I liked everything from JFK to Singapore Could have been better: if it were also Singapore Airline from Singapore to Bali

Would fly no other airline on an 18 hour flight. Exceptional inflight service. Flight took off on time and landed early.

Food could have been better. Entertainment was the same during both June and July. It could have been changed.

Paid full SQ fare but return trip was on scoot and without any entertainment and no given choice for food.

On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

Ưu: "For medium range flights SQ uses A330s. Business class is really OK, not great. Each passenger can freely choose any configuration of the seat without inconveniencing others. Food is great, both in presentation and taste, and serve with refined courtesy... I will gladly fly on this aircraft again on my way back."

My overall experience on this flight from CAI-DXB on Emirates was great because of the wonderful crew, on top was their Supervisor/ Adel A.Hamid El-Hareth. On the contrary my decision after an experience with Emirates on board from DXB-LAX, was never to repeat it due to Crew Supervisor, she was British, she was there on board I guess to teach everybody disciplines with a tone !! Someone exceptional to meet once in life but it may bring you to a decision along with other factors not to fly again with Emirates to LAX. This was the connector out of Dubai and back to Johannesburg. I've flown with them many times and I've picked up one or two small cut backs they've made like no hot towel when you get onboard, only before your arrival, and the meal seems a little more slimmed down (but still pretty tasty), They used have one or two extras which they've now taken away. Not sure why?"

The lady agent who was scanning the passes kept yelling at people to form a line but by then it was too late On the flight, they ran out of vegetarian meals by the time they got to my seat!!"

Meal quantity was very less.

The flight was a disaster in all aspects, was treated like an animal. I paid 2k for this ticket, felt suffocated even asked if I could get an upgrade to business class but got denied. Never ever flying with etihad again. Been a valued customer for years. Never again.

Wow, where do I start. Flight departure was changed due to late arrival of incoming flight, no communication from airline about it, just happened to check it during the day. Contacted the airline who said to arrive as normal, checkin staff advised we could have arrived later. Boarding was chaotic as they boarded economy and priority passengers at the same time… that’s not how it’s supposed to work. The plane was so old, the entertainment system looked like 15 years old, as did the bathrooms. I read online that Etihad had said they were retiring these in 2020… clearly the pandemic has impacted Etihad as they aren’t what they were when I travelled with them in 2019

It will be good idea to improve the seat space even in economy if you explain the idea to make it more confort for passengers they will choose more your service

The worst airline to travel in India. Not at all customer service oriented. They don’t give a damn about passenger comfort and services.

Boarding procedures are very inefficient and disorganised at the gate. Not sure why Indigo doesn't utilise and enforce a zonal boarding system. Passengers were transported by bus to aircraft on tarmac which once again made for a very disorganised system. Passengers rushed towards the boarding ramps where IndiGo staff then indicated that passengers from rows 1-15 would board at the front while those from 15 onwards would board from the rear. Passengers could have been transported to the aircraft based on their assigned rows in the first place to smoothen the procedure.

Food purchase options confusing. Out of 4 Indigo flights this week, two offered a choice of food, the third offered only 1 choice, and one offered no food. Very confused what I buy when I buy an Indigo ticket.

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Luggage was missing when I arrived at my destination without any compensation to buy first necessity articles."
