had to go change money as $8 had to be paid cash (very strange). The flight was very uncomfortable. I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

Khuyết điểm: "I get the seat selection pre-check in is a premium service. Bu to not allow someone to express preference (based on what's left) when they check in is downright snarky. The explanation that I got that "we need to balance the plane" is whitewash. It's clearly to push peopel to buying the premium service. But when you do that at the price of alienating people, you've done them and yourself a disservice. Time to rethink!"
